In cele 6 zile cat am stat,nu s-a schimbat lenjeria absolut deloc,s-au inlocuit 3 prosoape si atat.Nu as putea spune ca are prestatia unui hotel de 4*.Desi a fost al 3 -lea an,cred ca a fost si ultimul.Mancarea a fost cam aceeasi in fiecare zi iar daca veneai mai tarziu de ora 14 mai ca nu mai aveai ce sa alegi.

totul e nou, camera mare, chiar daca am stat la parter, impecabila, cu dotari de 4 stele. aproape de plaja, sezlonguri incluse .

in 5 zile nu a intrat nimeni in camera, sa ia macar gunoiul, nu mai spun de prosoape sau altele. Restaurantul e destul de incapator, mancarea gustoasa insa prost manageriat. aparatele de cafea sunt rau amplasate, se face coada si la revedere, nu mai treci prin zona , nu mai poti sa-ti iei paine, lapte....doar daca spui pardon pardon si toata lumea sa ti se dea din cale. Doamnele de la receptie stau ascunse acolo sa nu cumva sa ti se intersecteze privirile sa le intrebi cumva ceva. S-ar putea face multe lucruri frumoase daca cineva s-ar implica cu adevarat in managmentul acestui hotel.

am fost cazai in corpul nou unde camerele sunt de 4*, frumoase i curate. Micul dejun nu este variat dar este proaspt, se alimenteaz incontinuu! Domnioara de la curenie foarte drgu i de ajutor! Destul de aproape de plaja.

Mancarea i timpul de ateptare la restaurant este un dezastru. am comandat orez cu legume i pulpe la grtar, orezul a venit cald iar carnea bocn. Bineineles nu am pltit. Doamnisoara de la recepie cam acr....cred ca am deranjat-o cand am ajuns i am vrut sa facem check-inul!

Hotelul este renovat , iar aripa noua este de 4 *.Camerele si baile sunt mari , curate, patul confortabil.Singurul inconvenient , cartela de acces , care o data scoasa , opreste alimentarea cu curent. Deci nu functioneaza frigiderul si aerul conditionat , iar camera se transforma in sauna !

La capitolul mancare , slab! Mic dejun si pranz limitat ca si diversificare, sincope in realimentare,sucurile, cafeaua, de calitate proasta.Plaja execrabila , plina de scoici , nu poti merge descult la apa. Plina de vanzatori ambulanti , cam unul la 20 secunde , de multe ori chiar si trei in acelasi timp, care isi striga produsele cat pot de tare. Se merge pe principiul primul venit, primul servit , chiar daca este plaja hotelului, clientii nu au prioritate .La ora 10 mai gasesti locuri doar in randurile din spate. La intrarea in apa trebuie sa faci slalom printre cearceafuri, umbrele, saltele, etc

ederea la Hotel i masa au fost "bunicele" dar noua romanilor ne lipsete bunul simt la servit masa in sistem bufet suedez.....ar trebui sa se serveasca cat ai nevoie fara risipa de mancare iar altul poate nu ajunge sa guste.

Hotel aproape de plaja, un mare plus daca ai copii mici. am avut camera superioara dubla foarte mare curata. Patul suplimentar a fost un fotoliu extensibil. Micul dejun nu foarte diversificat dar gaseai ce sa mananci. am avut i ezlonguri gratuite la plaja privata. Cazarea s a facut imediat ce am ajuns la ora 13:00 desi intrarea are loc la 18:00,iarasi un mare plus mai ales cand eti cu copii dupa tine. Noi am fost mulumii, as mai reveni la acest hotel.

apa de la dus nu avea presiune i curgea foarte incet. Plaja era plina de scoici cu greu mergeai descul,se vede ca nu au amenajat deloc, foarte puin nisip fin.

Vedere la mare, distana mica pana la plaja, curaenie, personal amabil.

Dei hotelul are de anul acesta 4 stele*, nu s-a schimbat nimic in corpul vechi... aceeai mocheta uzata i patata, lipsea suportul pentru gel de du, nicio imbunataire... Micul dejun acelai in fiecare zi, puin variat.

