Hotelul pare a fi recent renovat, foarte bine întreținut și foarte curat. Poziționarea este foarte buna, camerele cu vedere la mare fac toți banii! Balconul este îngust, dar pe noi nu ne-a deranjat. Piscina nu am încercat-o, am preferat marea. MAncarea este destul de buna, însă nu ar strica ceva varietate.

Hotel amplasat foarte aproape de plaja cu priveliste superba. Camerele reconditionate calitate-pret ok.

Mic dejun putin variat, in afara de oua, rosii si castraveti nu ai ce sa mananci. Mancarea se termina foarte repede (spatiul de servire mic raportat la nr turistilor) Eu am fost in Septembrie si dimineata la ora 8,00 era balamuc, nici nu vreau sa ma gandesc cum era in sezon. Braseria o gluma! Nu luati cazare cu bonuri valorice fiindca banii pot fi cheltuiti doar la terasa/braserie. Mancare putina si proasta. Au doar gratar cu cartofi prajiti( singura garnitura) pizza si paste. Ca si preturi: 30lei portia de paste, 35 o pizza de o persoana, 14lei, 25 friptura cu cartofi prajiti.Servirea la braserie greoaie.

Mancare buna la terasa Hotelului Opal.

Baie foarte mica, veche, dus defect. Receptionere impertinente si barfitoare (au comentat timp indelungat atitudinea unei doamne in varsta, insotita de un copil de aproximativ 3 ani, care a insistat sa fie cazata cu o jumatate de ora mai devreme de ora 15.00 (pentru ca a asistat la cazarea mai devreme a unei strain!!!!).

Deficiente la servirea micului dejun și a cinei datorita cozilor formate.Baia este mult prea mica, necesita renovare ( faianță, obiectele sanitare si aerisirea) iar curatenie nu se face, se ridica doar gunoiul zilnic.

MAncare foarte buna

Mizerie în cameră mai ales în baie ,miros de closet public, scurgeri chiuvetă și cadă înfundate, perdele căzute, pereti reparatii în bătaie de joc, lipsa de reacție la cele reclamate! Hotelul e în decădere accentuată. De 8 ani am fost aici dar am renuntat definitiv din acest an.

Pozitie minunata fata de mare, plaja aproape, mobilier partial nou, paturi confortabile si asternuturi curate, personal civilizat si profesionist, teren de tenis.

Grupul sanitar (baia) este de 2*, persoane mai corpolente au sigur probleme, micul dejun tip cantina, la limita inferioara, camerele vecine cu lifturile (6 la numar) infernal de zgomotoase, zgomot infernal pana la ora 24,00 produs de restaurantul hotelului vecin (!!!) si de piscina cu copii deschisa pana la miezul noptii!!!. Este un hotel perfect pentru familisti care doresc aer curat, acces direct la plaja, relaxare si liniste, dar din pacate zgomotul de care am amintit strica toate eforturile gazdelor. Cine are nervii tari poate sa incerce! Locul de parcare promis este pentru cine e mai tare, are noroc sau sta ore intregi si pandeste pana ce se elibereaza vreunul.

N-am cazat de mai multe ori la acest hotel, motivul principal fiind patul destul de mare pentru a incapea cu un copil in el :), dar si apropierea de plaja si linistea. Hotelul e curat, ingrijit cu mobilier nou Micul dejun ok.,. Anul acesta am avut o camera superioara dar n-am vazut vreo diferenta fata de camerele "normale"care sa justifice diferenta de pret.

Gradina arata neingrijit ca o mica jungla, noroc cu trandafirii care o mai salveaza. Exista o fantana arteziana sau ceva asemanator dar nu am vazut-o functionand. Am tot sperat an de an ca vor uda macar iarba, dar nimic.

Hotelul este curat,este liniste, micul dejun destul de ok, aveai ce sa manAnci, singurul lucru care nu mi-a plăcut a fost faptul că în afară de pepene alte fructe nu aveau.

