Un hotel ingrijit, am fost si anul trecut in acest hotel, sezlonguri pe plaja Mojito gratis, mic dejunul destul de bogat.

toti blamam serviciile,dar in ultima dimineata a sejurului, la micul dejun, o familie care era cazata in hotel, dupa ce au servit micul dejun, au considerat ca ar fi necesar sa isi mai faca si alte sandwichuri si sa le ia in punga pentru a le servi probabil in locul pranzului! Mie acest comportament mi se pare lipsit de bun simt din partea acelei familii!

Atitudinea personalului

acceptarea animalelor de companie in hotel . Sigur poate fi o impresie subiectiva , dar cand ai primit o camera unde au fost cazati turisti cu un caine .....nu mai este " subiectiva " observatia . In plus cand ai peste noape vecini cu un caine care nu are somn si latra , iar nu este "subiectiva" observatia. Dar fiecare alege ce doreste .

Probleme cu parcare, de-si am platit la hotel, daca pleci nu mai ai parcare. Pe plaja era murdar, nu mai zic de apa, era un baiat care impartea saltelele, dat curatenie sa faca un pic, nici-odata, de-si era plaja privata.

Hotel de 3*, conditii de 3*, pentru cine are pretentii de 5* trebuie sa aleaga alt hotel! Un hotel frumos, amplasat foarte aproape de plaja, detine plaja privata, pentru o camera rezervata am beneficiat de doua sezlonguri si umbrela in pretul biletului. Conditiile destul de bune, curatenie in camera, personalul amabil. am fost destul de multumit, pe viitor voi mai trece pe la acest hotel.

Parcare la hotel cu plata 30/ zi, orice hotel care ii respecta clieni are locuri de parcare pentru acetia, plaja hotelului foarte murdara, am ateptat mult pentru check-in, mic-dejun nesatisfacator, tavile din vitrina de multe ori le-am gasit goale, pe feliile de mezel bazaiau viespi, un platou mic de desert (produse de patiserie) pentru numarul turitilor cazai...ramai cu un sentiment neplacut, dei plateti mult pentru aceste servicii!

Mic dejun ok si suficient de variat. Desi era aceeasi in fiecare zi la micul dejun nu ai prea multe variante.

Curatenie se facea insa pe la colturile tavanului erau paianjeni. Sub pat era dezastru(plin de panze de paianjen) cred ca de cand au fost puse paturile nu s-a curatat sub ele.Nu este uscator de par(incredibil pentru un hotel la malul marii, poate sa fie si de 1 stea). Dezorganizare totala la micul dejun: - micul dejun desi era bufet nu te serveai singur ci era cineva care iti punea ce vrei insa prin aceasta se facea coada ca in vremurile comunismului deoarece nu prea aveau personal care sa serveasca iar cei pe care ii aveau cred ca erau copii angajati pe 2 ore care nu au dat de mancare nici la animale dar mai la oameni. Deasemenea aveau doar farfuriii mici ca de desert.trebuia sa iei minim 2 farfurii sa ai unde sa pui mancarea(o felie de paine acupa cam treisfert din farfurie. De aici trageti concluzia si cat de bine erau spalatec tacamurile,paharele, farfuriile.

Cel mai mult ne-a incantat pozitionarea hotelului, fiind cu un copil mic. Camera a aratat foarte bine, mare, renovata, potrivita pentru un concediu cu copilul. Mancarea a fost gustoasa, dar preturile cam mari pentru o autoservire. am avut noroc cu parcarea, tocmai elibera un domn locul sau de parcare, dar sunt foarte putine locuri de parcare. Mi-a placut ca a avut si scaun de masa pentru copii, ne-a ajutat acest lucru.

Ora pentru check'in este foarte intarziata. am asteptat cu copilul pe plaja pana aproape de ora 17. Coada foarte mare la masa de pranz, in ideea in care copilul trebuia sa doarma. asteptam peste 30 minute sa mancam. In rest nu am gasit minusuri.

Cel mai dezamagit sunt de masa! Deoarece la micul dejun se formau cozi interminabile , ceia ce vedeai doar pe timpul raposatului la paine sau carne. Ora serviri era 8-9/30 la micul dejun iar pranz si cina 12-16 ; 19-22; dar atunci era pe bani nu ca la micul dejun care era inclus cu cazarea...

Renovat, aproape de mare, linistit, cu parcare (nu am mai mutat masina, e aglomerat), wifi, aer conditionat samd Receptie super, amabili, placuti, profesionisti.

Parca sunt 2 stiluri de management. Explic: hotelul e renovat, dar cam 85 % sunt lucruri bune, restul- unele esentiale - pot afecta calitatea sederii. termopanele sunt destul de ieftine - trebuie fortate la inchidere; la dus gresia nu este montata incat sa asigure scurgerea apei catre sorb; suport prosoape si hartie defecte. Cei 15% lipsuri creeaza impresia ca s-a dorit ceva bun,dar altcineva a decis sa aleaga mai ieftin si mai rapid. Masa dimineata este ok, micul dejun inclus fiind de la sine cu anumite limite. Restul meselor le-am servit in afara hotelului. De ce Pentru ca si aici se simte managementul dual. La un hotel cu dotari ok, personalul este foarte tanar, cel mai probabil sezonier, galagios,dezorganizat, preocupat de propia consumatie in loc sa prezinte un meniu in peste 25 de minute de asteptare- deci, am mers in alta parte. In spatiul amenajat pe plaja in schimb, tot tineri (fete) sunt amabile, serviabile, prompte. Nota 10! acolo se poate, deci cred ca e un alt manager. Poate! Plaja e ok, am avut sezlonguri incluse, rezonabil altfel 25 de lei.

Minunat. am petrecut zile frumoase,fara probleme si cu animalutul nostru de companie avand Huschy. Multumesc Domnului Manager ca ne lasa sa venim cu "copilul "nostru. am avut grija sa nu deranjam sa putem sa venim si la anu!

aproape de plaja, camera mare si renovata recent, curatenie se facea zilnic, lenjeria schimbata la 2 zile, personal de la receptie amabil, micul dejun bun, cu de toate pentru toti. Raportul calitate-pret excelent! Un sejur relaxant si reusit la malul Marii Negre!!!

Intr-o zi, ingrijitoarea a intrat in camera cu cheia, in timp ce ne odihneam de pranz, fara sa bata la usa, pentru a aduce prosoape. Cam ciudat!!! Iar in ziua plecarii la 11,30 cand am venit sa predam cheia, camera era deja in proces de curatare, iar bagajele ramase in camera le-am gasit depozitate in alta incapere. acesta a fost un aspect care m-a deranjat foarte tare!!!

eu merg la acest hotel de 3 ani si personal nu am avut probleme, totul a fost ok , mancarea super buna, avand in vedere ca merg cu un copil nu am avut probleme niciodata, drept urmare merg si in acest an.