Camerele sunt ok , curaenie se face , localizare - punct forte , mancare gustoasa dar nu este deloc variata

plaja privata nu exista -este permis accesul persoanelor care nu sunt cazate in hotel (telefonic am fost informai ca acest lucru nu este permis ) La apa accesul a devenit un concurs stupid de calcat pe cearceafurile turitilor care construiau dune de nisip sa nu fie inundati curaenia pe plaja lipsete cu desavarire , doar nite tomberoane poziionate din loc in loc atitudinea personalului de la plaja foarte agresiva (ex . nu ai voie sa pui langa ezlong un cearceaf sau scaun ; nu ai voie sa stai de o parte i de alta a umbrelei daca ai 2 ezlonguri .... etc ) taxa la toaleta -ridicol de mare -5 lei comerciani ambulani chiar am depus o reclamaie scrisa cu privire la.acest aspect Concluzie : pre mare , calitate nu prea

Curatenia in hotel, piscina frumoasa, personalul dragu si dispozitia ta,. Mancarea buna se putea mai diversificata si din gastronomia locului.

Cele doua aparatele de cafea erau prea putine pt serv ora pt o cafeairea clientilor la micul dejun , se astepta si o jumatate de ora Saltelele de la piscina si plaja foarte murdare si nu din sezonul acesta.... Parcarea hotelului neingrijita, o groapa de gunoi , parcarea autoturismelor se face printre gunoaie. In spatele hotelului un santier in lucru al hotelului, bine ca nu lucrau. Staiunea foarte mizerabila, neingrijita. Mizerie. Hotelul de 4 stele, restul nu.

Merg pe principiul programului "Pe afara vopsit gardul,in curte leopardul".De ce Nu dau nici 2 stele camera unde am stat deoarece lenjeria mi s-a schimbat la 4 zile ,prizele funcionau doar 2 din 4 ,perdeaua ieea tot timpul dupa ina,lampa de iluminat doar 1 din 2 i la baie curaenie superficial iar persoanele foarte uzate

Foarte multumii! Camere curate, mancare foarte gustoasa.

Hotelul nu are lift, iar in cazul nostru (am mers la mare cu un bebe de 3 luni) a fost cam greu fiindu-ne alocata o camera la etajul 4. Daca eram la etajul 1 sau 2 poate era mai bine.

Hotel cu o aripa in constructie, vederea spre vest deplorabila,cu o gaura imensa,probabil o viitoare piscina,plina de mizerie.Strazile din jur intr-o stare jalnica,praf mult.Raportat la numarul de camere cred ca sunt putine locuri de parcare.Camera 316 are nevoie de imbunatatiri( chiuveta sta sa cada,aparatul de aer conditionat spart,problema cu receptia canalelor tv).Sunt puncte negative,sper sa ajunga in atentia administratorului pentru a lua masurile care se impun.

Piscina este singurul lucru care mi-a placut la acest hotel!

aspecte negative sunt foarte multe:usa de la camera de hotel care nu se inchidea bine(trebuia dat cu cardul magnetic de doua ori,iar uneori nici asa nu se inchidea.Un alt aspect negativ a fost zgomotul facut in fiecare noapte de mai multe persoane care locuiau intr o casa din spatele hotelului,cei de la hotel indiferenti de ce se intampla si faptul ca turistii nu au liniste noaptea!Micul dejun,servit intre 8-10,acelasi in fiecare zi(parizer,salam,oua,carnati,rosii si castraveti,cereale si suc-apa colorata,paine-cu mucegai intr-o dimineata iar parizerul cu un iz de nedescris!Despre statul la rand cate 20min ptr o farfurie cu aceste produse de cea mai proasta calitate nu mai vreau sa spun nimic!In concluzie pot sa spun ca o sa evit pe viitor hotelul Union din Eforie Nord

Micul dejun chiar trebuie imbunatatit, cel putin din punct de vedere al servirii si igienei. Pe balcoane ar trebuir sa existe un suport pt intins prosoape si macar un scaun in camera daca nu ai pe balcon. De imbunatatit serviciile astfel e pacat de investotia

totul perfect . Curaenie zilnica . inand cont ca am fost cu un Bebelu de 1 an jumatate cu diaree , am Fost ajutata de catre personalul hotelului de la restaurant in orice moment . Micul dejun variat i proaspat tot ce gaseai !Felicitari intregului personal .
