Personalul a fost foarte de treaba si au tinut cont ca am copil mic si am avut prioritate.

Nu este parcare si daca gasesti una ,nu mai poti pleca de acolo fiindca ti-o ia altcineva. ( Desi hotelul, cic, are parcare proprie) . Inca un lucru care m-a deranjat este ca , desi nu se fumeaza in camera, dimineata ne trezeam cu miros de tigara in camera ( posibil sa fi intrat prin ventilatie la baie)

am cerut si platit in plus pat suplimentar crezand ca vom avea inca un pat de o persoana insa am primit un pat pliant cu o saltea de slaba calitate. si patul matrimonial de aemenea, o saltea foarte tare si incomoda. daca va luati cazare aici incercati sa va luati doar cazare fara tichete (bani pe card) pt masa deoarece aveti un restaurant unde se mananca doar pizza iar cealalta terasa unde ati avea mai multe optiuni este extrem de aglomerat iar mancarea nu prea gustoasa.

Camera frumoasa cu balcon, mic dejun foarte bun, curaenie inclusiv schimbat lenjeria dupa 3 zile.

Plaja hotelului puin cam departe de hotel, dei pe bonurile de sezlong scria vila Natalia,Maria, hotel Diana doar cei de la cele doua vile erau primii pe plaja din fata hotelurilor unde se alocau doua randuri de sezlonguri incepand de la mare, cei de la Diana era dui la vreo 100 de metri de hotel (aici chiar mi se pare discriminare) doar pe 2 randuri ultimele din spate.

Personal amabil, curatenie, lenjerie si prosoape curate,cos de gunoi schimbat zilnic, confort, aer conditionat, racitor, tv - au funxtionat bine, apa calda la baie. Baietii de la plaja au fost ok, gata sa rezolve orice problema aparuta, destul de aproape de plaja.

Unele alimente de la micul dejun pareau vechi sau de proasta calitate. Seful de sala al restaurantului hotelului a avut o atitudine usor deranjanta, statea cu ochii pe turisti foarte insistent. Picolul venea prea des la masa sa stranga diverse de pe masa. (Nu stiu ce ordine a primit de la patron, dar e enervant sa il vezi non stop la masa ta) Camere destul de mici inghesuite.

Hotelul este curat, camerele sunt destul de micue insa suficient pt 2 aduli. Micul dejun este bine organizat, mancarea este diversificata i aprovizionata continuu pe parcursul orelor destinate acestuia.

Nr locurilor de parcare este mic, noi am avut noroc sa gasim un loc in parcarea hotelului insa erau turiti care nu au avut i erau destul de nemulumii. am avut i 2 ezlonguri in pachet... La acest capitol am fost cam nemulumiti dei nu este vina hotelului. Hotelurile au avut ezlonguri intr-o anumita zona mai indepartata de mare (dei in fata noastra erau multe libere). atitudinea personalului de la ezlonguri a lasat mult de dorit. aduceau injurii de tipul:,, aranii au venit i ei la mare'',,, daca avei ezlong de la hotel nu ne intereseaza pe noi ca nu avei masua, descurcai-va".

Lipsa uscator de par ,perdeaua de dus prea mica iar in timpul duului ,plin de apa pe jos .Nu aveai pe ce sa pui prosoapele in baie deoarece suportul era rupt ,iar agatatori pe Usa nu existau .8 zile am avut acelai mic dejun .Nici intr-o dimineaa ceva diferit .Dupa cateva zile nu mai poi sa mananci aceleai mancaruri .

Hotelul este situat aproape de plaja.

Personalul este destul de rigid. Curatanie in camera nu s-a facut in nicio zi, decat au schimbat punga codului de gunoi, oricum prea mic, din baie. Camera este mica, la fel i balconul. Sezlongurile hotelului sunt amplasate mult in spate pe plaja, nicio dejun acelai in fiecare zi.

