totul a fost perfect. curenia atat la sosire cat i pe parcursul sejurului a fost impecabil. Plaja este aproape. Revenim de caiva ani cu drag la acest hotel. Nu am luat masa la hotel, dar voi da 10 pt a nu scdea recenzia. Recomand.

am avut un sejur foarte plcut la care a contribuit in mare parte i personalul hotelului. Personalul este foarte amabil, am fost imediat cazate. Curenia in camer a fost fcut zilnic i au rspuns pozitiv tuturor cerinelor noastre. Locaia este aproape de plaj ceea ce constituie un plus. in concluzie, am numai cuvinte de laud fiind o locaie de suflet pentru mine.

Hotelul e foarte curat, ingrijit, renovat cu bun gust, cu personal extrem de amabil. Lenjerie alba de calitate si prosoape albe, au fost schimbate dupa 4 zile.

Nu are lift si caratul bagajelor e un pic greoaie pana la etajul 3.

Hotelul arata bine, este poziionat la cateva minute pe jos de plaja,piscina mare. Micul dejun se servete la hotelul de vizavi i este ok, cam acelai in fiecare zi, dar ai ce alege i cappuccino este foarte bun.

am rezervat o camer dubl pentru 2 aduli i un copil de 2 ani i 10 luni ,dar nu au existat prosoape sau perne pentru copil. am cerut de la recepie o pern i ni s-a spus c nu au pentru c este hotelul plin. M indoiesc c nu aveau o perna in plus, urat comportament. Nu recomand cazarea la parter deoarece nu exist niciun loc pentru a-i usca prosoapele/costumele de baie. Becul cu senzor din hol se aprinde chiar i dac te ridici in fund in pat ceea ce e deranjant noaptea.

Hotelul cat si curatenia au fost ok conform asteptariilor.

S au tinut cont de 10% din cerinte, din doua camere cerute cu pat matrimonial doar una a fost conform cerintelor iar din cererea de a fi apropiate au fost alocate in puncte opuse ale hotelului. Nu ni sa permia check inul mai devreme pentru ca nu erau camere apropiate disponibile, ulterior fiind alocate aceleasi camere separate. Orarul de la barul hotelului fiind de la ora 8 dimineata, acesta ce fiind respectat de catre unul dintre angajati, fiind nevoiti sa asteptam pana si jumate de ora pe motiv ca dansul venea din alta statiune.

am petrecut 5 nopti in acest hotel 5/10 august 2024 Hotelul este frumos,curat,piscina ii mai adauga un plus. am fost impreun cu nite prieteni, la cererea noastr am primit camere pe acelai palier. am avut loc de parcare. Zon este linistita ,doar trenul se mai aude cateodat i guralivii pescrui. am avut camera cu vedere in spate ,umbra,pomi i in zare se construia ceva,ca pe tot litoralul romanesc. Ne-am simit foarte bine.

Frigiderul era plin de gheata i apa cand ne-am cazat. L-am ters cu prosoape din dotare ca nu aveam altceva

Camera este curat, spaioas, patul confortabil, ac funcioneaz bine, am avut frigider cu congelator destul de incptor.

La restaurantul hotelului unde se servea i micul dejun, am servit i pranzul i am primit mancare veche pe care am dat -o inapoi.

Poziionare ok

in s precizez c este al patrulea an in care ne cazam la acest hotel, dar anul acesta a fost dezamgitor. Comportamentul receptionerei si a personalului de curenie au fost sub orice critica. Concret, lsm prosoapele pe podeaua bii pentru a fi schimbate, le gseam pe chiuveta impturite dar neschimbate, (lucru repetat cateva zile)iar replica finala a fost de vise rele- "pai nu plecai maines". La cazare, dup ce am ateptat 7 ore, timp in care ali turiti venii dup noi au fost cazai tot pe acelai etaj, am preluat camera i am solicitat s ne fie pus i hartie igienic la baie, probabil am cerut prea mult c ne-a fost adus dup 2 ore. Referitor la piscina hotelului, in trecut eu a foarte curata, anul acesta apa era mai mult glbuie, cu mazg pe fundul piscinei, alunecoasa, iar dimineaa vedeam cum se spala zona din jurul i marginea piscinei cu un mop care era inmuiat in piscina.

