Ok. Comunicarea a fost slabă însă cu agentul local Sorin (ne-a dat o listă de excursii opționale la preluarea de la aeroport, la care nu a făcut follow-up, ne-a adăugat la o listă de whatsapp).

Colaborare buna, totul a fost perfect. tot procesul de rezervare, plata și primire voucher de cazare s-a rezolvat exclusiv online, fără a discuta vreodată direct cu ei. am rezervat hotelul, am plătit cu cardul pe site (suma afișată inițial nu sume mărite nejustificat) și am primit voucherul cu care ne-am prezentat direct la hotel. au multe oferte și ai de unde alege.