Camerele duble standard sunt destul de mici, baia la fel, nerenovate, în afară de mobilierul care este relativ nou, alte îmbunătățiri nu sunt, prosoapele sau schimbat o singură dată intr-o saptamana, curățenie la fel, se ridică gunoiul în fiecare zi și atAt.

A fost relativ bine. Pacat de amplasarea hotelului care este una foarte buna. Cand spun pacat ma refer la putinele investitii facute in confort. Exemplu: baia era cred de pe timpul lui Ceausescu.

se ajunge usor la hotel, curatenia este ok, se da cu aspiratorul zilnic, se schimba prosoapele murdare, se pune hartie igienica. in camere sunt aparate de aer conditionat . Noi am primit camere pentru nefumatori . a fost ok.

Hotelul, desi aproape de plaja nu are una amenajata, accesul la paja se face pe niste scari pline de vegetatie si implicit mizerii, erau acolo si cativa caini printre tufisuri , iar la piscina se ajunge in functie de hotelul la care esti cazat. noua ne-au cerut 30 lei de persoana , dupa ce ne-a intrebat la ce hotel suntem cazati ,ceea ce mi s-a parut foarte mult ,si mai aveau acolo un afis mare cu "ne rezervam dreptul de a selecta clientii" o chestie de prost gust mai ales ca piscina deservea 1 hotel de 3 stele si doua de 2 stele sau poate nu ne incadram noi in clientii selectati ? plaja este neingrijita , e plin de alge pe care nu le ridica nimeni iar apa este plina de mizerii pe care le aduce vantul de pe plaja.

Mie sincer mi-a placut acest hotel, in special personalul este foarte ok, se ocupa de tine, curatenia, este un element de baza,

Ca si nemultumiri ar fi la restaurant, unde mancarea desi buna si suficienta, a fost aceeasi toata saptamana (am ales doar micul dejun) amplasarea lui: daca vroiai sa faci baie nu puteai, desi era foarte aproape de plaja in apa nu putei intra din cauza pietrelor, insa ca alternativa aveam plaja Jupiter la 10 min de mers pe jos asa ca daca poti trece de aceste mici inconveniente restul este ok.

Location: Opal Hotel 3 * is situated in the northern part of the peninsula Cap Aurora is located on the seafront promenade in the resort, 50 metres from the beach. The area is scenic, especially due to its spectacular landscape and positioning between the Comorova and the Black Sea.

Hotel Facilities: restaurant, coffee lounge, 2 Conference halls, tennis courts, Wi-Fi, private parking guarded limited places available, playground for children, 2 exterior and an indoor playground, SHOP at the hotel, reception and Concierge 24 h, possibility to transfer aéroport/railway station, Optional excursions Coastal and Delta.

Rooms facilities: Hotel guests receive Opal 217 doubles, of which 150 overlooking the sea and 15 suites with bedroom and living room, 2 balconies, all with views of the sea. Double Economy rooms, located on the IV, V and VI are equipped with twin beds and are decorated in shades of blue, beige or Brown, offering a great panoramic view towards the Black Sea or Comorova. The Comfort double rooms are situated on the top floors I, II, III, VII and VIII are equipped with twin beds and King size bed, a simple, yet futuristic. All our accommodation spaces shall enjoy the same facilities and have a private bathroom with shower or bath and balcony.

Catering: Opal restaurant, with a capacity of 360 seats inside and 120 seats on the 2 terraces to the sea, welcomes you to dine in a modern and relaxing ambience. The tables included in the accommodation package (breakfast and dinner) are served inside the restaurant in buffet system and will make available a variety of traditional and international dishes, which we hope will satisfy fully. The buffet includes coffee/tea (breakfast), carbonated soft drinks, juices, water (during all meals), wine and draught beer (at dinner). On our terraces you can admire the sea and enjoy the a la carte menu, which contains a selection of cuisine "the Bistro", as well as a large variety of dishes, pizzas baked in wood-fired oven. However, accompanied of course by a wide selection of drinks and served by our team at the highest standards.
