Singurul minus ca se propaga zgomotul din sala de bowling de la parter in tot hotelul si nu te poti odihni dupa pranz (mai ales dupa revelion)

Locatia este in centru

am plecat cu o seara mai devreme deoarece zgomotul este infernal la camerele cu vedere la strada am fost mutata in alta camera insa in aceasta mirosea urat mocheta veghe sau pur si simplu mobilierul insa era un miros de "statut" care se impregna in haina fiind cu un bebe de nici 4 luni groaznic, aer conditionat normal nu exista in nici o camera sunt cele potabile care nu sunt bune de nimic si fac un zgomot infernal, din 3 nopti am reusit sa stam doar 2 si acelea cu chin, trebuiesc remediate lucruri nu este un hote de 4 stele la 100 pe seara lucrurile trebuiau sa stea altfel, legat de agentie al tot trimis mesaje nici macar un buna ziua nu am primit legat de toata aceast situatie in conditia in care ei stiau de aces hotel cel putin din recenzii si am completat datele bebelusului sa nu ma lase sa dau atatia bani pe nimic :)! rlate a

micul dejun este variat i bogat, personalul este amabil, piscina este generoasa, condiiile de cazare sunt bune

preturile restaurantului sunt mari fata de alte restaurante din zona, meniul nu este actualizat dpdv al preturilor, personalul de servire este insuficient, personalul de la curaenie prefera sa intrebe daca ai nevoie de ceva, in loc sa faca ceea ce ar trebui sa faca zilnic (am avut 4 nopi de cazare, nu s-a schimbat lenjeria patului, i curaenie in camera s-a facut intr-o singura zi, pentru ca am cerut in mod expres, altfel doar s-a luat gunoiul)

O camera mare si confortabila, baia mare, personalul foarte amabil si prompt in cazul rezolvarii unei situatii, doamnele de la receptie si de la restaurat foarte dragute spa ul foarte curat iar apa din piscina curata si incalzita !! Hotelul este vis-a-vis de gara , foarte aproape de magazine si de restaurante.

Condiii peste ateptari. Dotari complete in camera: 2 fotolii, masua, birou cu scaun etc. SPa-ul a fost inclus in preul camerei dei la agenie aparea ca nu este inclus. Dei am avut camera spre strada, cu geamurile inchise nu se auzea foarte tare zgomot de la maini. Micul dejun variat i de calitate. Personal foarte dragu.

Gustarile calde de la micul dejun erau cam reci. Balconul este practic inutilizabil din cauza ca este foarte expus la zgomotul i privirile din strada principala.

Hotel renovat recent cu piscina incapatoare.

Hotelul este situat chiar langa DN1 iar traficul este unul foarte intens (mai ales noaptea cand trec pe acolo multe tIR-uri). Mic dejunul a fost unul saracacios si lipsit de produse traditionale.

Dna anca de la masaj este exceptionala.

Este clasat drept un hotel de 4 stele dar nu este nici pe departe asa. am ocupat pentru 3 nopti o camera dubla de 4* cu balcon: - stau prost la capitolul curatenie in camere ( mocheta murdara, baia murdara, toaleta nu arata spalata deloc, gresia din zona de dus cu rosturi foarte murdare, baia cu un miros foarte urat. Lenjeria de pat probabil ca nu a fost cu adevarat schimbata intrucat atunci cand am asezat cearsaful pe pat imediat sub saltea am gasit o mica clama de par a unui copil, probabil de la fostii turisti- greu de crezut ca a ramas acolo dupa schimbarea lenjeriei) - zgomotul groaznic, toata noaptea. Se aude in camera absolut fiecare masina care trece pe DN prin fata hotelului. - micul dejun absolut acelasi in fiecare dimineata , fara vreo minima diferenta. Zona de servire a micului dejun foarte mica si se aglomereaza extrem de tare. Nu poate deservi intreaga capacitate de cazare, oamenii sunt poftiti sa astepte im receptie pana se elibereaza o masa. - " spa" include o piscina mult prea mica pentru capacitatea de cazare a hotelului, cu 8 sezlonguri in total + un jacuzzi cu capacitate de 4 persoane. -meniul restaurantului destul de limitat. - accesul la spa putin incomod:trebuie sa urci la etajul 3, apoi sa cobori pe o alta scara pana la parter si acelasi traseu la intoarcere sau traversezi restaurantul.

Hotelul este amplasat bine sieste foarte curat. am avut duplex cu o terasa foarte frumoasa

Micul dejun este foarte prost calitativ. In ultima zi ni s-a spus ca suntem putini asa ca ne vor aduce un platou la masa. am fost 3 adulti si un copil. am primit cate o felie de salam, jumatate de felie de sunca, oua si o felie de branza ( pentru adulti). Legumele probabil erau cele ramase de ziua anterioara, foarte proaste calitativ. In plus ni s-a cerut de catre agentie sa platim 40 de lei pe zi pentru masa copilului de 4 ani. Dupa 2 zile de negocieri am primit pana la urma banii inapoi pentru masa copilului. Voi reveni la hotel dar fara mic dejun

a fost o reala surpriza!!! acum 10-15 ani eram un client destul de frecvent al locatiei!! Dupa redeschidere, am avut curiozitatea de a-l vizita !! Si a fost o adevarata surpriza!!! Locatie supermoderna. curata, cu oameni minunati!!! Mancare buna , poate un pic mai ieftina decat alte locatii cu stele mai putine !! ( ex Eden). Centru Spa aduce acel ceva de confort si modern, si iti poti ocupa timpul. Ce m-a impresionat cel mai mult este faptul ca am fost sunata ca mi-am uitat o bratara intr-un buzunar al halatului folosit la SPa. Deja imi luasem gandul de la ea , desi era foarte scumpa, de aceea nici nu am sunat la hotel!!! Deci exista o raza de lumina si In Romania !!! Dupa o vacanta in Roma petrecuta intr-un hotel de 4 stele ( ce merita maxim 2 ) comparand cu acest hotel, este diferenta mare!!! Hotel Carmen este mult mai bun!!!

Le-am cautat parinilor un loc frumos pt concediu i pana la urma am gasit disponibilitate la Hotel Carmen . Din ce mi-au povestit ai mei hotelul este foarte curat , lenjerie imaculata , prosoapele la fel . Despre mancare (bufet suedez la micul dejun) numai cuvinte de lauda , aceasta fiind din abundena , foarte diversificata i preparata cu bun-gust . Camera ( duble-twin) spaioasa si curata, la fel si baia . Personalul este foarte atent si respectuos , mereu cu zambetul pe buze !
