Mancarea a fost aproximativ bun.

Curenie superficial, cel mai negativ lucru mi sa prut s fii Hotel de 5 stele s oferi all Inclusive si s nu ai bar pe plaj., dar pentru ei este o afacere bun acest lucru se consum mai puin pt all Inclusive . Prea mult monotonie, lips divertisment.

Hotelul este frumos, curat, angajaii amabili.

Mancare nu foarte diversificata. Desertul de proasta calitate, dulciuri cumparate - de genul mix de fursecuri - nicidecum cum ar trebui s fie la un hotel de 5 stele. Nu exista bar propriu pe plaja privata. Nici posibilitatea s iti duci buturi pe plaja. Pe tot parcursul sejurului, am vazut aceeasi angajati tineri, de dimineaa pan seara tarziu. Cu siguran nu au zile libere.

Curenia superficiala in camera, baia mai ales neigienizata, mocheta murdara ca intr-un loc public cu trafic intens, pernele decorative ptate, blatul comodei plin de pete lipicioase. Patul suplimentar este o canapea stramb i foarte tare. Mancarea de o calitate foarte joas i lipsita de prospeime. Fetele de masa nu sunt schimbate in timpul meselor, mananci in resturile de mancare si petele lasate de cei care au mancat inaintea ta. Canalele tV sunt varianta economica. Nu se pune problema de 5 stele. am plecat inainte de finalul perioadei rezervate.

Personal ok dar foarte obositi.

Mancare semicongelata la hotel de 5 stele.Exclus. Restaurant mic si neingrijit, fete de masa murdare, mese nesterse , mese langa piscina, mananci cu putina apa de piscina daca ai norocul sa sar in apa un needucat. Lenjeria nu s a schimbat decat dupa 4 zile cand am cerut insistent. Nu reflecta pretul , mai degraba 3 stele .

Hotel curat, personal amabil, mancare gustoasa. am fost cazati in corpul B, camera dubla superioara. Conditii foarte bune de cazare, camera cu terasa mare cu vedere la strada. Mancare pentru toate gusturile, foarte gustoasa si destul de variata. Plaja privata a hotelului este la 2-3 minute de mers pe jos de hotel.

Ne place foarte mult acest hotel este deja al patrulea an in care ne intoarcem aici! Personalul este amabil i mereu gata s ajute. Hotelul i camerele sunt curate, se face curenie regulat, ceea ce apreciem foarte mult. Micul dejun este variat i gustos, cu opiuni pentru toate gusturile. Plaja este foarte aproape, iar hotelul are i o plaj privat, unde ezlongurile i umbrelele sunt gratuite un mare plus! Este o locaie perfect pentru familii cu copii mici. De asemenea, restaurantul italian care aparine hotelului este excelent mancarea este delicioas i atmosfera plcut. Noi cu siguran ne dorim s revenim i anul viitor!

Linistea din locatie, personal discret si serviabil din restaurant, bar,plaja si parcare. Servicii de curatenie de nota 10 din partea cameristei. Plaja hotelului curata, neaglomerata. Piscina curata. Supele creme si ciorbele foarte bune, salatele excelente.

Mocheta din camera era patata, poate s-ar impune niste renovari, fiind hotel de 5 stele. am vrut sa schimbam masa de amiaza din ziua iesirii cu masa de amiaza in ziua intrarii si nu s-a putut, aici ar trebui mai multa intelegere. Mancarea ca si fel principal (felul 2) destul de slabuta ca si varietate/ specialitati. Nu ni s-a parut a fi de hotel de 5 stele.

Mancarea foarte bun i personalul de la servirea mesei foarte amabil

Personalul de la recepie ins nu, ne au czut din cauza vantului produse de pe balcon de 2 ori am rugat la recepie dac pot sa ne ajute , nu s au deranjat. Serviciile pt all inclusiv si 5 stele slabe:buturi servite doar in timpul mesei , nu au beach bar. in camera usa de la balcon nu se inchidea i cand reueam cu greu sa o inchidem, pornea aerul condiionat singur.

Pretul a fost ok pentru un hotel cu 5 stele, dar daca luam in considerare ca nu pare a fi un hotel de 5 stele atunci se echilibreaza.

Hotel de 5 stele dar nu pare a 5 stele. Mancarea la all inclusive este destul de mediocra, nu este in nici un caz de 5 stele! In corp B camera 1 putea a "sosete umede", probabil sa inundat mai demult covorul si nu a iesit mirosul orcat am aerisit.

amplasarea fata de plaja, faleza, statiune...camera (dubla lux corp B) spatioasa amenajata cu gust, piscina mare curata.

Patul pentru a treia persoana inconfortabil( tare ), personalul de la restaurant tanar si fara total experienta,.Desi pe voucher scria ca accesul la Sauna este inclus cand am solicitat pornirea ni s-au solicitat 50 ron/ora:((( Nu suntem scandalagii asa ca ne-am lasat pagubasi.

tot ce tine de Hotel si personal a fost perfect.

Plaja cu sezlongurile hotelului nu a fost curatata la timp de algele adunate la mal ceea ce a creat disconfort atat copiilor cat si noua ca adulti. De asemenea, pozitionarea plajei hotelului nu ne-a placut. E inghesuita, in forma de triunghi intre niste stafilopozi, culoarul celor cu jetsky-uri si plaja curatata de alge prea rar pentru plaja unui hotel de 5 stele.

