Hotel ok, personal amabil, curatenie aproape zilnic, aproape de plaja, perfect pentru familii cu copii, are mult spatiu verde si piscina

La piscina ar trebuii un barman care sa prepare coktailuri(era un nepalez obosit care pazea un frigider), saltele de la piscina necesita curatare iar in camera la baie nu prea se scurge apa dar in rest hotelul e de 9/10

Camera curata i confortabila. Personalul amabil. Mancarea foarte bun la Esplanada.

Unitatea exterioar a aerului condiionat era amplasata in balcon, ceea ce a fcut imposibila folosirea balconului din cauza cldurii excesive degajata , ajungandu-se la 50..60 grade celsius in balcon. Poate amplasai unitatea exterioar direct pe zidul exterior al cldirii. La geamul de la baie intra anari deoarece plasa montat este mai mica decat geamul. Dup ce fceam dus, dei trageam perdeaua , Baia se umplea de apa, probabil nu a fost data o panta corespunztoare ctre scurgere..

am mai fost la hotel Iulia in 2018.Cunosteam ce ofera hotelul.acum mi a placut, amabilitatea doamnei de la receptie (felicitari)!amprimit camera la ora 8,in corp B,dragua, curata pt cele 3 stele .Un mare plus zonei cu piscina,se simea briza marii, ezlonguri i balansoare confortabile.

atitudinea doamnelor de la curaenie (ce ai in camera, nisip!Da,nisip adus de copii ,daca nu exista ceva de curaat picioarele la intrare! Gradina, spatiile verzi ,arata mai bine in urma cu caiva ani.

Curatenie nu s-a facut niciodata pe perioada sejurului de 7 zile, doar schimbat cosul si dat putin cu mopul in baie cand era cazul, hartie uita sa lase, prosoapele cam uzate.

Hotel frumos insa mai necesita renovari(modernizare bai, gazon), recepionera foarte amabila, piscina frumoasa, restaurantul Esplanada de nota 10 ( ca gen muzical, as exclude manelele).

Piscina ok, i gradina interioara bine amenajata .

Baia cu miros ,o eava de scurgere de la vasul wc sparta am anunat i nu a reparat nimic , am fost cazai in 6B parter si am stat 6 nopti cu 2660 lei cu mic dejun . ....e mult oameni buni .....vrem i servicii de banii atia. Un miros de canalizare cand udau seara . La geamul de la baie nu exista plasa de anari. In camera un miros inchis, plasa de la ua nu se inchidea bine am chemat sa o repare i mare lucru nu au facut nici macar nu ne a intrebat daca totul este in regula . Plin de anari i afara i in camera . Nu ne -a schimbat lenjeria niciodata i nu au spalat in camera niciodata .Prosoapele au fost curate aproape noi in prima zi , dupa care subiri i innegrite . Neplacut....

angajatii de la Receptie foarte amabili ,mereu cu zambetul pe buze. Personal,imi insenina ziua d- soara /d- na blonda ,care in fiecare zi a sejurului ne- a intrebat cum ne simtim. Liniste,curatenie.

Preturi mari la restaurantul partener hotelului ,respectiv Esplanada,comparataiv cu preturile practicate de alte restaurante/ autoserviri ( de ex.o portie de papanasi 25 de lei,fata de 15 ). acestea tinanad cont ca turistul are fisa de cont pe care trebuie sa o foloseasca la respectivul restaurant.

am fost foarte multumita de hotelul Iulia Resort. Personal foarte amabil, oameni frumosi, zambitori. Mancarea foarte buna, gustoasa la restaurant Esplanada. Felicitari administratorului ca stie sa si aleaga personalul. Camere curate, aerisite cu miros de parfum si nu de mucegai. Gradina interioara magnifica, piscina a fost cireasa de pe tort, curata cu sezlonguri si tot felul de leagane pentru relaxare la umbra sau la soare.

am fost cazati la acest hotel din 12.08 - 18.08.2015,rezervare prin agentia de turism direct booking, unde ne-am simtit foarte bine eu, sotul si fetita noastra. Hotelul este situat foarte aproape de malul marii, dispune de personal amabil, o gradina interioara superba cu multe flori si multa liniste. Curatenia in camera se facea zilnic, schimbul prosoapelor de cate ori era nevoie, camera curata, racoroasa 16B la parter,cu lenjerie curata, fara miros de mucegai, la baie hartia igienica nu a lipsit tot sejurul, fara miros de fosa, iar hotelul dispune de paza si camere de supraveghere.tin sa spun ca desi am avut camera la parter nu am avut nici o ganganie in camera sau vreun tantar.

Localizare: Hotelul Iulia Resort 2* este situat la la doar 2 minute de frumoasa Plaja Espalnada, vis a vis de numeroase terase, restaurante si autoserviri situate pe malul marii, un hotel cu traditie. A fost modernizat in ultimii ani, beneficiind de o gradina interioara cu loc de joaca pentru copii.
Plaja: larga, nisipoasa, cu intrare lina in mare.

Descriere si dotari generale: parcare proprie (in fata si in spatele hotelului, contra cost), loc de joaca pentru copii (leagane, balansoar, tobogane), teatru pentru copii, sustinut de actori profesionisti, internet (in toate spatiile publice ale hotelului si in camere), pastrare obiecte de valoare (seif in fiecare camera), doua corpuri, gradina interioara, centrala termica proprie, sala de conferinta.

Dotari camere: Complexul Iulia** este format din 2 corpuri de cladire, oferind cazare in 174 camere duble standard si modernizate, spatioase, luminoase, cu mobilierul modernizat, balcon, frigider, tv, grup sanitar propriu cu cada de dus. In toate baile din hotel au fost efectuate renovari, 8 garsoniere.
Corp A care dispune de parter (RENOVAT) + 3 etaje (etaj 1 - partial renovat) Corp B - RENOVAT - care dispune de parter + 1 etaj
Toate camerele beneficiaza de grup sanitar propriu renovat, TV cablu, frigider, balcon.

Camere duble cu aer conditionat sunt la etaj in corpul B si sunt dotate cu televizor cu ecran plat, frigider, aer conditionat, baie proprie si balcon.

Garsoniera este de marimea unei camere duble si jumatate si dispune de un pat matrimonial si o canapea extensibila, aer conditionat, TV (ecran plat), frigider.

Servicii de masa : se asigura in sistem de bonuri valorice, care pot fi folosite in 4 unitati de alimentatie publica de langa Hotelul Iulia Resort (Restaurantul Esplanada, Braseria Esplanada, Lounge-bar Venusian, Cherhanaua Venus).
