The kitchen is equipped with everything a skilled cook could want, from dishes to all necessary tools (hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee machine, etc.).

Access is based on code at the entrance to the building and apartment, and access to the inner courtyard is based on code necessary to raise the barrier.