Camere de hotel foarte spaioase,curatenie,personalul foarte amabil,excepie fiind una din recepionere.

Una din recepionere foarte urat a vorbit,deloc amabila,sictirita,fara sa ofere anumite condiii..exact cand am ajuns nu a putut sa ne spuna ora cazariidaca ne putem schimba undeva sa sta la piscinade atunci am evitat sa trec pe la Recepie cand era domnioara acolourat!

Pe plaja hotelului se permite contracost i accesul altor persoane. Nu se face curaenie, nu se grebleaza nisipul, accesoriile de plaja murdare.... mare pacat !

personalul foarte ok - din cadrul hotelului, camera curata - se face curat zilnic. mancarea ok la micul dejun (se mai schimbau din zi in zi cateva lucuri, desi majoritatea erau standard la fel zilnic). am avut impresia ca in unele zile puneau la micul dejun ce ramanea de la masa de cu o seara inainte.

uneori am avut impresia ca vor sa faca risipa de consumabile, sa schimbe o hartie igienica terminata e jumatate cu una noua.... personalul de pe plaja lasa de dorit foarte mult, nu ne-au ajutat deloc cu saltelele pentru sezlong si te dadeau afara de pe plaja daca cumva voiai sa stai peste "programul plajei". nu au pus absolut deloc macar muzica ambientala la masa sau la piscina, mai ca m-am simtit indemnata sa plec la plaja. seara liniste totala.

hotelul este la 5 minute de plaja, este destul de curat, are un balconas mic unde incap 2 scaune si o masuta, e tocmai bun ca sa iti poti usca rufele la soare. In pretul cazarii am avut inclus si o umbreluta cu 2 sezlonguri pe plaja (noroc ca ne-a spus portarul de ele ca altfel nu am fi aflat)

Nu arata a hotel de 5 stele, 3*, hai poate 4*. Camera era destul de micuta(noi ne-am cazat in camerele cu pret ceva mai normal, nu in cea mai fency camera a lor) unde efectiv incapea un pat, un televizor, 2 fotolii si o masuta si cam aia era. Cand am intrat, un prim minus a fost ca ne-a intampinat doamna de la receptie care isi tot sufla nasul si parea racita cobza. Concluzie - nu o sa ma mai intorc aici, nu merita banii

Hotelul este curat ,camera este mare ,baia este mare,mic dejun foarte bun , aproape de plaja , s-au schimbat prosoape zilnic si are si parcare monitorizata video cu bariere/paznic dar contra cost 15 lei/zi

Foarte frumos! dnele faceau curat in camera in fiecare zi, schimbau si prosoapele. ..banuiesc ca asa trebuie sa fie la 5 stele);micul dejun foarte bogat(am avut cazare+mic dejun). Foarte aproape de plaja. Piscina mai mica decat in poze dar foarte curata si apa perfecta de baie.

ar trebui sa fie putin mai ateni la detalii si ce spun acum are strict legatura cu administratorul si asta pt ca au acele 5 stele si trebuie sa le meriti in permanenta :siliconul de la faianta de langa cada trebuie sa fie imaculat, nu urme de mucegai, trebuia facuta o mica reparatie langa usa de la balcon, un mic uscator ar fi util pt ca e pacat dar si urat sa atarni prosoapele pe balustrada de sticla.

am fost foarte multumit de conditii ,aspect, servicii si personal.

Pernele groaznice, foarte tari. am dormit fara ele. Cabina de dus cu punine accesorii pentru a pune un sampon, sapun, gel de dus. Erai obligat sa iesi din dus si sa iei aceste accesorii de pe lavoar.

apreciez curaenia zilnica i schimbul prosoapelor .....

inca de la Recepie am intalnit persoane extrem de zgarcite cu informaiile, doar daca intrebam ne furnizau informaii i abia ne au condus in camera, la masa demipensiunea nu are voie suc sau prajituri , doar all inclusiv , demipensiunea era Cenuareasa hotelului cred.....era o situaie penibila, de a dreptul, lucru pe care nu ni l-au spus nici cei de la agenie , iar cei de la hotel nici gand pana cand nu au cam smuls paharelul cu suc din mana fiicei mele... Daca stiam de la inceput era altceva, darrse pare ca romanii sunt tare scumpi i la vorbe, nu doar la tarife pe litoral.

Personal ( ospatari, cameriste) amabil, atent la detalii si solicitari. Prosoape la piscina si plaja, sezlonguri incluse, curatenie zilnica in camere si balcon. Regim all inclusive diversificat ( mancare).

Personal receptie si bar neprofesionist, chiar arogant, nu cu noi ( i-am motivat). Lipsa unui salvamar la piscina ( 1.80 m) in conditiile in care majoritatea clientilor sunt insotiti de copii mici. In tot sejurul ( 5 nopti ) atmosfera la restaurant si piscina aducea cu una de parastas. Seara majotitatea turistilor cauta alte locatii unde este prezentat si un program artistic.

Personal ok. Mancare variata si gustoasa. Curatenie zilnica. Piscina curata si cu adancimi variate.

Muzica cu volum mare pana la orele 00 la camerele din spate ( cam dificil sa dormi cu usa de la balcon deschisa). Parcarea securizata dar contra cost (15 ron pe noapte). Locul de joaca pt copii aproape inexistent (doar 3 mese cu carti de colorat...)
