curatenie, si promtitudinea personalului

hotelul e de maxim 2 stele plus. mobila veche julita, cheie de fier sa deschizi usa, frigider nu functioneaza, patul tare ca piatra, 2 cutii de sampon la baie, nu ai pe ce sa pui produsele de toaleta la baie, micul dejun e ca in anii 70, pe ansamblu te simti ca in filmul ala cu nea marin.

Plusuri: - Camera spaioasa, curata cu privire spre mare. - Baie spaioasa, curata, cu prosoape schimbate i produse de igiena completate. - Personalul care asigura curaenia amabil. - Recepionera amabila a asigurat o cazare foarte rapida, chiar daca sosirea a fost in jurul orei 14, indeplinindu-ne dorina de a avea vedere spre mare. - ezlongurile cu umbrela asigurate gratuit pe plaja din faa hotelului. - Poziionarea hotelului langa plaja. - Existena unei multitudini de alternative pentru servirea mesei in imediata apropiere: terase, restaurante i autoserviri in imediata apropiere. - Existena in imediata apropiere a unor mini market-uri i farmacii pentru situaii neprevazute.

Minusuri: - Lipsa unor locuri suficiente de parcare, ceea ce ne-a facut oarecum prizonieri ai zonei de cazare. ar fi fost placut sa putem sa vizitam obiective i din alte localitai ale judeului. - Pentru micul dejun trebuia sa fii destul de matinal. Mesele de pe terasa se ocupau repede, iar unele erau rezervate cu geci i pulovere in ateptarea turitilor cu copii care coborau mai tarziu din camere, in detrimentul celor care erau matinali. - Sambata i duminica, mesele de pe terasa restaurantului erau debarasate mai greu (datorita personalului redus i afluxului mai mare de turiti). Deci daca gaseai masa neocupata, era nedebarasata. totui in restul zilelor a fost ok.

Locaia direct pe plaja, dubla vedere de la balcon, atat spre mare, cat i spre lac, aerul condiionat funciona foarte bine, camera confortabila, se facea curaenie zilnic. Pentru ca nu a fost funcionala piscina, au fost acordate ezlonguri i umbrelue pe plaja Sunshine. Personalul este amabil.

Micul dejun extrem de sarac si f. aglomerat , mese putine , daca nu maninci pana la ora 9 risti sa ramai nemancat, aceleasi bai oribile cu cabine dus vechi si miros oribil de canal, cand vrei sa te odihnesti dupa-amiaza se aspira pe hol si in camere , se gauresc peretii pt schimbare aC , minifrigiderul din camera abia raceste .Pacat de amabilitatea personalului de la receptie , altfel NU RECOMaND aCESt HOtEL care este clasificat la 4 **** !!!

a aparut un dus langa piscina , util si pentru cei care vin de la plaja ! au aparut mai multe umbrele la piscina !

dezorganizare in timpul servirii mesei la hotelul Comandor ( caci la amiral se serveste numai micul dejun !) a fost inchis barul de la piscina ! Reparatiile sesizate se fac cu mare intarziere , sau , deloc ( cazul meu- ventilatorul de evacuare de la baie !); Curatenia in camera lasa de dorit !

Mic dejun oribil. Nediversificat, preparate reci. Proasta organizare. Bufetul suedez era de fapt o pacaleala. Stateai la coada sa te serveasca i daca cereai ceva mai mult sau mai reveneau se strambau. Nu au plaja lor, nu ofera ezlonguri la plaja

amabilitatea personalului, pozitia hotelului pe plaja,

Baia nu corespunde unui hotel de 4*, am fost si acum 2 ani si curgea apa pe jos din vasul wc, am sesizat la receptie si au zis ca spera ca anul urmator sa se renoveze baile hotelului, dar din pacate dupa 2 ani culmea ghinionului am nimerit aceeasi camera si baia era in acelasi stadiu, apa pe jos toata perioada, nici vorba de renovare, in ultima zi a plouat si fiind la etj 4(hotel de 5etj) curgea apa pe tocul usii de pe teava pluviala, Pacat de hotel ca este f bine amplasat, daca nu se faca investitii macar in baie nu cred ca v-or mai avea asa multi clienti

Baia este deplorabila ca urmare a mirosului emanat. Nici cu geamul deschis nu poi respira. atenie la lucrurile de valoare, pastrati le in seif, mi a disparut un set de argint care ulterior a aparut dupa ce am ameninat cu politia. Micul dejun este acelai in fiecare zi, nu diversifica de loc, despre fructe nici atat - doar pepene. Raportul calitate pre, respectiv nr.de stele lasa de dorit. Cu aceiai bani se face o vacanta la superlativ in Grecia, nu mai spun de Bulgaria.

