am descoperit aceasta locatie , din intamplare, in iulie 2023. De atunci am fost la Mera Holiday Venus de trei ori si voi continua sa -mi petrec sejurul la ei de cate ori voi avea ocazia. Faptul ca in septembrie au pastrat acelasi standard ca in iulie, spune multe despre politica resortului. Felicitari administratiei si tuturor celor implicati!

Totul a fost peste asteptari. Sa nu va sperie distanta fata de plaja privata. Au autobuz la fiecare 30 de minute care duce turistii la plaja.

am fost foarte plcut impresionat de serviciile acestui hotel. Nu am ce s reproez. Camer curat, fr deteriorri, restaurantul, mancarea - peste ateptri, variat, gustoas, personalul amabil. Cine spune c este aceeai mancare i nu ai ce alege, cum am mai vzut in recenzii, este complet nedrept. am ajuns dup o furtun urat, care a umplut piscina de noroi. Pan seara piscina a fost curat i umplut cu ap.

.ancare foarte buna, curat in camera si amabilitata personalului. Ar trebui expresoarele de cafea care sunt afara sa fie functio ale si dineata la 6. Erau oprite .

1. turistii cazati la Mera Resort veneau si ocupau sezlongurile de la.Holiday ca aveau si ei dreptul sa mearga cu autobuzul, mai faceau si galagie ca ei vin de la 4 stele si au prioritate, nimeni nu i intreba de nimic si erai in situatia de nu aveai unde te aseza. Daca ti de la Holiday te duceai la plaja Resort imediat veneau si te ridicau ,desi aveau pete jumatate goale aici ar trebui sa se aseze lucrurile . Fiecare s respecte regulile.

Piscina , dotata cu pat de masaj acvatic si jet de apa .

aleile catre piscina neterminate, cu pietris gen rambleu de cale ferata(daca nu erai atent riscai sa-ti rupi picioarele), pardoseala din camerele (renovate) si holuri din linoleum, bauturile de foarte proasta calitate, mancarea extrem de sarata( erau cazuri in care efectiv nu puteai sa mananci carnea la gratar sau cartofi prajiti. am rugat sa primim o portie de cartofi fara sare si prin amabilitatea sefei de restaurant s-a rezolvat)."Ospatarii" in marea majoritate asiatici, trebuiau atentionati sa debaraseze mesele, si multe altele care nu-mi vin acum in minte. In general o locatie de nivel mediu, in care se vede ca sau investit bani, dar datorita unor angajati indolenti impresia este negativa!

Hotelul a fost ok ,curatenie in camere ,facea zi de zi ,piscina super !

Nu a fost mancarea diversificata ,aceeasi mancare in fie care zi ,ar putea sa mai adauge niste meniuri si pentru copii ,un snitel ,o pizza ,etc,im afara de niste calamari nu a fost nimic special. iar paturile lasa de dorit ,sunt incomode ,saltele tari si pernele la fel .

totul excelent, am ajuns duminica dinimeata cu doi copii mici la hotel IRINa si am primit camera pe loc la ora 9 :) , am stat 9 nopti, curatenie chiar excesiva, se schimbau prosoapele si daca nu era cazul, mancarea extrem de buna si variata, bauturile ok, program pentru cei mici zilnic, beach bar si transport la plaja impecabil, camera tripla chiar destul de mare pentru doi copii, totul functional si la baie , nimic de reprosat.

Meniul foarte diversificat. Tavile pline la orice ora, nu se sta la coada. Camera spatioasa si curata. Personalul amabil.

Lipsa lift si nu e personal sa te ajute cu bagajele pana la etajul 3. Nu este AC in autobuzul catre plaja. Sauna garatis :).

am fost cazai la Irina ,camera cu mocheta murdar, umiditate cu miros de mucegai,baia fr ventilator.Sejurul s a scurtat din cauza vrsturilor i a diaree, atat la copil cat i la so. Hotelul este curat, renovat recent, mancarea foarte buna si difersificata pentru a satisface toate gusturile. Plaja privata cu sezolnguri foarte ok si nu era aglomerata. Personalul hotelului foarte amabil.

Un minus este patul din camera cam mic pentru 2 persoane si un copil si fara posibilitatea dotarii camerei cu un pat pliant.

