HOTEL CARMEN INTERNATIONAL (former BECALI/INTER hotel) is located in the center of Venus resort, on the seashore, with direct access to the beach.Built on 5 floors, it offers tourists 69 double rooms, 10 family rooms and 12 apartments. Due to the
perpendicular layout to the shoreline, almost all hotel rooms have a sea view.
The hotel has a private beach.
We inform you that starting with the 2021 season, a resort fee of 5 lei/person/day will be charged at check-in, according to HCL 283/23.12.2020. All persons over the age of 18 will be charged.

The hotel has a restaurant, bar, terrace, SPA center, disabled access ramp, elevator, outdoor seawater pool, private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, internet, floating pontoon, beach bar.
Access to the outdoor seawater pool - sun loungers/umbrellas are provided within the limits of the available places for hotel guests;
Access to the private beach - sunbeds, umbrellas and towels are provided within the limits of the available places for hotel guests;

It is served in the own restaurant consisting of three rooms with a total capacity of 160 seats and serves a wide range of dishes from international and regional cuisine. The restaurant continues outside with a modern terrace, which offers a beautiful view

Breakfast - Swedish buffet (minimum 25 people) wide variety of hot and cold dishes - water, soft drinks, tea, coffee included.
The rest of the meals can be served a la carte, with payment on the spot.

Standard double rooms can be with a double bed or 2 separate beds (twin). The rooms have a side sea view, balcony, AC, telephone, TV, internet, minibar. The maximum number of people allowed in the room is 2 adults and one child 0- 11.99 years old.
The family room consists of two interconnected double rooms, equipped with double beds. The rooms benefit from a side sea view, balcony, AC, telephone, TV, internet, minibar. The maximum number of people allowed is 4 adults. The room area is approximately 40
sq m.
Junior Suite is an apartment consisting of a living room with armchairs or a fixed sofa, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), hallway and bathroom with shower. The rooms are separated by a door. It has a frontal sea view and is equipped with a balcony, air
conditioning, telephone, LCD TV, cable TV, internet, minibar, bathrobe, hairdryer, cosmetics, slippers. Area approximately 30 sq m.
Children's facilities in a room with 2 adults:
- children between 0 - 6.99 years old - benefit from free accommodation and breakfast, without an extra bed;
- children between 7 - 11.99 years old benefit from free accommodation without an extra bed and pay 50% of the value for breakfast, optional 81lei/pers/day for an extra bed;
- children between 12-17.99 years old pay full breakfast and extra bed 81lei/day;
- children between 12 - 17.99 years old benefit from free accommodation in a family room, without an extra bed and pay full breakfast.
In a double room, accommodation is accepted for 2 adults and 1 child aged between 0 - 11.
