Per total, hotelul nu mai este ce a fost. Ar avea nevoie de o reamenajare generala deoarece las impresia de învechit i parc îi lipsete ceva. La preturile pe care le au ai alte ateptri.

o statiune foarte frumoasa, dar pacat ca este cam neingrijita,

a fost foarte aglomerat hotelul fiind vacanta copiilor, din pacate au inceput sa vin si persoane cu o educatie care lasa de dorit, ne-au furat halatul de baie cind am fost la sauna, la plecare au furat telecomanda de la o camera alaturat, la receptie nu declarau ce au consumat din mini-bar si cind a sunat receptionerul sa verifice in camera daca totul este ok, dna de la curatenie a spus ca erau consumate bauturi si ciocolata, la pisicina scrie peste tot nu sariti in bazin, multi copii dar si adulti sareau in bazin, vorbeau tare, tipau ca in codru sau ca si cum ar fi fost singuri

Locaie frumoasa, hotel renovat frumos, personal amabil, camera bun i destul de mare, curatenie bun, servicii bune, liniste. Dup 10 zile, ne - am odihnit, relaxat i apreciem condiiile. Vom reveni, cu siguranta. Recomand cu drag.

Dimineata, personalul de la restaurant este depit de volumul de munca, mesele nefiind debarasate, totdeauna, la timp etc. Geamurile de la camera nu au fost terse de mult, prea puin 2 umerae, msua din camera, aparent ok, dar blatul se lasa într-o parte gata sa se rup.

Mancarea si staff ok la restaurantele hotelului, respectiv Miorita si Orizont.

Camerele mizerabile: praf mult pe mobilier, geamurile foarte murdare, oglinzi murdare, mocheta de asemenea murdara si neingrijita. Foarte frig pe holurile hotelului (mai ales cand veneam de la spa se simtea groaznic). In receptia hotelului mirosea din cand in cand a hazna!!! Miros foarte puternic de urina si fecale (un deliciu, mai ales dimineata in drumul spre micul dejun).

Camera 608 ar trebui bagata in carantina. Miros ingrozitor in camera de hazna, partial s-a rezolvat problema de la baie dar si prin aerisire venea mirosul. Abia am asteptat sa plec.... si cu siguranta nu o sa mai intorc vreodata. Dezamagitor....

Manipulaii au fost amabili i ateni. Micul dejun a fost variat i cu mAncare bun.

Receptionerele au fost foarte expeditive, la check out mi a dat rest mai puin pe motiv ca nu are mrunt. Camera arata bine, îns baia era ca la wc public, praf, urme de spun pe faian, chiuveta se înfunda. Nu merita 350 lei /noapte.

Nu respect condiiile din rezervare . Nici un pat suplimentar din doua abia la atragerea ateniei. Restaurant servire cina insuficient ca numr de locuri deci servit cina in alta locaie. Climatizarea din camera f slab nu face cald si extraordinar de zgomotoas complet depit de altfel ca tot hotelul care are 4 stele doar daca mai cad doua din cer . Chiar dac mai au de invatat la capitolul multumirii clienilor capacitatea de ocupare full.

Am avut mic dejun: dezastru. Nu era farfurii, cani, mancare. Se aduceau cu portia: cateva can, farfurii si mancare cu tariita. Erau cozi la oriceL cafea, mancare, suc. Servirea de cosmar. Se stia ca hotelul e full si nu aveau decat 2 masini de cafea. Lapte , cereale, iaurturi, fructe pentru copii nimic...

In perioada 30 nov - 3 dec 2017, hotelul fiind plin, au fost COMPLET DEPASITI la capitolul servicii & masa (nu cred ca e cazul sa detaliez, cu totii stim ce inseamna asta)

Hotel curat si linistit (cel putin in perioada in care am fost cazati)

Am ramas cu un gust amar pentru ca am intampinat problema cu serviciile hotelului. Eram cazati de duminica pana marti si luni dimineata am dorit sa mergem la piscina interioara. Cand am coborat la receptie ni s-a comunicat ca centrul Spa este inchis pentru ca se schimba apa la piscina. Am ales acest hotel exact pentru a avea acces la acel centru Spa si am platit si pretul cerut exact pentru acest motiv. Am facut cerere de eliberare a camerei si restituire a unei zi de cazare. Luni dimineata micul dejun nu a fost sub forma de bufet suedez ci ni s-au adus la masa un mic platou cu cateva mezeluri si cate un ou ochi si un crenvusti. Toti clientii din acea dimineata au fost vizibil deranjati de acest aspect.
