totul a fost fost foarte bine. Camera frumoasa, curata, micul dejun foarte variat i bun. amplasarea hotelului foarte buna, chiar in parcul Dimitrie Ghica, hotel renovat de curand. Ne dorim sa revenim vara.

amplasarea, hotelul are o nota aparte

am ajuns mai tarziu cu copilul la micul dejun dar in timp util , nu mai era mare lucru la bufet si nu s-a deranjat nimeni sa mai aduca altceva. Muzica de la patinoar deranjeaza daca vrei sa te odihnesti dupa-masa,mai ales daca sunt copilasi este o problema.

imbina frumos stilul clasic cu cel modern, oferind o atmosfera intima. Micul dejun este decent, iar personalul este amabil. Ne-au cazat la ora 9 dimineaa fara sa asteptam pana la 12.

Baile trebuie neaparat renovate, intrucat sunt atat de urate incat nu-ti vine sa intri sau sa atingi ceva.

amabilitatea receptionerului si aspectul placut al spatiilor modernizate, ma refer la holuri, spatiu receptie.

am primit camera la etaj 3, din cele partial renovate, care probabil era de 2 stele, fara minibar, balcon, desi achitasem pt. 3 stele, caldura destul de slabuta cel putin in primele 2 zile nici la maini nu puteai sa te incalzesti la un calorifer, miros in camera , mobilier f. vechi, nu recoman servit decat micul dejun bufet care este acceptabil, parcarea cam mica raportata la hotel, ditamai gaura in baie, probabil fusese o reparatie la teava la calorifer si nu au mai astupat locul unde au spart gresia, miros canalizare, etc.

Personal deosebit de amabil. Multumesc mult pentru intelegere dnei receptionere care a fost de serviciu sambata, 25.11.2017, dimineata, care a fost deosebita.

Desi camera a fost foarte frumoasa, curaenia si mai ales curaenia prosoapelor lasa cam mult de dorit ( nu am avut curaj sa le folosesc, noroc cu cele de acasa ).
