Foarte placut impresionat de calitatea serviciilor, atitudinea personalului, incepand de la recepie, spa, mic dejun, restaurant, curaenie atat in camere cat i spa.Varietate peste ateptari ale micului dejun. Cu drag recomand.

Poate as spune doar ca saltelele dei confortabile, noi am avut o camera dubla standard, cred ca ar putea fi mai tari, se cam simte uzura folosirii in timp.

Un hotel care isi merita cele 4 stele pe care le are. Este curat, ingrijit, camera foarte ok ca si dotari si calitate a mobilierului. au circuite bine stabilite si proceduri anti-Covid 19. Camerele se dezinfecteaza atat cu lampi UV cat si cu substante corespunzatoare.

Din pacate un mare minus atat pentru atitudinea ospatarilor care te serveau la micul dejun cat si pentru micul dejun. Cu siguranta ai ce manca, nu mori de foame, dar ma asteptam la ceva mult mai calitativ si diversificat. Un alt minus ar fi salteaua cu arcuri care mi-a provocat ceva dureri de spate (asta in caz ca aveti probleme cu spatele). am dat nota 8 la "Personal" doar pentru fetele de la receptie care au fost foarte dragute si amabile.

Piscinele interioare spaioase i curate. toate dotarile de care ai nevoie (prosoape pt piscina, halate, prosoape in camera, papuci) Micul dejun este variat.

Camera cam mica pentru o edere de mai multe zile. Foarte mare aglomeraie la micul dejun; este cam dificil sa gaseti o masa unde sa te aezi i se aduc foarte greu felurile de mancare odata ce se termina.

Curat, cu gust ,tot ce iti doresti pentru a petrece un sejur linitit.

M-a deranjat lipsa de profesionalism a ospatarilor. Fara pic de zimbet, ai impresia ca nu eti bine venit, folosesc telefoanele in timpul serviciului, vorbesc intre ei cu voce tare. intr-o dimineaa la micul dejun am ajuns cam pe la 7h05. inca nu terminasera pregatirile dar nu asta a fost problema. Era o forfota ,se alerga in toate parile si acelasi lucru ca si la restaurant, vorbeau intr-una intr ei parca erau la piaa. E foarte deranjat un astfel de comportament chiar si intr-un simplu hotel dar mai ales intr-unul cu multe stele. Domnul manager, de revazut personalul si cred ca trebuie repetat la fiecare inceput de zi care sunt indatoririle unui ospatar i atitudinea faa de clieni. La piscina, marti- dupa ce a fost schimbata apa, la piscina mica apa era f rece in comparatie cu zilele anterioare, nu am reuit sa intram iar in primul jacuzi, fierbine .Domnul cu prosoapele la fel de primitor ca si ospatarii.

Personal amabil, camera confortabila, curata. Mini bar-ul bine dotat. Mic dejun bun. Loc de joaca si jocuri.Piscina si spa-ul ne-au placut mult. Este un loc ideal pentru familie cu copil, chiar daca vremea este rea, in hotel nu te plictiseti. Posibilitatea de a lua masa la restaurantele din hotel.

Parcarea a fost inconfortabla: sistem cu jeton, jetonul trebuie validat inainte de ieire.

Pro: aspect placut al hotelului, inclusiv al camerelor i restaurantelor. are o eleganta, insa nu ieita din comun.

Personalul lasa de dorit uneori, excepie practicantii! au tendina sa diferenieze tipurile de turiti i de multe ori, daca nu eti strain, nu eti important. La recepie, daca ai noroc, i se explica elementele principale, altfel pari ca mai mult incurci decat sa faci un bine hotelului platind cazare acolo. Preturile..nejustificabile pt ce se ofera, pornind de la cazare i pana la meniurile oferite..banale i fara gust.. Mancare tiroleza i italiana..pot declara fara exagerari ca soul meu face nite spaghete cu crevei de nota 20 in comparaie cu poria comandata acolo.

Micul dejun diversificat cu foarte multe produse de calitate, adaugand zilnic altele. Personal discret,zambitor si amabil. Ne-a placut hotelul foarte mult si chiar ne gandim sa facem revelionul acolo! Parcare proprie si gaseai cate un loc liber mereu.

Desi preturile la camera si la servicii gen masaj sunt afisate in eur, nu s a putut achita in aceasta moneda si nici casa de schimb valutat nu exista in interior sau bancomat de schimb.... vorbim totusi de un hotel de un anumit nivel...
