Hotel Regal 3* Costinesti is located approximately 200 meters from the sea, in the center of the resort, next to the Summer Theater of Costinesti, and is open all year round.
 
Hotel Regal has an accommodation capacity of 51 rooms and was completely renovated in 2021, being classified as a 3-star hotel.
 
All rooms are equipped with a bathroom with shower cabin, hairdryer, disposable slippers and personal hygiene products, air conditioning, minibar, and LCD TV with cable channels. All rooms have a balcony, and the deluxe double rooms also include bathrobes and a scale. Guests benefit from free Wi-Fi internet both in the rooms and in the common areas.
 
The hotel has a conference room with 100 seats, equipped with a video projector and flipchart.
 
The hotel’s restaurant serves culinary dishes specific to international, local, and Romanian cuisine.
 
Guests can dine on the outdoor terraces located in the garden of Hotel Regal, as well as inside the restaurant. At the “For You” Terrace, evenings with live music or DJ performances are organized.
 
The hotel’s swimming pool is covered and heated in winter, and in summer, due to the retractable roof and windows, it transforms into an outdoor pool. The pool is sanitized using salt and negative pH instead of chlorine, making it suitable for people with allergies.
 
In the pool area, Hotel Regal also offers a salt sauna and jacuzzi, available for an extra fee.

Dinner is served as an assisted buffet and includes various dishes, side dishes, dessert, fruits, and beverages: water, tea, coffee, carbonated soft drinks on draft / non-carbonated drinks from the Coca-Cola range, beer, white/red wine on draft, imported alcoholic beverages (Ballantine’s whiskey, Absolut vodka, Havana rum, Lillet aperitif, Zarea cognac, Zarea aperitif, Prosecco) served at the restaurant bar.
 
Breakfast and lunch are served starting from the second day of accommodation, including on the day of departure. On the first day, guests start with dinner. Beverages are included only during meals, and varieties may change. Wearing the identification bracelet (received at the hotel reception upon check-in) is mandatory throughout the stay.