Hotelul este recent renovat, curat, personalul de la receptie amabil. am avut noroc sa fie camera libera la 12.40 cand am ajuns la hotel, ceea ce a dus la un check in rapid. Micul dejun ok. Camera noastra a fost la parter, ceea ce implica lipsa balconului, este prima data cand fac rezervare pentru o astfel de camera, nu mai fac, noua ne place sa avem balcon. :) Hotelul dispune di de piscina, ideal pentru familiile cu copii cand marea este agitata si valurile prea mari.

amplasarea hotelului fata de plaja

oamenii Romani din receptie extrem de neempatici cu oamenii. curatenia in camera ca cei care sedeau 3 nopti era doar la cerere si aia doar daca te intalneai cu doamna, saltele f proaste la pat, cu gauri in textura, pe o parte latera a hotelului era un peisaj dezolant ca de dupa razboi (partea cu hotel ciresica), micul dejun...ceva de zile rele ////ceva gresit rau... se statea cu lumina stinsa la masa, era extrem de saracaccios, era ceva ce nu se poate descrie nici la o cantina. pret lui era 10 euro tip bufet.

Scurgerea la baie nu este ok si pentru ca nu este usa la dus se aduna multa apa. In hol este in bec cu senzor care sa deschide la orice miscare, iar noaptea este deranjant.

Hotelul este curat, personal amabil si aproape de plaja.Micul dejun este foarte bun si variat. Parcarea este destul de mare si nu sunt probleme din acest punct de vedere.

Becul cu senzor din camera care se aprinde automat indiferent daca e noapte sau zi, dar si mocheta de pe hol.si din camera care desi este relativ noua pare imbacsita cu praf si miros.toate hotelurile moderne situate la malul marii au gresie pe jos, este mult mai igienic si mult mai usor de intretinut.

F dezamagita...pentru ca am avut vouchere prin agentie si nu cumparate de la hotel, nu am primit camera la etajul 1 chiar daca eram cu copil si rugasem la hotel din luna iulie cand mai fuseseram 4 zile si ni se garantase ...hotelul nu are lift.Apoi la baie a mirosit ingrozitor, chiar daca am spalat personal, a Wc public, frigiderul vechi, ingalbenit iar mocheta mirosea urat si ff murdara, piscina murdara mereu...DE EVITAT HOTELUL!!!!!!!!

Pot lasa feed-back pozitiv doar doamnelor ce faceau curatenie si restul personalului ce se ocupa de ingrijirea hotelului/piscinei/bar , foarte amabili si zambitori tot timpul.

Am avut rezervate 3 camere, 2 au fost in corpul B si 1 in corpul A, am specificat inca de la rezervare cu agentia ca doresc sa fie camere alaturate , la receptie se dadea din umeri ca nu s-a stiut si ca nu au ce face, o "doamna" bruneta foarte aroganta. Noroc cu o domnisoara tot de la receptie ce a putut face niste modificari si a rezolvat. Atitudinea celeilalte doamne, lasa de dorit, precizez ca mai venise in acelasi timp o dna sa schimbe camera si s-a putut. Aici este doar daca vrea ea.

Camera si baia extrem de mici, saltea rupta, incomoda, mocheta ff murdara.In camera doamna de la curatenia intra doar sa ia gunoiul, curat nu s-a facut deloc, nici macar patul nu era facut, nici prosoapele nu au fost schimbate in 5 zile. La receptie, in prima seara am cerut sapun lichid pt ca nu era deloc si un cearceaf un plus pt ca era racoare dar mi s-a spus ca sapun se va pune a 2 a zi dimineata iar cearceaf nu se poate sa-mi dea, poate o patura dar cearceaf nu.La receptie nu raspunde nimeni la telefon, am sunat la nr de pe cartela pt ca nu se mai deschidea usa camerei dar a trebuit sa cobor la receptir si sa astept cu un copil mic aprox. 15 min sa intru in camera pana a venit o doamna din hotelul de vis a vis ca schimbe bateriile. Hotel comunist renovat cu personal nepregatit la receptie.

totul a fost foarte bine. Este un hotel bine renovat si modernizat cu toate dotarile necesare si cu tineri prietenosi la receptie.

