Hotel aproape de plaja i liniste

La recepie am gsit o domnioar care s-a rstit la toat lumea, cu toate c toi cei care voiam s ni se fac check in aveam multi ani fa de domnia sa. Camerele sunt curate dar cu mobila veche, degradat, paturile sunt din doua poveti diferite, televizorul extrem de mic, frigiderul o epav, Prosoape rupte, gurite. Micul dejun cel mai srccios pe care l-am intalnit vreodat. Lipsesc fructele, foietajele, prajiturelele, cuburile de branz topit, iaurtul. Mezeluri de cea mai proast calitate, carnciori uor prjii i pui in ap s se menin calzi, icrele puse aproape de partea care menine mancrurile calde aa c am mancat icre calde. Daca pentru partea de cazare e un pic mai acceptabil, macar este curenie, pentru restaurant este DEZaStRU.

Hotelul este foarte bine pozitionat camerele sunt spatioase ,curate . La restaurant unde am servit micul dejun mancarea este ok, la pranz cina se poate servi tot aici ,contra cost este un serviciu impinge tava ,la fel destul de ok calitate pret.

Paturile sunt terminate ,sau cel putin asa am prins noi , am avut si pat suplimentar care era mai ok decat paturile normale, efectiv aveau gaura in jumatate ,ma rupt la spate.

Chiar dac e demodat, imi place c e gresie in camere, i nu mochet, care s rein microbii, nisipul, praful, firimiturile, scamele. Baia incptoare. au schimbat lenjeria i prosoapele, i din oficiu, i cand le-am lsat noi. Cutii de valori la recepie. Nu tiu cat de sntoas (bio) a fost mancarea, dar a fost gustoasa. Dar la supa de tieei au exagerat cu Vegeta/Delikat. Mi-a plcut sistemul de servire impinge tava, pentru c nu mai stai o or pan cand ii ia comanda i alt or pan la servire, ca la alte hoteluri mai cu taif. amplasarea aproape de plaj.

Lips: - plas de anari, - perdea la baie, - w-fi in camere, - jet de ap la intrarea in hotel pentru splarea nisipului. ar trebui amplasat/amenajat: - recepia - cu un acvariu/decoraiuni, .a., ca s fie mai primitoare/aspectuoas; - holurile de la casa scrii - cu fotolii, msu, lang ferestre, de unde s poi vedea rsritul soarelui i alte tablouri (este aceeai imagine pe hartie, de la etajul 1 pan la 5); - in faa hotelului i spaiul verde din jurul lui - cu flori/jardiniere/decoraiuni/iluminat, etc.

Personalul de la micul dejun i cameristele au fost de treab, amplasare pe plaj.

total dezamgit. Recepionera dormea cand am ajuns noi, pe booking fiind prezentat recepie non-stop, prima intrebare dup ce s-a trezit din somn i a venit la recepie a fost: unde este mainas, ca s achitm taxa de parcare, chit c parcarea era plin i nu exista loc liber, au ateptat ciubuc, nu ne-au cazat decat pe la 12 pe motiv c nu erau camere libere, dar am vzut cum i-a cazat inainte de noi pe alii care veniser dup...usctoarele de pr lipsesc din camere, in oferta fiind "prezente", personalul de la recepie este total nepstor, respect fa de clieni zero, internet nu exist, prizele cdeau ìn miezul nopii, te gseai cu frigiderul dezgheat dimineaa...i astea sunt doar cateva. Per total, una dintre cele mai proaste experiene. Nu recomand nimnui acest hotel...

Hotelul foarte curat, intrari zilnice in camera, aspirat, scos gunoi, schimbat prosoape la nevoie si lenjerie. Personalul foarte amabil.

Mancarea de la micul dejun nu foarte variata, nici calitatea ei nu era excelenta. Saltelele din camere erau destul de uzate.

Persoana care verifica nr. camerei pentru servirea micului dejun. Desi am achitat 2 adulti si un copil de 12 ani si i-am aratat factura unde aparea acest lucru, in fiecare dimineata comenta ca pe tabelul primit de ea, apar doar 2 adulti si sa o lasam asa, ca oricum sunt in paguba (parca era vina noastra). Si era vorba doar de 1/2 din pretul uni adult....Daca stiam nu mai plateam si pentru copil.