Bun ziua M numesc Stoica Elena i achiziionez ocazional prin Direct Booking servicii turistice, in special vacane la Marea Neagr, de care am fost foarte mulumit atat eu, cat i soul meu, Stoica Victor. in data de 17 februarie 2024, am cumprat de la dumneavoastr voucherul de nr. 647804 pentru o vacan de 10 (ZECE) nopi la hotel Irina, din Venus, parte a Mera Holiday Resort, pentru care am pltit 5003 lei. Perioada sejurului era 24.06 - 04.07 2024. Promisiunea de plaj a resortului a fost plaja MERa RESORt, VENUS, fapt decisiv pentru mine i soul meu s optm pentru un sejur atat de lung. Numai c, in data de 26. 06. 2024, dup dou zile de plaj, administraia plajei Mera Resort Venus, ne pune in vedere s prsim plaja pentru c Mera Holiday are aCUM o alt plaj,undeva la Saturn. Cum soul meu fcuse o entors din cauza denivelrilor din incinta hotelului anca, pe unde trebuia s trecem pentru a servi masa, ne-am dus la managerul grupului, domnul Fronea alexandru, s-i cerem s ne lase s facem in continuare plaj la Mera Resort Venus, artandu-i pozele de pe site-ul Mera Holiday in care plaja este cea de la Mera Resort Venus. Neavand niciun fel de empatie fa de turiti, acesta ne-a spus c nu este de acord, i dac nu ne convine, s facem cerere ca s ne dea banii inapoi, ceea ce am i fcut. Dou zile a stat cererea pe biroul managerului, fr nicio rezoluie, iar in birou nul mai gseam. Pe data de 27 seara, ne-a transmis, verbal, prin intermediul efei de la recepia Hotelului anca, faptul c Banii vor fi primii de la agenia de turism care a emis voucherul, adic Direct Booking, i c dovada de prsire a hotelului se poate face i prin factura de returnare a taxei de staiune. in concluzie, am fost cazai la hotelul Irina numai patru nopi, iar diferena, pentru celelalte 6 ramase, adic 3000 de lei, urmeaz sa-mi fie rambursat de Direct Booking. Contactand agentul care a emis voucherul, doamna Iulia Popovici, aceasta ne-a spus c voi primi banii inapoi, dar voi fi penalizat cu 100 de lei pe zi i nu ineleg de ce, pentru c eu am fost iNELat de resortul Mera Holiday atat pentru promisiunea de plaj, cat i pentru cea de piscine. 1.Parcare insuficienta datorita faptului ca parcheaza turiti si de la alte hoteluri.asi prefera parcare contra cost dar sa am certitudinea ca am unde parca si in cazul in care in timpul sejurului vreau sa plec undeva sa nu am masina blocata de alte masini,iar la intoarcere sa am certitudinea ca am unde sa parchez.-o mica investitie necesara in opritoare cu cheie care sa se fie preluate de la receptie. 2. receptioneri foarte tineri-nimic de spus dar unul din ei antisocial complet ,fara nici un pic de bun simt,cu parere de rau dar nu ii este locul la receptie!

Hotelul este renovat intr-adevar, desi eu nu as fi optat pt mocheta nici in camera nici in restul hotelului. Camerele si patul sunt destul de micute dar pentru noi care am avut un bebelus a fost suficient. Balconul are vedere la gradina. In camera exista un frigider mai mare decat frigiderele obisnuite pe care le gasim in alte camere de hotel. Nu exista lift.Personalul este amabil. Micul dejun se ia la un restaurant din apropiere. Plaja este destul de aproape, la 5-10 min de mers pe jos.

Hotelul nu are un restaurant propriu. Masa este servita la un restaurant ( terasa Gambrinus) care se afla la 50 metri de hotel, mincarea foarte buna dar au preurile nu mari, foarte marii. Pentru opiunea demipensiune hotelul ii ta un credit de 120 lei in care trebuie sa te incadreze pt masa de prinz i cina pe zi .Concluzia nu achiziionai decit cu mic dejun

Hotelul este aproape de plaja si departe de galagia din centrul statiunii. Camera este destul de mare, televizor nou, cu ecran mare si cu programe HD, frigider, aer conditionat nou. Mobilierul este nou.

Nu exista dulap pentru haine. La intrarea in camera este doar un spatiu de depozitare lat de 30-40 cm, cu 3 rafturi si o bara de umerase cu doua umerase. Noptierele nu au sertar sau usa.
