Am apreciat: personalul foarte amabil, curatenia din hotel si de la restaurant, serviciile de pe plaja, mancarea gustoasa. Am ales sa stam la etajul 1 pentru a nu depinde de lift, unde adesea se facea ditamai coada.

In sejurul de 9 nopti cu pensiune completa, doar la un pranz a existat o ciorba de legume. In rest, ca vegetarian, nu am avut acces la felul 1 de mancare. M-a deranjat si muzica data tare de la terasa aflata langa hotel, pana dupa ora 22. Lipsa plaselor de insecte de la geam.

Mancarea foarte gustoasa i diversificata

Camere foarte mici, cu bai foarte mici, curaenia lasa de dorit, nu ni s au chimbat prosoapele decat dupa intervenii, nu s a schimbat lenjeria niciodata pe parcursul sejurului (5 nopti)

Pe plaja se permitea accesul ?i persoanelor care nu aveau cazare la hotel ( 3 zile la rand acelea?i familii pe acelea?i familii, galagioase de altfel care se faceau remarcate). Putin control pe plaja din partea managerului cred ca ar trebui. intr-una din zile ( 03.08, dupa amiaza) chiar am vazut un cuplu a renun?at deoarece nu a gasit ?ezlonguri.

Mi-a placut foarte mult amabilitatea personalului,hotelul (mai pu?in camerele) ?i amplasarea lui.Plaja la 10 minute de mers pe jos,curata,intrarea in mare lina

Nu mi-au placut camerele, doi oameni mari abia incapeam unul de altul, baia la fel stateam cu randul sa intram sau sa ie?im. Si poate cel mai important lipsa unei piscine.

Mancarea a fost in regula si destul de buna, la orele de masa erau toate mesele ocupate. Un mare plus si pt faptul ca se asigura loc de parcare. Este f aproape de plaja. Per total a fost destul de bine!

Hotel amplasat in centrul statiunii, foarte usor de ajuns la plaja.

Curatenia din camera: mocheta plina de pete; baia foarte mica, apa din cadita se scurge pe langa; saltea foarte proasta, la fel si pernele; am stat la etajul 12 pentru ca era singura camera disponibila, una fiind la un etaj inferior, dar in care trebuia sa lipesc paturile, lucru care mi se pare foarte urat, avand in vedere ca exista rezervare facuta de aproximativ 2 luni de zile, achitat 100%. Peste etajul 12, cred ca au spalatorie/uscatorie....la pranz era imposibil sa te odihnesti;

Camera extrem de mica pentru tri persoane adulte din care una in fotoliu rulant. abia daca reueam sa intram pana la closet cu fotoliu rulant ,in baie. totul a fost peste asteptari. am fost cazati imediat ce am ajuns (in jurul orei 12), camera avea balcon cu priveliste superba catre mare, s-a facut curat in camera in fiecare zi, personal amabil, restaurantul cu o terasa frumoasa cu vedere la lac, mancare multa si buna, pentru toate gusturile (am avut toate mesele incluse), plaja foarte aproape de hotel.

Nu este cazul.

Masa destul de diversificata, preparate gustoase. Locaia la terasa, pe lac foarte frumoasa. Parcare privata pazita. aproape de plaja. Privelite frumoasa, daca avei noroc i daca dai o mica atenie recepionerei.

Nu are plaja privata, platii ezlonguri 80 lei pe zi. Galagie pana tarziu in noapte de la terasele din zona i de la Complexul Mera, muzica lautareasca i manele. in 7 zile doar hartia igienica ne-a fost adusa, iar curaenia cred ca se facea doar daca cereai in mod expres. Baia e micua i apa din du se scurge pe gresie, unde se face balta.

totul a fost ok, conform asteptarilor. Este al doilea sejur la acest hotel, si totul a fost in regula.

Parcarile pazite pentru turistii cazati ar trebui sa fie mai mari, sa asigure spatiul necesar. Eu nu am gasit un loc in aceste spatii asigurate, am lasat autoturismul pe aleea din fata hotelului si l-am gasit zgariat din fata pana in spate. Nu de un alt vehicul, ci cu o cheie, ceva. In conditiile in care nu deranja nici vehicule, nici pietoni, nu pe trotuar, si in rand cu alte vehicule parcate. Nu este vina hotelului sau personalului, ci asa inteleg unii oameni sa se "distreze" sau sa se comporte in comunitate.

amplasare hotelului aproape de plaja i privelitea din balcon. Singura receptionera, o domnisoara cu par lung i rocat a fost de nota zece, celelalte fete si-au ales greit meseria.

Camerista de la etaj 7 in afara de a aduce zilnic hartie igienica i luat coul din baie nu a facut nimic, ne- am " gospodorit" singuri.