Curatenie exemplara. Felicitari doamnelor care sunt spirt pe acest domeniu.

acel minfrigider din camera nu a functionat. am semnalat acest lucru la receptie, insa a venit un domn foarte plictisit care ne-a tratat extrem de sus spunandu-ne ca,, acest aparat este un racitor, nu un frigider '',noaptea daca te trezeai era buna si apa la temperatura camerei. La recepie te trateaza ca si cum ai venit sa stai pe capul lor, iar la restaurant la mic dejun, te tratatu de parca veneai sa mananci gratuit la cantina saracilor.

Hotelul are o poziie f buna , aproape de plaja. Personalul de la restaurant e f amambil i binevoitor.

Curaenia lasa puin de dorit, camerele sunt f mici i de stil f vechi, restaurantul nu a servit nici prins i nici cina. am fos trimis sa servim masa la un hotel in apropiere. am avut bilete demipensiune cu fisa de cont. La hotelul Comandor undeva fost indreptai sa servim masa a durat ca 50 min pentru a ni se lua comanda i inca 50 min pentru a veni cu comanda. Printul a durat ca 2 ore i mancarea a fost sub orice critica. Nu recomand acest hotel din foarte multe perspective, Lista poate continua mult, dar m-a opresc aici. Nu e un hotel de 4 stele!

Camera e spatioasa, are toate dotarile (minifrigider,aer conditionat, phoen ,paturi mari,balcoane la fel.Per ansamblu e bun.as mai reveni la acest hotel.Micul dejun in schimb e sub orice critica.E acelasi in fiecare zi:oua de toate tipurile, un amarat de salam , o idee de muschi, crenvursti, carnati cabanos, telemea , cascaval sau felii de branza topita, rosii si castraveti ce nu erau proaspete,un fel de briose , chec, mar si pepene ofilit.am uitat de cereale de cea mai proasta calitate si cateva sortimente de ceai .Un mare atu este piscina hotelului.

Micul dejun saracacios, primesti camera destul de greu cam in jurul orei sase seara , baiatul de la piscina care intreaba in fiecare zi daca stam la hotel si sa -i aratam cheile ca sa-i dovedim.

Foarte frumoasa amplasarea hotelului, acces direct pe plaja, mancarea foarte variata si gustoasa. Revenim cu siguranta.

Nu stam insa la fel de bine la diversitatea si calitatea bauturilor, se vede ca mai avem mult de lucru ca serviciul all inclusive sa fie comparabil cu cel de afara.

amplasarea hotelului foarte aproape de plaja. Mancarea buna.

Baia nu se ridica la nivelul unui hotel de 4 stele. Din pacate se astepta destul de mult pentru completarea felurilor de mancare in cazul in care acestea se consumau. Suntem inca la inceput in ceea ce inseamna "all inclusive". Mai degraba este vorba de "pensiune completa +". Pe plaja nu se asigura sezlonguri, iar la piscina nu se asigura prosoape. Intre orele de masa se ofera doar cafea, 2 tipuri de sucuri, apa, un sortiment de bere la halba, un sortiment de vodca, un sortiment de vin alb/rosu autohton.

Location: Hotel Amiral 4 * is located in the northern part of the resort and is part of the chain together with the UNITA Commander hotels and Orpheus. The hotel was completely renovated in 2007.
The beach is wide and is equipped with Sun beds, umbrellas and bar.

Hotel Facilities: It offers restaurant (200 seats), outdoor patio, bar, outdoor pool for adults and children (commune of three hotels, free), green space, playground for children, fitness room, parking (limited places available), sala Conference (60 seats), spa (at the hotel Commodore).
Room facilities: The hotel owns 115 double rooms (89 double rooms and 26 with twin beds) and 5 suites. All rooms are equipped with TV, minibar, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, balcony.
Room types:
All rooms in the Amiral Mamaia hotel are equipped with television/cable TV, minibar, direct international telephone, internet, hair dryer, balcony equipped with chair and table, air conditioning system, tiled floor with mats, mosquito net , bathroom with shower, safe. Standard rooms have a partial sea view. Area 16 square meters. The superior double rooms have the same equipment as the standard double room, but they have bathrooms renovated in 2023. The triple rooms are equipped with a matrimonial bed and an extendable sofa and benefit from a side view of the sea from the balcony. The apartments have the same equipment and consist of a bedroom and a living room equipped with an extendable sofa separated by a door, 2 bathrooms. They have air conditioning and TV in both rooms. They have a sea view. Area 22 square meters.

Catering: in its restaurant. Breakfast is served in buffet system while lunch and dinner in the fisa system account.
