Curatenie, confort si amplasare de nota 10 !

Desi mancarea era foarte buna, mereu lipsea cate ceva, ba farfurii, ba tacamuri, ba pahare...iar cand solicitai personalului lucrurile lipsa, de cele mai multe ori - tu vorbeai - tu auzeai ! - .... Ignoranta totala! La receptie una dintre fete mereu era cu telefonul in mana, fiindu-i greu chiar sa raspunda la salutul turistilor, dar asta tine de anii de acasa!

Curatenia, personalul de la receptie, parcare si cameristele foarte profesionisti.

Personalul de la restaurantul hotelului era subdimensionat, nu faceau fata la pranz si cina. Galagia de la traficul auto si muzica de la cluburile de pe plaja care se auzea pana dimineata.

am fost impreuna cu soia i cei doi copii in perioada 21 la 27 august 2023. Pot sa va spun ca am fost foarte mulumii de cazare , mancarea de la restaurant i curaenie. Nu suntem o familie cu fie. aadar, nu am avut pretenii pe care nici noi nu le avem acasa. am fost mulumii de curaenie, in fiecare zi personalul de serviciu intra in camera, faceau ordine, luau gunoiul, prosoapele se schimbau atunci cand le aezam jos, puneau hartie igienica chiar daca mai aveam etc. Practic, daca le solicitai ceva, nu te refuzau. De fapt, curaenie era peste tot, asta am constatat noi. Micul de jun ne-a placut, atat noi cat i copiii am avut de unde sa alegem. am ales sa mancam i celelalte doua mese in restaurant deoarece mancarea a fost foarte gustoasa, suficienta, nu ca la alte hoteluri cu porii mici, preurile foarte bune pentru un restaurant cu **** stele. Copiilor notrii le-au placut foarte mult locul de joaca din interior i leaganul, toboganul i celelalte doua dispozitive de joaca din exterior. Personalul hotelului a fost foarte amabil.

in ziua cand am sosit la hotel, dupa ce ne-am plimbat puin prin staiune, am vrut sa mancam pe terasa restaurantului. am comandat mancarea pe la ora 20 4°. aceasta a fost adusa repede, dar la ora 21°° restaurantul s-a inchis. Nu m-a deranjat faptul ca s-a inchis restaurantul pentru ca am ineles ca are un program de funcionare, dar m-a deranjat foarte tare ca au stins lumina din exterior, de la terasa, astfel ca am mancat pe intuneric. Din punctul meu de vedere precum i al altor turiti cu care am stat de vorba i care au constatat acelai lucru, este de neacceptat aa ceva. aceasta problema se poate rezolva foarte simplu de catre conducere. Recepionera ar trebui sa aiba o cheie de la restaurant. aceasta sa fie cea care sa stinga lumina atunci cand turitii au terminat de servit masa. Sunt convins ca cei din conducerea hotelului NU i-ar dori sa manance pe intuneric, aa cum am mancat familia mea. Nu vreau sa se ineleaga ca doar in prima zi am mancat pe intuneric, au mai fost i alte seri. Personalul care aduce mancarea la mese ar trebui sa fie instruit cu privire la faptul ca felul doi nu se aduce la masa imediat cum a fost preparat daca clientul nu a terminat primul fel de mancare. aceasta greeala s-a repetat chiar daca am specificat ca felul doi sa fie adus dupa servirea primului. O alta nemulumire, daca o pot numi aa, dar mai degraba ar fi o sugestie pentru conducerea hotelului, a fost aceea ca personalul care ajuta la debarasat iar uneori aducea mancarea la masa nu aveau o inuta care sa arate ca lucreaza in restaurant. Pareau a fi turiti care ii aduc singuri mancarea i o debaraseaza. Eu nu cred ca nu au o pereche de pantaloni negru i o camaa alba pe care sa o poarte pe timpul programului. La un restaurant cu **** stele imaginea cu unele persoane din restaurant imbracate ca turitii, din punctul meu de vedere care sunt atent la detalii, nu arata foarte bine, mai degraba arata a neimplicare.

De cand am intrat in camera am constatat ca nu se facuse curaenie.lipseau prosoape,sapun,hartie igienica etc.un aer inchis neaerisit.mobilierul deteriorat mai ales in baie.partea cea mai nasoala a fost cand am constatat ca in camera sunt mii de furnici.noaptea nu ne-am putut odihni din cauza ciupiturilor.nu recomand acest hotel.

Hotelul este Ok, fiind din generatia celor vechi, personal amabil, prosoape schimbate in fiecare zi, lenjeria la 2 zile, micul dejun de calitate si bun.

Plaja din apropierea hotelului intradevar lasa de dorit, fiind largita este si parasita si neintretinuta, vegetatie crescuta din nisip, cateva sezlonguri si atat.

Mancare buna si proaspata

Vin de trei ani la acest hotel si am primit camere doar cu vedere spre lac. am cerut la receptie sa imi dea si mie o camera cu vefere spre msre dar au spus ca nu au . am asteptat aproape 2 ore la receptie in timp ce turisti care su venit dupa mine au primit camere instant. Vazand aceasta situatie am cerut si eu si prietenii mei sa fim luati in seama de sefa receptiei si doar dupa ce am avut discutii aprinse am primit si noi camera . Nu stiu cat ,,ciubuc'' trebuie dat si cum se procedeaza la acest hotel ca sa primeti camera cu vedere la mare si sa faca check in mai repede. Nh am sa mai revin la acest hotel.

De la hotel spre faleza si plaja era o mizerie de nedescris si infect .O mare rusine ,cei de la hotel ,conducerea ar putea vedea acest fapt si lua masuri.

Curatenie in camere, in bai, in lounge, in restaurant. Impresie placuta. Micul dejun intre bun si foarte bun. Pranzul la restaurantul hotelului ok ca si calitate, preturi cam mari. Personalul de la receptie amabil si prompt, cameristele la fel.

Chelnerita sefa care da impresia ca isi conduce echipa cu o mana de fier, dar induce o atmosfera neplacuta clientilor (nu trebuie noi sa auzim cum isi cearta colegii) si, cu o ocazie, a uitat de noi - nu a venit nimeni sa ne ia comanda.

Finisaje NU sunt de 4 stele (gresie si faianta de maxim 15 lei mp), sampon lipsa in baie, liftul nu functioneaza corect, ia comanda de coborare la urcare, daca apesi pe butonul inchis usi anuleaza comanda de pe palier.

Refuzul hotelului de a ne returna banii pe 2 noptii atunci cind copilul nostru a facut enterocolita acuta si am fost nevoiti sa plecam de urgenta.Cind am cerut o cana la receptie sa-i facem ceai celui mic m-i s-a raspuns sa-mi cumpar cana ca ei nu au.RUSINE ! RUSINE ! RUSINE !
