La etaj se afla doua dormitoare cu o baie pe hol. Fiecare dormitor are pat matrimonial, televizor si balcon.Baia este dotata cu cada.

In curte va punem la dispozitie gratar pe gaz si gratar pe carbune, masa cu scaune si balansoar. Pentru copii exista o zona de joaca dedicata cu groapa de nisip, casuta, trambulina.
