Personalul, in special nea' Mihai. acest atlas al hotelului. Pe umerii lui sta tot ce este bun acolo.

Bile renovate in 2000 toamna, de atunci nimic. Nu am avut feon, nici etajera in baie, cabina de dus dezastru, parchetul desfcut pe alocuri. NU RECOMaND.

Locatie buna aproape de plaja, camerele erau pregatite pentru cazare si am ajuns dimineata,curatenia se face zilnic,personalul foarte prompt.

Nu era cazu la parcare au 60 locuri de la primarie cumparate cu 17 lei pe zi i ei le vand cu 38 lei in plus mai baga i maini in spatele hotelului unde este parcarea hotelului care normal nu ar trebuie taxata ca doar vi la ei dar dac oricum nu sunt clieni scoate paguba pe parcare aaa era sa uit geamul nu merge deschis decat batant deci nu poi sa aerisetei camera dimineaa

Micul dejun a fost acelasi in fiecare zi,cremvusti de o calitate foarte proasta.Parcarea pt.masina trebuie sa o platesti la 'Nea paznicu care abia te asteapta. am scris o reclamatie pe messenger facebook privat referitor la un incident petrecut acolo si nici pana in zi de azi nu a avut nimeni curiozitatea macar sa-l citeasca,nu mai zic de raspuns.Ultimul concediu petrecut acolo din pacate.

Locuri de parcare care sunt date de agentii de paza pentru care dau mai mult, personal restaurant foarte recalcitrant, mancarea de toata jena, nu aveau aproape nimic din meniu, in schimb camerista de nota 10, zilnic schimba prosoapele si spala pe jos iar lenjeria a fost schimbata de 3 ori in 7 nopti.

Pozitionarea hotelului - la 2 pasi de plaja - PERFECt Personalul, serviciile si curatenia au fost de nota 10 Pretul camerei super ok, avand in vedere ca hotelul e situat in Mamaia Micul dejun - bufet suedez foarte bogat si variat

Marimea camerei, lipsa baconului (ma mir cum de au primit 3 stele....) si faptul ca nu se poate dechide geamul decat in pozitia de oscilobatat - este un mare minus. Nu ai loc sa te misti prin camera, sa-ti usuci prosoapele de la plaja, iar televizorul este mai mic decat monitorul laptopului (probabil ca tot ce e in camera te indeamna sa stai afara si sa intri doar la somn)

Camera curata, au facut zilnic curatenie, au schimbat cearsafurile si prosoapele cand a fost necesar, nu am avut probleme din acest pdv

Eliberarea camerei trebuie facuta pana in ora 11:00 desi in actele mele (incheiate inainte de cazare) era ora 12:00. Baia este foarte mica si apa multa pe jos (nu are cadita la baie) deoarece dusul este la nivelul solului. Nu ai posobilitatea sa pui nimic la uscat: nu exista bbalcon (stiam) dar nu au nici un uscator - doar esti la mare si trebuie sa usuci ceva din rufe. Poti sa le usuci in capatul holului 0 dar este "safe" sa le pui acolo

DEZaStRU DIN tOatE PUNCtELE DE VEDERE Este cel mai prost hotel la care am stat, camera nu mica foarte mica, gemul nu se deschide decat rabatat, aerul conditionat este amplasat deasupra patului, camera nr. 1 pe care am primit o era la parter si sub noi era spalatorie, deci in baie era cuptoor. Referitor la micul dejun erau praf, mizerie la sala de mese, apa la bidoane de plastic de 10 litri cu pompa de plastic.....nu exista niciun fel de suc , ceva dulce la cafea... nimic saracie lucie.... In viata mea nu mai calc la acest hotel

Fara balcoane, camere extramici, jumatate din sejur am avut alocate 1/2 din norma de prosoape, nu ai unde usca hainele si ceraceafurile de plaja, fara plasa de tantari la fereastra, sinele de la perdele cazute pe jumatate, draperii spalate probabil la inaugurarea hotelului, geamurile foarte prafuite, fara etajere in baie, fara uscator de par, fara scurgere(sta apa in baie pana vine doamna cu curarenia a doua zi).

Foarte bine amplasat. Panorama frumoasa (asta nu inseamna ca pretul trebuie sa fie mare).