Dragii mei, dupa cum stiti eu spun numai adevarul asa ca o sa dau cinci stele pentru un hotel de trei stele fiindca atat platesti atat ai. Ce spunea cineva ca functioneaza fara autorizatie de incendiu, pai asa functioneaza si cladirile guvernului si palatul domnului Johannis de la Cotroceni, toate acele constructii facute pana in 1989 nu au acea autorizatie. Curatenie este si se face, trebuie doar sa pui la usa cartonasul aflat pe maner, iluminat puternic pe led pe holuri si in camera, igrasie am vazut si eu in tavan la baie dar cine poate sa sparga pereti ca sa inlocuiasca tevi in mijlocul sezonului cu turisti care bat in geam la receptie de la 9.00 cand cazarea se face de la 18.00 Parcarea pe iarba in jurul hotelului este o optiune mai buna decat daca ar fi betonat iarba ca sa o faca parcare. am avut camera cu balcon si cu sezlonguri, am fost foarte multumiti. Nu recomand sa luati cu mic dejun, este pacat sa fiti legati de o terasa cand sunt multe in apropiere. Saltelele sunt de tip ortopedic asa ca ar fi bine sa va luati un topper dava aveti pe acasa. Bonus: concerte live in fiecare seara de la hotelul Union de alaturi.

Cu o administrare corecta ar fi ok, insa preul este mai mult pentru locaia hotelului, nu se reflecta i in servicii. Nu este de 3 stele, inca.

Hotel renovat de curand. Camere foarte mici cu mobilier nou. Suficient spatiu pentru depozitat haine. Racitor si aer condiionat in fiecare camera. Noi am stat intr-o camera la ultimul etaj ( et 3) fara balcon. Pentru a ne usca prosoapele am luat de acasa un uscator mic de rufe care ne-a fost de mare folos. Un mare minus al camerei este salteaua . Hotelul este situat aproape de plaja si primeti de la recepie carduri pe care le foloseti pt sezlonguri. Sezlongurile hotelului sunt cam pe al zecelea rand, destul de departe de apa. Per total la pretul platit pt sejur a fost mai mult decat ok hotelul.

Plaja pe care hotelul are sezlongurile este plina de scoici. Pentru copiii mici e un mare minus. Plaja cu nisip fin este spre hotelul Belona.

Hotelul a fost foarte recent renovat, astfel ca este foarte curat, cu mobilier nou, dotat cu electronice noi, deci sederea in camera este placuta si comoda. Hotelul este foarte aproape de plaja Debarcader.

Nu s-a facut niciodata curatenie in cele 8 zile cat am stat, nici nu s-au schimbat asternuturile sau prosoapele. Micul dejun pe care l-am avut inclus s-a servit la hotelul Bega, astfel ca a trebuit sa ne plimbam in fiecare dimineata cam 10-15 minute pentru a ajunge la acel hotel. Mentionez ca soseaua este in reparatie, deci se circula foarte greu, in praf si pietris. Vis-a-vis de hotel se afla o terasa unde canta o formatie oribil pana la 12 noaptea, cu miros si fum permanent de peste.

am fost placut surprinsa ca a fost renovata camera, avand mobilier modern, iar baia era i ea modernizata cu gresie i faiana noua. Personalul hotelului a fost foarte dragu i i-au facut meseria cu profesionalism. Gunoiul era scos zilnic i ne intrebau in fiecare zi daca dorim sa ne schimbe aternutul i prosoapele, sau daca dorim sa va na sa aspire pe jos.

Ce era puin deranjant era muzica la volum maxim de la terasele din jur, dar se termina la o ora relativ decenta, maxim 24:00.

Personalul deosebit, curat, mobilier nou, confortabil hotel, linistit, oarecum izolat ce celalalte in sens pozitiv si multa verdeata, pomi specifici zonei frumos mirositor si fara insecte, multa vegetatie virgina, ambient deosebit de placut. Sper sa revin si la anul. Mi-a placut si-n anul anterior.

Nu am mancat la hotel, nu pot acorda nota. Pretul a fost ridicat artificial de alt operator, nu inteleg cum expuneti un pret, primesc comanda, platesc in doua ore si-mi este infirmata rezervarea pe motiv ca alt operator a luat biletele. Electronic se vede cand intra banii in cont. GaSItI o alta modalitate, un alt program informatic care sa contina actualizat in timp real costul/camerele disponibile. Vara placuta!

