Micul dejun saracacios si daca un anumit fel de mancare se termina in prima parte a diminetii, nu se aducea extra pentru cei care ajung chiar si putin dupa ora 9, micul dejun incepand de la 8.

Centrul Spa destul de OK,spaios,apa calda in piscina i programul destul de lung 9-21.

Curenia in camera a lsat de dorit,dup ce am primit camera de la receptie,cand am ajuns in fata camerei am constatat ca nu era curatata,a trebuit sa mai ateptm jumtate de ora pentru curenie,dei era aproape ora 16.Curatenia nu a fost fcut cum trebuie,nici macar paharele nu erau curate,deloc plcut.

Mobilier elegant, multe plante decorative. Muzica ambientala i decorul din hol, de apreiat. Cafeaua i expresorul din camera de buna calitate. Muzi

Dei aveam rezervare pentru o camera dubla cu balcon, am primit una twin fara balcon. La un hotel de 4 stele m ateptam s pot gsi un tirbuon in camera. am cerut unul la restaurant, am fost refuzat i a trebuit s aduc sticla pentru a fi deschis acolo. Singurul lift disponibil se mic greu. La restaurant, apa este servita in sticle de apa minerala plata Dorna, vin umplute de la robinet. M indoiesc c sunt mcar splate inainte de umplere din moment ce au etichetele intacte. La tacamuri nu am gsit lingurie. apa din piscina are prea mult clor, sauna uscata a fost marcat cu DEFECt, dei era doar oprit (am pornit-o i funciona), sauna umeda a fost oprit in timp ce o foloseam!

Este un hotel ok, exista piscina cu apa calda si zona de SPa functionala. Camera a fost mare, cu cele necesare in baie. Exista cana electrica, 2 plicuri de ness si 2 de ceai, numai in prima zi. Pentru piscina in dulap sunt halate de baie si papuci. Prosoapele sunt schimbate zilnic. Paturile confortabile, pernele puteau fi mai de calitate. Exista incalzire functionala in camera.

Lumina slaba in camera, in baie lumina de sus nu functiona. Curatenia zilnica in camera presupune numai preluarea gunoiului, fara a fi aspirata mocheta, macar la 2 zile, patul nu este aranjat decat de client. La piscina exista riscul sa dispara prosopul (!) Mancarea la restaurant exagerat de sarata, e bine de comandat fara sare. Nu am beneficiat in toate zilele de programul SPa normal, cu toate ca am platit, nu am fost anuntati in prealabil, a aparut o "petrecere privata" pe banii celor care aveau rezervat un sejur acolo. Din aceasta cauza consider raportul calitate/pret mult defavorabil in raport cu alte locatii de 4* La check-out mai existau bani pe camera destinati mesei, pe care intentionat am dorit sa ii lasam pentru hotel. Nu ni s-a amintit despre asta, nici multumiri nu am primit, probabil si-a inchipuit baiatul de la receptie ca nu stim (!)

Pozitia hotelului excelenta

Accesul in camera la o ora foarte tarzie 18.00 efectiv este bataie de joc ,iar receptia lasa de dorit ,iti cere nr de telefon chipurile ca urmeaza sa te anunte cand se elibereaza camera dar nu te mai suna niciodata

Cel mai mare dinsconfort a fost liftul......la un hotel atat de mare sunt 2 lifturi+ 1 lift pt persoane cu dizabilita?i care te duce jos la restaurant.....cele 2 lifturi unul nu func?iona tot timpul iar celalalt avea ceva defec?iuni...deci trebuia sa a?tep?i cam 4-5 minute sa vina liftul......iar la liftul pt persoane cu dizabilita?i trebuia sa mergi tot timpul la recep?ie sa rogi recep?ionerul sa cheme pe cineva la el....deci ?i acolo aveai de a?teptat intre 5-8 minute ! In rest totul e foarte frumos !

Foarte frumos, curaenie, piscina super cu apa curata, Personalul dragut...pacat ca unii turiti nu au respect pt ceilali, vorbesc tare pe hol,trantesc tare uile,dar asta nu tine de hotel

Restaurantul are preturi cam piperate,in penultima zi am primit un voucher putand fi folosit pt servirea mesei la restaurant,dar un pic cam tarziu am intrat in posesia lui,deja aveam alte planuri pt masa de seara. Dar e de apreciat,totui. in zona de plaja,ar mai trebui cateva ezlonguri..

