Hotelul arata foarte bine, pozitionat intr-o zona linistita, perfecta pentru familiile cu copii. Camera este spatioasa si cocheta, iar baia, desi micuta, este organizata bine si arata foarte frumos. Mancarea foarte gustoasa si variata, personalul suficient si foarte amabil. atmosfera a fost placuta si relaxanta.

amplasament pe plaja, plaja nu a fost mrit, organizarea foarte bun de la cazarea imediat in jurul orei 14, la curenie, mancare, piscina i plaja curate. Personalul permanent atent la detalii. Nu am crezut ca mai exista asa organizare.

Romanul, venic agitat, glgios, s aib cel mai bun loc la piscina, la plaja, izolat nu se respecta randul la masa, la barul de pe terasa, s speculeze greelile personalului. Un turist a speculat lipsa preparatelor din tava i poza pentru recenzii negative, ceea ce este ruinos, iar recenzia dac va fi ... mincinoas. tvile permanent cu mancare, doar 1-2 minute goale pana la inlocuire.

am ales hotelul in urma inpresiilor de pe net si nu am gresit. totul a fost foarte bine inca de la cazare cand am fost cazati de cum am ajuns ( ora 13 ). Hotelul este curat, ingrijit, se face curatenie si se schimba prosoapele zilnic, iar dupa 3 zile s-a schimbat lenjeria. Mancarea a fost buna, multa, diversificata, pentru toate gusturile, personalul restaurantului foarte atent la detalii si la dorintele turistilor. Un alt plus este plaja la iesirea din hotel, cu nisip fin, si intrare lina in mare( plaja Pupa ). Sotia a facut in ultima zi un masaj, la o doamna foarte draguta dar mai ales foarte priceputa. Per total a fost o vacanta reusita.

N-a fost un dezavantaj pentru noi, dar in plin sezon nu cred ca sunt suficiente sezlonguri la plaja.

am revenit pentru al treilea an, consecutiv, la acest hotel.cel mai mult apreciem serviciile, care depasesc serviciile de pe litoral al unui hotel de 4 *.un aspect important pentru noi a fost curatenia, care este exemplara.apoi, masa servita la resturant, este, de asemenea, diversificata si gustoasa, gasind si alternative sanatoase si pentru copii.pisina este de asemenea un loc destul de apreciat de copii, fiind f curata. un om deosebit din staff-ul hotelulului este dl Demirel, pentru care avem toata admiratia.deosebit de politicos, gentil si cu zambetul permanet pe buze.

Ne-a placut amplasarea pe plaja a hotelului, privelistea oferita, mancarea a fost foarte gustoasa si diversificata, curatenia in camere s-a realizat periodic, tot personalul a fost foarte amabil. La piscina atmosfera a fost una placuta. Plaja era amenajata cu intrare lina in mare. Marea a fost foarte limpede.

Nu recomand rezervarea camerei pe partea cu orasul. Noi am avut cu vedere la mare si a fost o priveliste superba.

Un hotel de 3 stele, mirosuri de bucatarie in camere si holuri, lipsa plase de tantari, atmosfera de hotel comunist. Bucataria, mancaruri inecate in ulei, doar 4 feluri de mancare la restaurantul a la cart, plaja hotelului f mica, pentru cati turisti erau, a trebuit sa platesc sezlong in alta parte a plajei, intr un cuvant oribil!!!

Curat, mancarea foarte buna, locatia foarte buna. Piscina super. La anul sigur aici vom reveni. Personalul de la masa si piscina extrem de atenti si draguti.

Sa mai lucreze la servicii... Persoana de la receptie nu a fost deloc clara cand ne-am cazat. Nici ce beneficii avem, nici despre masa. astept asta de la un hotel de 4 stele. Mai multa comunicare. Dar asta tine de resursele umane.

am locuit intr-un apartament. Cazare de 4 stele. Personalul amabil , o echipa de profesionisti. Curatenia se face zilnic, inclusiv in zilele de sarbatoare. apartamentul elegant, cu halate, papuci, incalzitor de apa, plicuri de ceai, cafea. Mancarea a fost de bina calitate, cafeaua exceptionala. Mai e de lucru la acest capitol. Se termina repede fructele, desertul, aperitivele. a fost un concediu foarte reusit.

Plaja si apa marii sunt pline de alge, urat mirositoare. Plaja hotelului este in jurul piscinei si nu ajunge pana la mare. aici totul e in regula. Si aici personalul e de nota 10. Se ofera prosoape de plaja. Dar nu am putut face baie in mare, din cauza mizeriei.

Camerele au fost foarte curate, spatioase, luminoase Meniu diversificat Personalul ospitalier

am parcat in fata hotalului, crezand ca e parcarea acestuia, nu am citit pancarta, pe care scria ca trebuie platit tariful prin sms, nici de la hotel nu m au informat ca aceea nu e parcarea lor, asadar m-am trezit cu o amenda de toata frumusetea. Marea foarte murdara in dreptul hotelului, plaja necuratata

Hotelul curat cu personal foarte amabil. Mancarea foarte buna, in special supele si ciorbele.

apa marii din fata hotelului era plina de alge, atat la mal cat si mai in larg. Dupa 2 zile apa devenise complet verde; as zice un spanac maruntit bine de tot.

Lipsa locurilor de parcare,am parcat in fata hotelului i a venit politia i am dat amenda .nu este normal ca un hotel de 4 stele ,care ar trebui sa dispuna de parcare sa nu se acorde importanta acestui aspect.apoi am parcat i parcare cu plata i am platit 90 lei pe 7 zile.

am fost surprini foarte placut de acest hotel. Camera spatioasa, curata, zilnic curatenie si schimbat prosoape, lenjeria schimbata la doua zile. Personal super amabil. Baieii de la piscina super politicosi si amabili. Sezlonguri si prosoape gratuite pe plaja si la piscina. Mancarea super buna, si mic dejun si pranz. Noi am avut demipensiune.

Hotelul este la superlativ, nu ma gandeam ca pot gasi asa ceva si la noi. am stat 6 zile si nu imi venea sa mai plec, abia acum am intalnit niste oameni care stiu sa faca turism. Camerele sunt f curate, curaenie zilnic, schimbat prosoape, iar la 2-3 zile si lenjeria. Micul dejun este f bogat si pentru toate gusturile. Mancarea la restaurant este ff buna, asa ca va recomand sa mancati la hotel !

Hotelul este amplasat in partea de sud a statiunii Mamaia, aproape de satul de vacanta si de constanta; hotelul Malibu are plaja privata, un mare avantaj pentru seslonguri si umbrelute. In fiecare zi se facea curatenie in camere cu schimbare de prosoape si la 3 zile schimbare asternut. Un hotel linistit cu mic dejun copios, pentru toate gusturile. Este a 2-a oara cand venim la h. Malibu si vom reveni cu mare placere. Personalul atat din hotel cat si de la restaurant a fost impecabil.
