Location: 3-star Mediterranean complex is located in the center of the resort, just 50 m from the beach.
Description and general facilities: restaurant, public parking (unguarded - free of charge, children's playground, outdoor children's playground and an indoor area, Club Strumfi, internet in the complex, outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball/ football
court, volleyball court (surcharge). The beach is private, sun beds are for a fee.
The complex consists of 3 main building bodies: Vila 30 4*, Hotel Mercur 3*, Hotel Minerva 3*.
IT IS ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY TO WEAR THE ARMOURS RECEIVED UPON CHECK-IN IN ORDER TO BENEFIT FROM THE FACILITIES OF THE COMPLEX!

double rooms are divided into the two Hotels Mercury and Minerva. Maximum capacity 2 adults and 2 children until 14 years old or 3 adults and 1 child of 14 years old.
COMMUNICATIONG ROOM - Consists of a double room and a twin room that communicates through a door – maximum capacity 4 adults and 4 children until 14 years old. The rooms are equipped with private bathroom, LED TV, air conditioning, refrigerator,, free
wireless, high speed internet. Access to rooms allowed with magnetic cards.
STUDIO 4* VILA MAIA - Studios are located on the ground floor of Villa 30 – have an area of about 35 sqm and are equipped with double bed and sofa bed, private bathroom, LED TV, air conditioning, refrigerator,, free wireless internet, high speed, hair
dryer. Access to studios allowed with magnetic cards. The studios have their own terrace with table and chairs.
APARTMENT 4* VILA 30 - Apartments are located in Villa 30 – on the 1st and 2nd floors, have an overage of about 55 sqm and consist of a bedroom and a living room, equipped with double bed and sofa bed, private bathroom with bathtub, LED TV, air conditioning, refrigerator,
free wireless internet, high speed, hair dryer, bathrobes and disposable slippers. Access to apartments allowed with magnetic cards.
Table services: it is offered in Restaurant Mercur-Minerva, category I, in swedish buffet system.
The restaurant will be available with a varied menu of traditional and international cuisine that will satisfy any gastronomic preference, and as a dessert: cakes, fruits and ice cream (for dinner).
The buffet will be organized from 60 or more. Buffet meals are served from: breakfast 08.00 – 10.00, lunch 13.00 - 15.00 and dinner from 19.00 to 21.00. Customers who purchase accommodation with half board or all inclusive receive from 6 pm, the bracelet related
to the type of package purchased for each person.
In May and September (after September 15th) the meal will be served a la carte.
Access to the hotel's outdoor pool and sun beds in the pool area is free from 08.00 to 20.00 limited to the available seats for breakfast, half-board and all inclusive packages. The pool bar will provide free drinks for all-inclusive packages from 09:00 to
19:00.
Tourists who purchase only accommodation with breakfast have free access to the swimming pool, but do not have sun beds.
Reservations for sun beds are prohibited. Towels in the room on the pool or beach are not allowed.
Breakfast is served buffet from 08:00 to 10:00 - non-alcoholic drinks included during breakfast: fizzy / non-acidic juices- Pepsi coffee range, tea and table/carbonated water. Customers have access to the swimming pools of the resort umbrellas and sun

from the first day of accommodation and will end with dinner on the last day of accommodation, and tourists who have opted for half board lunch, lunch is served from the second day of accommodation and ends with lunch on the day of departure. Drinks included

of a buffet or menu with options of your choice depending on the minimum number of tourists. The buffet will be organized starting from a minimum of 60 people.
Towels are not allowed from the room on the pool or beach
Pets are not allowed in the pet complex.
All Inclusive – breakfast /lunch/dinner – served buffet meals – breakfast 08:00 – 10:00, lunch 13:00 – 15:00, dinner 19:00 – 21:30.
For tourists who have purchased the all inclusive package serve dinner on the first day of accommodation, breakfast, breakfast and dinner on the next days of your stay, and on the day of departure ( check-out) breakfast and breakfast are provided.
