Location:

Savri House is located in a building of historical importance that combines modern facilities and the traditional Saxon architecture and decoration of Transylvania. The property is located right next to the medieval fortress inhabited in Sighisoara.

Located somewhere on the border between centuries, where history has left deep footprints in the sloping, more exactly the basis among the fortresses, Sighisoara hotel Casa Savri is a corner of sunset and time of legend, which awaits them cross their threshold. It is located on Mill Lane (Muhlgasse) which was the best European narrower portion of the road. Street name refers to mill designed arm Tarnava Mare at the end of the street.

The pension is located in the oldest building dated in Sighisoara, as proving the inscriptions on the façade fresco (1568). At that date the owners of the House had the initials on the façade of the M and J, with soles of some încaltari, which proves the craft owner: Madiba cobbler. The process of restoration of the pension reminds us of a Museum, and today our guests can admire here objects collected over the years and an impressive collection of tools for the work of craftsmen from different time periods.

Savri House is a historical monument of class A (national interest), which is an integral part of the global protected area (UNESCO). It is also a veritable museum dedicated to craftsmen, with authentic pieces, handmade, vintage, tight in the area. The furniture is made of solid wood, refurbished to the highest standards, the entire process of restoring desfasurându a period of 7 years.

The pension is situated at the foot of the medieval Sighisoara fortress, two minutes from the commercial and historic heart.
