The villa has a generous yard with parking, playground for children, barbecue and relaxation space for tourists.

- attic (3 rooms)
On the ground floor tourists have access to a living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen, the villa also has a living room in the basement where customers can dine.
In the attic the villa has an open-space living room with kitchen.
Upon request, an extra bed can be provided for children up to 14-16 years old.