Pentru un hotel de 3 stele, mi se pare prea scump un mic dejun de peste 50 lei(10,), comparativ cu cele din strainatate de 5-7,. La hotelurile exclusive de la 4 stele in sus, se plateste 10-12, pentru micul dejun. Spun asta, pentru a fi si mai atractivi, cu partea aceasta de oferta. Nu am luat micul dejun al hotelului si am mancat de 30 lei foarte bine in alte 2-3 locatii. alt punct, dar nu asa important este faptul ca din multitudinea de canale tV, lipsesc Eurosport si Digisport. Poate si un alt tip de saltele ar fi mai confortabile.

Cand am ajuns la check-in , surpriza, rezervarea mea nu exista, noroc ca aveau camere libere.Nu se stie cine este de vina, agentia sau hotelul, asa mi s-a comunicat de catre receptionera .Daca doresti sa te odihnesti, nu poti sa o faci, la ora 9 10 dimineaa camerista bate la usa ptr.a face curatenie!asa ceva nu am intalnit nicaieri, sa deranjezi clientul , si n-am inteles, facea curat cu noi in camera!adica eu imi organizez trezirea in concediu in functie de cameriste!Nu exista nimic in balcon pe care sa poti usca prosoape, costume de baie.Nu am folosit piscina, nu am mancat la restaurantul hotelului.

Un hotel curat cu camere mici dar foarte utile. am stat 4 persoane intr-o camera de la etaj cu pat suplimentar i nu ne-am simit ingramadii, camera i baia sunt deosebit de utile avand multe polie pentru depozitare. Hotelul pare renovat de curand iar personalul este in general format din tineri amabili. Locuri de parcare au fost suficiente chiar pentru varf de sezon. Cu sigurana un hotele de recomandat.

Camerele de la parter incep sa miroasa a mucegai din cauza faptului ca nu au balcon unde sa poti usca prosoapele si costumul de baie. am tinut in permanenta geamul rabatat si ventilatorul din baie pornit. Din pacate nu au restaurant.

Hotelul arata foarte bine , zona linitita, placuta, aproape de plaja. Mic dejun bun, mancare buna la pre foarte bun.

O parte a personalului neinstruita. tineri, radeau, se impingeau, dansau pe coridor. ar trebui sa fie mai politicosi i mai rezervai. Camera se preda la ora 11:00, programul meselor i anumite constrangeri la restaurant nu mi-au placut. Mancarea, preul mesei, servirea la restaurant destul de bune.

Camera arata foarte bine, curata, iar hotelul este amplasat aproape de plaja. Piscina este foarte curata si e bine-venita.

Cand am platit sejurul, am adaugat 2 copii (1 si 3 ani) si mi-a crescut pretul cu 30%. Cand am ajuns la hotel am constatat ca pretul este exclusiv pentru mancare si nu am pat suplimentar pentru copii. In plus, cu fisa cont poti lua pranzul doar intr-un singur restaurant unde sunt foarte dezorganizati. Mancarea vine tarziu, meniul nu este complet (au 6 feluri de supe, dar nu servesc decat 3-4, la fel si la deserturi). In mai multe zile am comandat mancare si ne-a venit felul 2, iar salata de varza ne-a fost servita la 20 min dupa.

totul este nou. arata f bine. Nu ineleg de ce este trecut inca hotel Slatina cu pozele vechi. Piscina este suficient de mare, personalul tanar i amabil.

Nu se poarta matile corespunzator nici de personal nici de turiti. Canerele sunt mici. Cu toate ca este deschis de putin timp, unele lucruri nu erau cirate(praf pe aerul condiionat din balcon, pe pervazul de geam). ar fi pacat ca cineva sa nu urmareasca intreinerea camerelor i sa se deterioreze repede.