Hotelul este curael insa renovat urat si inestetic . Este facuta renovarea de mantuiala adica de nota 5 . Paturile sint comode dar nu ne-su schimbat lenjeria si prosoapele in 6 zile niciodata . apoi micul dejun este slabu dar ce m-a intrigat sefa de la mese a replicat ca ce sa ne sculam devreme di sa vin la ora 7 daca vreau sa mananc ce pun ei prima runda . aceiasi mentalitate comunista ca de altfel nu msi apuci . Eu am observat in ,, prima serie " secdaivanumite preparate iar dupa 7,30 nu se mai gasesc . am intrebat si replica a fost ,, sa cer " ca eram la drumul mare si credeam nu la un hotel care scis ca este de de 3 stele . Nu , nu este de nici ,, o stea " trebuie schimbat multe in aceea cantine .care se pretinde ca servete ,, bar suedez "

Nu s-a oferit cazarea cumparata la Hotel Cerna din Saturn la 3 stele. La receptia de la Hotel Cerna mi s-a comunicat ca sunt in situatia de overbooking si mi s-a refuzat cazarea. Ulterior mi s-a oferit cazare la Hotel aida, de doua stele, fara niciun fel de compensatie.

Recomand o atenie mai mare pt curaenie i inlocuirea mobilierului foarte uzat. Camera nu are prize, aveam langa pat veioza dar nicio priza libera. Ca sa ne putem incarca telefonul trebuia sa tragem din priza aerul condiionat.

Nu merita 3 stele, - mobilier vechi, -personalul lasa de dorit, -daca ai ghinion de ploaie mai serioasa nu mai intri in hotel se face un adevarat lac si daca ai maina parcata langa plaja mai intra apa i in interior. Daca am cumparat bilet prin agenie am observat ca am ateptat mult la cazare, prioritate avand alii, iar camera cu vedere la mare nici gind.

necesita renovare in interior, miros greu, inchis, nu se face curat decat la solicitare, schimbul de lenjerie a fost dupa 8 zile i dupa ce am solicitat in mod expres (sejurul a fost de 12 zile), nu se asigura hartie igienica, micul dejun reprezinta o farfurie cu mai multe produse (o felie salam, o felie sunca, un triunghi branza, jumatate de rosie, o felie castravete, un crenvusti, un cub unt si gem) fara a avea posibilitatea de a alege ce doreti, cafeaua de foarte slaba calitate. Servicii de slaba calitate la un pre ridicat.

De evitat acest hotel. O mizerie mai mare ca aici nu am mai intalnit! Gunoiul s-a ridicat dupa doua zile, lenjeria avea gauri, de micul dejun inclus ....ce sa va mai zic! Nu recomand!

Destul de curat, personal amabil, mancarea buna. Eu am avut doar mic dejun, dar se putea servi in sistem autoservire si pramzul sau cina.

amplasarea hotelului, asta a fost si motivul pt care l-am ales si mancarea f buna la un pret bun(doar ca era coada f mare pana sa ajungi sa comanzi)

Nu sunt o persoana pretentioasa, dar se putea da macar cu aspiratorul o data la 2 sau 3 zile, pt ca neavand nici un dus la intrarea in hotel, inevitabil duceai nisip in camera, si macar o data la mijlocul sejurului schimbate prosoapele.

Recepionistele erau foarte amabili, amplasarea hotelului este foarte buna, per total sunt mulumit de hotel.

La hotelul Cerna camerista care era la etajul nostru nu si-a facut datoria cum trebuie, in ase zile nu a fost schimbat nici macar o data lenjeria de pat i nici prosoapele, iar curaenia in camera noastra a fost facut pe jumatate.

Hotelul este foarte aproape de plaja. Fiecare camera are aer conditionat. are restaurant (mai mult in regim de autoservire) cu preturi bune si mancare buna. Se face zilnic curat in camera si in baie si se ridica gunoiul. Personal amabil si deschis pt solutionarea oricarei probleme/doleante; am ajuns mult mai devreme de ora 18:00 - ora la care camera este gata de preluare si am avut posibilitatae de a lasa bagajele in camera imediat dupa ora 12.

Pe durata sejurului s-au schimbat doar prosoapele de fata si de picioare nu si cele de corp, lenjeria a ramas aceeasi pe toata durata sejurului (7 nopti), parcarea este contra cost (12 lei /zi - nu a fost cazul nostru) desi este un hotel calogat la 3 stele. Minibarul nu racea deloc, dar nu am anuntat la receptie.

Scriu in rubrica de impresii pozitive referitor la Hotel Balada, unde o sa acord 10 pentru amplasare, 9 pentru pret(in cazul nostru), 8 pentru confort avand camere spatioase, 6 pentru curatenie, 9 pentru pesrsonal.

Din pacate, nu pot sa spun nimic despre Hotel Cerna. am avut rezervare de la 1 septembrie, data la care am aflat ca Hotel Cerna se inchide, asa ca am ajuns la hotel Balada.
