am fost multumita de conditiile de cazare: curatenie( hotel renovat din 2019), prosoape hartie igenica conform nevoilor, lenjerie curata si noua. Restaurantul f bun, mancare f buna, chelneri operativi.

De la receptia hotelului Bucegi mi s-a spus de catre 3 receptionere diferite ca nu pot folosi cardul Edenred pt a achita masa la restaurantul hptelului, desi, cand m-am informat la telefon, mi-au spus ca se poate plati cu cardul Edenred si la restaurant, daca stau in hotel. Receptionerele mi-au spus ca acest lucru ar fi fost posibil daca plateam la Direct booking si pt masa, sau daca plateam direct la ei la hotel toate serviciile(cazare si masa). asta m-a nemultumit f mult. Noroc ca am fost cam scpetica si m-am dus in restaurant, le-am expus situatia si am putut in final sa platesc masa cu cardul.

amabilitatea intregului personal, sansa de a fi cazati intr-un apartament deosebit, cu vedere frumoasa.

Micul dejun nu a fost de tip bufet suedez, asa cum era inainte si cum aparea in descrierea de pe site-ul agentiei. Desi a fost bine, in final, e neplacut sa ceri anumite lucruri si sa refuzi altele, dintr-un meniu prestabilit, daca tii un anumit regim, mai ales ca te-ai pregatit moral pentru bufetul suedez.

Personal amabil, hotelul este situat central, curaenie impecabila, mancare gustoasa.

Pachetul cumparat a fost o pacaleala din partea hotelului i a firmei de turism ofertante. Nu am avut demipensiune aa cum scrie in oferta i pe factura, ci o suma fixa cu care ar fi trebuit sa acoperim micul dejun i cina. Imposibil pentru 4 persoane, din care 3 aduli. Cum s-o fi gandit patronul ca pot manca 4 persoane mic dejun i cina cu 420 de lei in condiiile in care poria de omleta era 22 de lei La final am mai avut de achitat 620 de lei (in total 1040 de lei) pentru 2 pranzuri i 2 cine. Nu era cu suparare daca scria clar in oferta, dar aa o consider pacaleala. apartamentul a fost la mansarda (camera 201): podeaua scaraie ingrozitor, baia este minuscula i nu poate face du o persoana mai inalta de 1,70 pentru ca tavanul este oblic in acea zona i ar trebui sa scoi capul pe lucarna ca sa incapi in cada. Recepia mica i inghesuita, daca este un grup mai mare nu au loc toi, scarile sunt incomod de urcat fiind in spirala, iar de urcat cu bagaje e un chin, nu au lift. Nu se compara sub nicio forma cu Carpathia. am facut o greeala de data aceasta, la aceeai bani am fi fost extrem de mulumii la Carpathia, dar am vrut sa diversificam puin. Pe scurt, am fi fost totui mulumii daca nu am fi fost pacalii cu demipensiunea. au avut noroc ca pe perioada pandemiei alte localuri erau inchise sau serveau afara i era destul de frig, altfel am fi mers in alta parte sa servim masa.

initial rezervasem un Executive suite cu 2 camere si living dar pentru ca era zomot de la strada principala am cerut sa ni se schimbe cu un apartament mai mic care era situat pe spatele hotelului si a fost mai liniste ca sa ne putem odihni. Personalul este foarte amabil. Curatenia in camera este foarte ok.

Bufetul este "a la carte", nu stil bufet suedez iar cand ni s-a adus, avem in farfurie un unt inceput de altcineva....

Mancare foarte buna, preturi bune, personal ireprosabil. Pozitia hotelului este foarte buna. Curatenia la un nivel bun, in hotel, restaurant, camere.

Mobila cam veche, bateria de la dus se desprindea din perete, de la dulap ieseau niste cuie, un cearsaf avea o mica ruptura. Caldura era oprita in jur de miezul noptii, pornea abia dimineata. Micheta din camera e prea veche, televizorul e foarte prost. Restaurantul s-a inchis intr-o zi fara sa ne anunte, desi platisem cazare cu cina inclusa. Dar managerul a promis ca vor returna banii prin agentia la care am rezervat, a propus destule solutii de rezolvare. Comunicarea cam lasa de dorit acolo. In unele zile, la mic-dejun nu e bufet suedez pentru ca sunt putini turisti. Comanzi din meniu, dar ai variante fixe, in acest caz mancarea e dezamagitoare si putina. ar trebui sa se spuna clar de la inceput acest lucru.

Hotelul este pozitionat in zona cetrala a statiunii, ai acces la toate magazinele din zona.am fost cazati intr-un apartament cu dormitor, living, baie , bucatarie complet utilata , hol si balcon mare in care se face accesul atat din dormitor cat si din living. apartamentul este modern, foarte curat, atmosfera placuta, doua televizoare, minibar in bucatarie, un suc la doza sau o apa mi erala era 5 lei, bauturile alcooluce mai scumpe. am gasit parcare pentru asina care este inchisa se intra printr-un gang in spatele hotelului, deci masina este in siguranta.am stat doar doua zile, nu a fost neceara curatenie dar gunoiul a fost dus.Hotelul are restaurant propriu, curat, frumos amenajat, micul dejun fost servit la comanda desi era specificat bufet suedez, dar ni s-a spus ca sunt putini turisti, motiv pentru care trebuia sa-ti alegi un meniu strict, fara sa le poti combina, aspect care nu mi-a placut deoarece eu nu pot sa mananc orice, nu mananc mezeluri, prajeli si alele dar pana la urma am reusit sa mananc ceva cat de cat.am ales un meniu lacto vegetarian am primit un ou o rosie , un iaurt si foarte multa.branza si cascaval pe care eu nu le mananc.Era ok sa poti combina meniurile, un ou, legume din alt meniu, ciuperci, etc.Dar nu e problema mare deoarece mananc foarte putin.La pranz am servit masa din nou la restaurant, mancarea a fost gustoasa dar putin cam scumpa.Un gordon bleo de pii cu cartofi , salata si un suc 65 de lei, un bors de pui si.u suc 32 de lei.Intr-un cuvant am apreciat maimult cazarea decat restaurantul.

am stat intr-un apartament executiv foarte spaios, foarte bine intreinut chiar daca cladirea e veche. totul foarte curat. Pentru noi, familie cu doi copii, a fost ideal.

Singurul inconvenient a fost faptul ca scaraia foarte tare podeaua cand mergeau cei de deasupra noastra.

Hotelul Bucegi din Sinaia este un hotel foarte bun pentru multe categorii de persoane. in primul rand ca este amplasat in centrul staiunii Sinaia i are cea mai buna deschide catre toate mijloacele de transport ( telecabina, telegondola, telescaun). Hotelul are camere bine incalzite, bai private i restaurant rustic. Curaenia in camere se face zilnic .

Nu are aer condiionat pentru anotimpul vara i pentru persoanele care se cazeaza pentru mai multe zile NU se schimba NICIOData lenjeria de pat