Nu stiu cine a gandit baia dar sa nu ai o cabina sa zicem ca am inteles ca e mai mica baia dar sa inunzi baia cand faci dus e revoltator. Nu stiu de ce s-a mai pus bara aceea acolo ca nici nu stiu cum sa-i spun ca tot nu opreste apa sa se scurga in toata baia. Geamurile ar trebui sa se deschida si normal nu numai balansat pt ca trebuie aerisit ca lumea pt ca am vazut ca se accepta si animale in hotel.

Cu mici exceptii a fost frumos. am stat intr-o camera standard plus la et 8. Camera a fost spatioasa, curata, lenjeria corespunzatoare. Zilnic se facea curatenie, se schimba cosul si prosoapele. Camerista foarte draguta, fara sa o impulsionam cu ceva. a obs ca para de la dus nu mai fctiona cum trebuie si imediat a chemat pe cineva de a reparat-o(fara sa ii precizm noi lucrul acesta). Despre masa nu pot vorbi pt ca nu am mancat la ei( noi avem un alt program, suntem pe alt fus orar). Ne vom intoarce la anul.

In hol o doamna de la curatenie e cam agresiva cu turistii. Sotul meu a fost certat ca nu avea tricou pe el. avea pantaloni scurti dar pt ca era cald si cara bagajele isi daduse tricoul jos. O alta fam a fost deasemenea certata pt ca stateau in hol la o bere "aici nu sunteti la bar" li s-a spus. aglomeratie mare la lift(din 3 lifturi mergeau doar doua). ajungeai mai repede pe scari

Numai comenatarii aberante i menite sa Sprie i sa dezinformeze oamenii aiurea. La fel am pait i eu,am citit comentariile tuturor aranilor i am fost in cumpana daca sa ma cazez aici sau nu,i pana la urma am facut-o i ma bucur. timp de 10 zile s a facut curaenie zilnic in camera. Personalul extraordinar de amabil, te intrebau cum este sejurul cum a fost masa etc..nu terminai bine de mancat i de parasit masa i ei curaau tot timpul; mancarea a fost foarte buna, iar camera foarte spaioasa (am avut standard plus).am citit comentarii aberante, cum ca au fost zgorniti cu copiii de la piscina,cred i eu atata timp cat exista un program i nu este respectat. Sau ca zilnic de repeta mancarea... Oamenilor..erau nenumarate feluri de mancare, toate de baza in bucataria noastra..ce vroiai,creveiaceia nu se gasesc la hotel de 3 stele. Fii realiti i obiectivi cand facei o analiza. Vorbim despre un hotel de 3 stele nu de 5 pentru ifosele din capul vostru.ce vroiaiapa cu trandafiri sa va spalai pe mainiCred ca aceste comentarii negative au fost lasate numai de aranii care au venit i ei la mare i vor sa gaseasca aici ceea ce nu au avut in viaa lor acasa i nici nu au vazut. alii comentau despre faptul ca nu sunt balcoane...Cand v-ai ales hotelul nu ai vazut pozele nu era destul de clar Pe scurt, am fost cazati aici chiar zilele acestea i totul a fost foarte bine. Recomand hotelul!!!

Mie mi-a placut acest hotel. am avut o camera dubla standard plus, aproximativ 15 mp, patul de 160/200, doar cazare. Camera este primitoare, curata. S-a facut curatenie zilnic, prosoapele schimbate zilnic, iar lenjeria a schimbat-o in a 3a zi din cele 6 zile petrecute aici (desi mai aveam una curata in sifonier). Nu am mancat la restaurantul hotelului, ci la autoservirea care se afla in apropierea hotelului, la 100 m, deci aici nu pot puncta obiectiv. Hotelul ofera mai mute servicii, are piscina, dar nu le-am folosit pentru ca nu am vrut. Ca si amplasare este perfect. Personalul a fost foarte amabil, in putinele dati cand am interactionat, adica la sosire si la plecare. am fost cazati cand am ajuns, in jur de 17.00, desi am observat persoane care se cazau si mult mai devreme (probabil atunci cand s-a putut). Nu am avut probleme, totul a fost ok, am primit exact ce am platit.

Nu aveau un loc de uscat rufele, cred ca un uscator pliabil ar rezolva problema (le-am mai dus pe balconul din capatul holului, unde au fost ok, chiar lasate peste noapte). Salteaua este cu arcuri, dar pentru cateva zile merge. ar fi fost bine sa aiba o parcare privata, era destul de dificil de gasit loc de parcare.