Hotel curat, mobila noua, saltele bune, noi. Lenjeria si prosoapele, noi, schimbate la 5 zile (suficient) dar si la cerere daca doriti, fara nici un comentariu din partea cameristelor. Personalul amabil si zimbitor gata sa iti satisfaca orice cerere.

Singurul lucru deranjant a fost muzica de la terasa de vizavi,care desi se inceta la ora 23.30 avea volumul exagerat de tare, dupa care incepeau suetele din fata hotelului, suete ale celor din hotel care vorbeau si rideau cam pina la ora 02

Buna ziua, Vara aceasta am ales sa revin pe litoralul romanesc dupa 20 ani de absenta. am ales statiunea Eforie Nord deoarece acolo imi faceam vacantele si imi era cea mai familiara. Desi nu am mai fost la Hotel Diana, l-am ales deoarece a fost cea mai ieftina oferta pentru perioada solicitata. Recunosc ca am avut mari emorii, avand in vedere ca rezervarea a fost facuta online la o agentie despre care nu mai auzisem (dar m-am interesat inainte sa platesc), apoi eu nu am mai fost de foarte mult timp nicaieri in Romania dar permanent am urmarit stirile desre serviciile romanesti care in general sunt negative si lasa de dorit...deci mari emotii si cu risc asumat. In fine, am ajuns cu bine in Eforie Nord, Hotel Diana de 2*. a fost ca o revenire in timp, aproape totul in hotel era ca pe vremurile demult apuse dar fara sa fie deranjant, din contra. Hotelul este perfect amplasat, exact in fata plajei, doar traversezi soseaua, intri pe promenada si apoi mergi pe plaja. De asemeni este la 5 minute de centrul statiunii unde sunt restaurante, magazine, mijloace de transport, farmacii...etc. Referitor la personalul din hotel: incepand de la doamnele de la receptie si pana la doamnele care faceau curatenie, totul este la superlativ. au fost fara repros. La receptie doamnele foarte amabile, orice am solicitat au incercat sa rezolve, sa ma ajute si asta fara sa le dau nimic in schimb. Doamnele de la curatenie nu faceau galagie dimineata sa trezeasca turistii, intrau zilnic in lipsa noastra si luau gunoiul, niciodata nu am observant vreo schimbare in felul in care eu imi lasam lucrurile, deci nu scotoceau sau umblau sa caute sau sa ia ceva din bagaje. Referitor la camera, eu am rezervat o camera dubla, care s-a dovedit a fi una modesta, cu cearsafuri si prosoape curate, cu strictul necesar: tv, pahare, umerase in dulap, veioza, noptiere, perdele ok. Mentionez insa ca pretul platit de mine a fost justificat prin serviciile oferite de acest Hotel. Consider ca ar fi absurd sa am pretentii de servicii de 5* cand eu am platit pentru 2*. Deci nu va asteptati ca in acest hotel sa va fie schimbate zilnic prosoapele si cearsafurile, sa vi se faca curatenie zilnic in camera, sa aveti internet, aer conditionat si micul dejun la pat.

am rezervat o camera dubla, camera care la prima vedere nu a fost tocmai placuta deoarece avea un miros statut, ceva vechi plus culoarea roz a peretilor destul de deprimanta. In acest context mi-as permite sa sugerez ca nu ar strica o renovare la care sa fie folosite culori mai relaxante, o alta mocheta sau parchet ca sa scapati de mirosul vechi. De asemeni m-as fi bucurat daca ar fi fost facuta curatenia mai cu atentie si in detaliu (adica praf sters bine, dat cu aspiratorul peste tot si bine iar in baie sa se simta ca a trecut cineva pe acolo). Nu am facut insa nici o criza pentru ca nu am considerat un nivel depasit care sa ma determine sa iau atitudine. Probabil lipsa de personal, de timp, salarii nemotivante mai duc si la astfel de scapari (desigur ca acestea nu ma privesc pe mine ca si client si nu sunt probleme in urma carora eu sa am de suferit). totusi, in ciuda celor scrise mai sus, recomand Hotelul Diana tuturor celor ce doresc un sejur pe litoralul nostru cu cazare ieftina si servicii pe masura pretului...deci fara fitze.