Calitate mancare, cazare - pret = ok, pozitie hotel f. buna. Se mai poate imbunatati partea de servicii legate de hotel (mochete, servicii bar receptie, umbrele pt. turisti la receptie, cabinet medical). Personal ok.

Hotel ok amplasat aproape de plaja. Servicii de 3 stele,la plecare primeti un voucher de reducere pt vacante viitoare. tinere amabile i cameriste la fel. Cazarea a fost la sosire nu la ora 18...de apreciat. Cam mare zgomotul de la resortul de langa...

Masa jalnica dar am tiut asta de la inceput: mic dejun (oua pe paine, oua fierte, oua omleta, oua peste oua, crenvurtii cei mai ieftini nemasticabili (nu recomand sa ii incercati), carnaciori cabanos prajii, un fel de zacusca de la borcan, cateva legume taiate, o salata de vinete pe care nu am incercat-o i gris cu lapte de ieri, salam, cacaval, branza fara gust de branza Pranz: ceva mai ok dar tot pe saracie ( cartofi prajii, cartofi wedges la punga, cartofi natur pareau unii, cartofi la cuptor, carne de pui daca prinzi, daca nu nu pupi ca au doar o tava, o carne neagra de nu tiu ce animal pe care nu o manca nimeni de frica, carne de porc feliata, orez,ceva ciorbe mai de bun simt, prajituri de la cofetarie ca deh...asta e... Cina nu am avut i ma felicit. Bauturi: absolut tot la dozator, de la apa la vin, sucuri cafea. Singura bautura buna a fost cafeaua (Lavazza) ...i-am vazut cand umpleau rezervorul cu boabe .Chiar recomand.

Mancare buna, nu este diversificata, dar este buna.

am primit o camera cu vedere la mare dar care lasa mult de dorit la capitolul curaenie. Nu s- a facut curaenie in camera in timpul sejurului ( 5 nopi), se golea doar coul i cate odata se tergea apa din baie care curgea cand faceai dus oricat te straduiai sa nu curga. Nu s-a schimbat lenjeria sau prosoapele. Suportul de hartie igienica lipsea i pt ca nu era nu au pus nici macar odata hartie ( in prima zi am cerut la recepie, atunci cand am semnalat i lipsa suportului) apoi am cumparat din market.

Locaie excelenta,mancare buna dar aceeai in fiecare dimineaa. Plaja foarte buna,intrare lina in mare,nisip.

La ora 13.45,la pranz,riti sa nu mai ajungi la multe feluri de mancare. Camere mici,baie foarte mica. Muzica foarte tare din cauza hotelului Mera...cei care camera pe direcia aceea este foarte obositor.

Foarte bine cazarea, curaenia foarte bine, foarte aproape de plaja, mancarea foarte buna i diversificata( am optat pentru demipensiune mic dejun i pranz), foarte buna locaia i privelitea de la etajul 6 spre mare.

Singurul inconvenient este ua de la baie care se deschide catre interior, i blocheaza efectiv intrarea in baie, care este chiar mica pentru un hotel de 3 stele.

Ne-a lasat o impresie buna. Vom mai reveni la acest hotel. Hotelul este foarte bine pozitionat fata de plaja. Conteaza mult ca are parcare proprie. Camera de hotel nu este mare dar este amenajata frumos, are un aer cochet. Balcon spatios. Este curat, se face curat, lenjerie si prosoape curate si se schimba la cateva zile. Masa am servit-o pe terasa de pe malul lacului unde a fost o adevarata placere. Mancarea buna. Personalul atent.

Hotelul este frumos, aproape de mare, camera draguta, cu balcon si vedere la mare.Muzica frumoasa pe terasa restaurantului.

La restaurant friptura era rece si portionata la gramaj prea mare(se vindea la gramaj). Nu aveai de unde alege o bucata mai mica.De asemenea, am dorit sa cumpar un singur cremvusti si mi s-a spus ca se dau numai cate doi.Muzica data foarte tare astfel incat auzeam uneori in camera(seara) melodii din trei restaurante in acelasi timp.

Hotelul arata foarte bine: cochet, curat, situat chiar in centrul statiunii. Restaurant si autoservire ok, personalul care se ocupa de curatenie foarte amabil. Mancare ok dar scumpa, personalul de la servire foarte amabil, terasa cu muzica buna in fiecare seara.

Camera cam micuta, electricitatea este pe baza de cartela asa ca nu poti tine mare lucru la frigider, usile nu izoleaza fonic si auzi tot ce se intampla pe hol. Mancarea scumpa dar bunicica totusi, nu prea eu diversitate, cam aceleasi feluri de mancare in fiecare zi. Locul de joaca lasa de dorit...nu este iluminat seara si are un aspect neingrijit.