Hotelul este amplasat destul de aproape de plaja ,personal amabil,parcare la dispoziia clientului, camera(15m2) de hotel proaspat renovata dar fara calitatea unui hotel , mobilier nou, tv plat., aer condiionat.

Faptul ca nu are restaurant in incinta hotelului si ar trebui mers la restaurantul Holiday Olimp creeaza un disconfort, deasemenea la piscina nu prea se inghesuiau clientii cu, copii din motivul ca lipseste o piscina pentru acetia iar curaenia spaiului adiacent piscinei lasa de dorit. Sunt spaii si camere in care inca se lucreaza la modernizarea totala a hotelului. Se dorete aliniere la standarde si servicii de calitate oferite de hotelurile din afara. Servicii slabu oferite de barul din incinta, nu preaparau cappuccino spre exemplu sau in lista de preturi aveau Ursus retro dar pe toata perioada ederii mele nu au aprovizionare.

Daca doresti sa te bucuri de mare la un pret rezonabil, e un hotel super, pozitionare super. ajungi in 3 minute la rasarit, ai cea mai faina plaja din Olimp, nisip super fin. Nu mai zic de piscina! E foarte faina, intretinuta, dusuri calde la piscina. atmsfera ne-a placut in hotel, e de vacanta, litoral, muzica, la piscina minunat. Citeste si aspectele negative!

E cu hotel de fix 2 stele, mobilierul e vechi, usile vechi, miroase tare a naftalina pe hol, chiar si calciul de pe pereti e de cand hotelul, ferestre de lemn. Patul e vechi, dar ok, asternuturi apretate, curate, paturi curate, mocheta ok. Daca vii cu pretentii de 2 stele, te poti bucura de mare f fain. Daca ai pretentii de 3, mergi in alta parte. Nu cred e ok sa dai mai mult de 150 lei pe noapte. Nu sunt conditii de mai mult totusi. Noi ne-am simtit f bn ptr ca iubim marea si ptr ca a fost ieftin. Ca pozitionare e MINUNat!

Personalul hotelului este in regula.

In ambele camere erau plosnite de pat care efectiv m-au ciuruit pe maini, picioare si spate, si nu m-am putut odihni deloc noptile. a fost un calvar. am avut camera 223a si apoi am cerut sa o schimb (cu 301a), in care a fost la fel. Inadmisibil sa platesti pentru concediu si odihna si sa existe plosnite! acum stau cu grija sa nu fi adus vreuna si acasa, intrucat am auzit ca se scapa foarte greu de ele.

am vazut o scena in care patronul tipa la niste turisti si se lauda ca i-a dat pe unii afara din camera. Chiar daca avea dreptate, ca turist tot am fost neplacut impresionata. orice discutie se putea purta civilizat. a invoca "e hotelul meu, eu spun ce ai voie sa faci" e cam mult. Poate e un regumemnt pe care l-ati acceptat- ar fi fost o varianta mai potrivita. Hotelul nu are resturant propriu iar la cel recomandat (apartinand aceluiasi patron) dimineata asteptai mult pana apareau produse la micul dejun si pierdeai din timpul de plasa, iar in rest servirea era foarte proasta.

Hotelul este unul vechi cu toate dupa timpul lui Ceausescu, inclusiv saltele, draperii etc., desi unele dintre mobilier sau altele ca marmura de ex. sunt mult mai bune calitativ decat cele noi ! O camera modesta, dar eu m-am dus la mare sa vad marea, nu sa admir camera ! Cel mai important lucru a fost sa pot sa ma odihnesc, ceea ce am si putut sa fac, zona linistita si hotel mai mult pentru oamenii de varsta a doua si copiii ! Curatenia este relativ buna ! Raport Pret/Calitate este pe undeva echitabil !

Lucru care m-a deranjat este ca lenjeria de pat si prosoapele nu au fost schimbate pe durata de 5 nopti in care am stat ! Unele echipamente ar trebui schimbate, ca: instalatiile sanitare.
