toat admiraia pentru intreag echip (acionari, administratori, personal). Oamenii chiar se strduiesc pentru ca turitii s se simt bine. Curenie, confort, mancare foarte bun. Dac se intampl, totui s nu fie totul 100% conform ateptrilor, recomand s se discute cu personalul pentru c oamenii sunt foarte deschii i nimeni nu e perfect. Revenim cu drag, urmrim ofertele. V mulumim.

Interiorul Hotelului inca arata bine!

Phoenicia s-a degradat cu trecerea anilor, sunt foarte multe lucruri care nu sunt in regula!Domnul Murad, cred ca ar trebuii sa regandeasca totul! Mancarea nu mai este ce a fost, bucatarul sef a plecat,toata mancarea este gatita cu specific arabesc, picanta, condimentata cu multe condimente specifice bucatariei orientale.Nu este pe placul tuturor, personal foarte slab, doar copii de la invatamantul dual, foarte prost platiti, total dezinteresati!La plaja saltelele si sezlongurile sunt de 20 de ani,niste umbrelute din rachita dezmembrate! Nu se ridica saltelele de pe plaja seara, ploua, ninge,umezeala, mucegai, tot acolo stau 3,4 luni! Efectiv, bataie de joc si nesimtire! Nu ai cu cine sa vb, la cine sa te plangi.Intamplator, l-am intalnit pe domnul Murad in resort, am avut cu dansul o mica discutie,....Mi-a spus foarte degajat si relaxat" Nu mai veniti aici, poate ca va-ti plictisit daca veniti de mai multi ani" aici este totul la superlativ!!! Nu mai vin Domnule Murad!

Chiar un complex hotelier de 5 stele

Este al 3 lea an cand mergem la Phoenicia Royal si cu siguranta vom merge si la anul.Mancarea este buna, distractiileorganizate in resort atat pentru copii cat si pentru adulti sunt faine.

Camera pe care am primit-o (suita Deluxe) avea o canapea cu perna taiata si o alta perna taiata lucru care este nepotrivit pentru cele 5 stele.

Este o investitie uriasa, impresionant pentru litoralul romanesc

Parcare Parcarea hotelului arhi-plina ne-a fortat sa parcam foarte departe in zona Holiday in citeva zile ceea ce cu doi copii mici nu a fost foarte usor In schimb, alti oaspeti, mai "smecheri" erau parcati in zona pietonala, sau in zone ce nu erau destinate parcarii, sau chiar blocau alte masini fara ca cineva sa le atraga atentia, desi mai erau locuri disponibile in zona Holiday Parcarea laterala si una dintre caile de acces pe plaja este linga rampa de gunoi unde miroase oribil. Camera tintari. Ideal ar fi fost sa se faca dezinsectie, astfel incit sa nu existe tintari nici pe plaja, nici in restaurant, nici in lobby, nici in camera. Dar in lipsa dezinsectiei, se puteau cel putin instala plase pentru tintari, astfel incit macar in camera sa nu avem tintari. Scurgerea din baie miroase urit Intensitatea aerului conditionat nu poate fi reglata - cind e on, curentul de aer rece este prea puternic, iar cind e off se face prea cald imediat In citeva zile nu ni s-a facut curat, a trebuit sa solicitam explicit acest lucru In citeva zile s-a facut curat, dar nu am primit prosoape, sau cosmetice (sapun, sampon, gel de dus) Unul dintre becurile cu led de la o veioza din camera nu mai avea capacul de protectie, acest lucru fiind extrem de periculos pentru copii, care se puteau electrocuta foarte usor. Usa de la camera nu se inchide bine. Daca nu tragi ferm de clanta, ramine deschisa. Din fericire nu a intrat nimeni, si nu a disparut nimic televizorul e prea mic pentru ***** Plaja Nu exista o plaja dedicata Phoenicia Royal. ar trebui sa existe accesul pe plaja este greoi. atit prin fata cit si prin spatele hotelului, trebuie sa fii atent la masini - fie cele electrice ale personalului, fie cele ale firmelor care fac aprovizionarea. Nici unii, nici ceilalti nu tin cont de faptul ca in zona sint copii mici. Plaja este sub orice critica. Credeam ca in cei doi ani de cind nu am mai fost aici, toate problemele reclamate atunci se vor fi rezolvat. aspectul general de santier, nisipul murdar, grunjos, plin de scoici, plin de filtre de tigari, plin de cioburi, plin de pahare de plastic, si, cel mai periculos, plin de capace de sticle de bere sau de suc ruginite. Nu am venit la mare ca sa facem tetanos Umbrelele. Pe linga faptul ca sint prea mici, si nu asigura umbra deloc, sint foarte vechi si deteriorate. Barele metalice din palarie sint ruginite, daca dai cu capul iarasi risti sa faci tetanos, iar stilpul este plin de aschii care ii pot rani pe copii Restaurant Lipsa unui restaurant a la carte de foarte buna calitate este inadmisibila pentru un hotel de *****. Ni s-a recomandat Sarago, care este o gluma.
