General facilities:

Local gastronomic experiences with most of the products from your own garden or from producers in the area. It offers themed evenings, relaxation and fun in the guesthouse's garden.

It offers a sauna, access being possible only in the cold season.

Room facilities:

The guesthouse offers 8 rooms, each with its own theme and balcony overlooking the lake.

There are 4 rooms on each floor, and the Apus and Rasarit rooms each have an extendable armchair. Each room has a balcony with socket and light, mosquito net, TV, black-out curtains, binoculars, minibar, air conditioning, hair dryer and hygiene products.

Rooms on the 1st floor:

- Camera Pesti - transmits from the world on the water or under the water. it is on the 1st floor, it is oriented towards the West and has two twin beds that can be joined into a double bed. The balcony offers a view of the village, but also of the miniport and Lake Golovita or Razimul mic, as the locals call it.

- Camera Matrioska - offers a bit of the traditional Russian or Lipovian world, lots of color and light, flowers and matryoshka dolls. It is located on the 1st floor and faces South, has a 160 cm double bed, and the balcony offers a view of Lake Golovita or Razimul mic, as the locals call it.

- Camera Lotca - transfers us a little to the world of the old fishermen with their most important companion, the boat in which they spent the most time. The room is on the 1st floor, is oriented to the South and has a double bed of 160 cm, and the balcony offers view of Lake Golovita or Razimul mic, as the locals call it.

- Camera Pasari - offers the world of birds, in the sky or on the surface of the water. It is located on the 1st floor, is oriented towards the East and has two twin beds. The balcony offers a view of the village, but also of Lake Golovita or Razimul mic.

The rooms on the 2nd floor/attic:

- Camera Apus - offers the joy of seeing the sunset every day, as it falls in the evening over the Lipovean community. It is located on the 2nd floor and is oriented towards the west, it has a 160 cm matrimonial bed and an extendable armchair. The balcony offers a view of the village, the church, the miniport and Lake Golovita.

- Camera Antic - takes us a little closer to the ruins of the old fortresses present near Jurilovca, but also throughout Dobrogea. It is located on the 2nd floor, facing South and has a 160 cm matrimonial bed. The balcony offers a view of Lake Golovita or Razimul mic.

- Camera Marea Neagra - conveys the energy of the beach, the sea waves and the refreshing sand. It is on the 2nd floor, facing South and has a 160 cm double bed. The balcony offers a view of Lake Golovita or Razimul mic.

- Camera Rasarit - offers daily energy with the help of the Sun's rays and the opportunity to observe how life catches the whole community. It is located on the 2nd floor and is oriented towards the East, it has a 160 cm matrimonial bed and an extendable armchair. The balcony offers a view of Lake Golovita and the restocking ponds, so appreciated by the birds.

Remarks:

It offers guided tours weekly or twice a week - for a fee.