Camera executiv destul de mare

Dintr-o neinelegere la cazare nu am primit patul suplimentar i nici nu a fost remediata aceasta problema, frig in camera (problema remediata dupa 4 telefoane la recepie), uile camerei sunt deterioarate, piscina aglomerata, dar curata, cu becurile ieite din suport i atarnand in apa ; jacuzzi foarte aglomerat iar apa avea un miros neplacut.

o statiune foarte frumoasa, dar pacat ca este cam neingrijita,

a fost foarte aglomerat hotelul fiind vacanta copiilor, din pacate au inceput sa vin si persoane cu o educatie care lasa de dorit, ne-au furat halatul de baie cind am fost la sauna, la plecare au furat telecomanda de la o camera alaturat, la receptie nu declarau ce au consumat din mini-bar si cind a sunat receptionerul sa verifice in camera daca totul este ok, dna de la curatenie a spus ca erau consumate bauturi si ciocolata, la pisicina scrie peste tot nu sariti in bazin, multi copii dar si adulti sareau in bazin, vorbeau tare, tipau ca in codru sau ca si cum ar fi fost singuri

Este un hotel curat,piscina curata,se schimbau zilnic prosoapele din camera si se completa cu ce ai consumat,receptia foarte comunicativa,micul dejun stil bufet suedez foarte bogat.

Mancarea foarte scumpa la restaurantul hotelului ,supe-ciorbe se serveau pana in ora 17,meniu cam sarac,pentru vopii daca vrei o pizza-paste etc aflati va nu au in meniu

Locaie frumoasa, hotel renovat frumos, personal amabil, camera buna i destul de mare, curatenie buna, servicii bune, liniste. Dupa 10 zile, ne - am odihnit, relaxat i apreciem condiiile. Vom reveni, cu siguranta. Recomand cu drag.

Dimineata, personalul de la restaurant este depait de volumul de munca, mesele nefiind debarasate, totdeauna, la timp etc. Geamurile de la camera nu au fost terse de mult, prea puin 2 umerae, masua din camera, aparent ok, dar blatul se lasa intr-o parte gata sa se rupa.

Mancarea si staff ok la restaurantele hotelului, respectiv Miorita si Orizont.

Camerele mizerabile: praf mult pe mobilier, geamurile foarte murdare, oglinzi murdare, mocheta de asemenea murdara si neingrijita. Foarte frig pe holurile hotelului (mai ales cand veneam de la spa se simtea groaznic). In receptia hotelului mirosea din cand in cand a hazna!!! Miros foarte puternic de urina si fecale (un deliciu, mai ales dimineata in drumul spre micul dejun).

Manipulaii au fost amabili i ateni. Micul dejun a fost variat i cu mancare buna.

Receptionerele au fost foarte expeditive, la check out mi a dat rest mai puin pe motiv ca nu are marunt. Camera arata bine, insa baia era ca la wc public, praf, urme de sapun pe faiana, chiuveta se infunda. Nu merita 350 lei /noapte.

Nu respecta condiiile din rezervare . Nici un pat suplimentar din doua abia la atragerea ateniei. Restaurant servire cina insuficient ca numar de locuri deci servit cina in alta locaie. Climatizarea din camera f slaba nu face cald si extraordinar de zgomotoasa complet depaita de altfel ca tot hotelul care are 4 stele doar daca mai cad doua din cer . Chiar daca mai au de invatat la capitolul multumirii clienilor capacitatea de ocupare full.

Hotel curat si linistit (cel putin in perioada in care am fost cazati)

am ramas cu un gust amar pentru ca am intampinat problema cu serviciile hotelului. Eram cazati de duminica pana marti si luni dimineata am dorit sa mergem la piscina interioara. Cand am coborat la receptie ni s-a comunicat ca centrul Spa este inchis pentru ca se schimba apa la piscina. am ales acest hotel exact pentru a avea acces la acel centru Spa si am platit si pretul cerut exact pentru acest motiv. am facut cerere de eliberare a camerei si restituire a unei zi de cazare. Luni dimineata micul dejun nu a fost sub forma de bufet suedez ci ni s-au adus la masa un mic platou cu cateva mezeluri si cate un ou ochi si un crenvusti. toti clientii din acea dimineata au fost vizibil deranjati de acest aspect.
