Camera curata, i foarte spatioasa cu balcon.

Hotelul nu dispune de restaurant i nici parteneriat cu vreun loc in apropiere pentru a lua masa. Frigiderul era gol, fr buturi cum se obinuiete in alte locuri de cazare. taxa de 50 lei perceputa pentru early check in inainte de ora 1400 avand in vedere ca erau camere libere in hotel. telefonul fix funcionabil, dar prezenta urme majore de fisura.

am ajuns la ora 7 la hotel i doamna de la bucatarie a avut amabilitatea sa ne serveasca cu o cafea! am fost cazai la ora 12. am primit o camera spaioasa, foarte curata, cu miros placut, cu aternuturi i prosoape curate. aternuturile au fost schimbate la 3 zile (de 2 ori). Personalul de la recepie i una dintre doamnele de la salonul de servire a micului dejun te intampinau mereu cu zambetul pe buze. O privelite extraordinara pentru cei care au norocul sa primeasca o camera spre Lacul Siutghiol. (Noi am avut norocul sa ne fie schimbata camera, la insistenele noastre, din a treia zi). Salonul pentru servirea micului dejun - un spaiu placut, curat, funcional.

1. Hotelul susine ca parcarea este libera, dar cand ajungi acolo constai ca, de fapt, hotelul nu are parcare proprie i eti nevoit sa ii caui loc de parcare undeva in faa hotelui, pe marginea oselei. 2. Hotelul este situat intre Bulevardul Mamaia i Lacul Siutghiol, in spatele hotelului Regal, prea aproape de acesta! inchipuii-va o distana de o osea i doua trotuare . Daca ai ghinionul sa primeti o camera care da spre Regal, aa cum am primit noi iniial, eti nevoit sa stai cu draperiile trase tot timpul! i se aude foarte tare i zgomotul facut de sutele de autoturisme care circula pe bulevard. 3. Micul dejun de tip bufet suedez: salam, muchi iganesc (foarte sarat), oua, telemea, cacaval, 2 feluri de dulceaa/gem, lapte, ceai, cafea, cereale, pepene rou. Doar un carcota ar spune ca nu e bun! Dar daca ai fi nevoit sa vezi in fiecare dimineaa, 8 zile consecutive, acelai fel de mancare, ce parere avei Ce era diferit intr-o dimineaa oua ochiuri, in urmatoarea - oua fierte, iar oua ochiuri, iar oua fierte etc. Prin Mamaia nu s-a auzit i de omleta!! in cateva zile unt i piersici cam necoapte, in doua zile - iaurt i intr-o zi - cabanos prajit. 4. Ora tarzie de servire a micului dejun: 8! i daca intr-o zi am intrat in salon la ora 7:55, ni s-a atras atenia ca este prea devreme. 5. Frigiderul nu racea aproape deloc in niciuna din cele 2 camere. 6.Probabil personalul de la curaenie este insuficient. in 3 zile, am fost deranjai in timp ce ne odihneam dupa pranz, de femeia care a venit pentru curaenie. i bineineles ca i-am refuzat serviciile. Norocul nostru ca am pastrat curat i nu am folosit coul de gunoi. 7. a doua camera primita, cea cu vederea spre lac, avea perii i mocheta nu tocmai curate.
