o surpriz foarte plcuta, ne-am bucurat in special de piscin, dar condiiile de cazare si mas oferite de acest hotel sunt foarte bune

recomandare: de imbuntit partea de petrecere a timpului (tenis de mas , biliard, teras cu program artistic pt petrecerea serilor, din ce am constatat in Venus sunt relativ puine variante pt ieiri seara.

Comfortul si curatenia in hotel/camera. Personalul foarte amabil in tot complexul. Bucatar bun, mancare foarte gustoasa.

Dupa ce a venit un grup mare de sportivi, la pranz si cina optiunile s-au redus mult si de la 4* cum a fost in primele zile meniul a devenit cam de cantina!s

Camera foarte curata, personalul este dragut. Piscina si topoganele sunt grozave. Privelistea de la piscina e grozava.

Peretii hotelului sunt atat de subtiri , hotelul nu stiu dac este anvelovat, atfe ca se aude toata galagia de pe strada principala, iar in camera este atat de cald chiar si la etajul 2 intrucat nu se poate sta fara aer conditionat. La teresa piscinei nu era spalat si curatat cu mopul astfel ca erau frecvent balti cu mazga formate din apa statuta cu praf dar si apa inverzita. Gresia de pe terasa de langa piscina nu este mata si abraziva, copiii mei au cazut si s-au lovit destul de dureroros. Nu e firesc ca pt all inclusive sa stam la coada si sa cerem un pahar de suc, personalul era dragut de la bar dar in timpul meseleor erau cozi foarte mari . Desemenae pt alua mancare se statea la o coada pana la intrare in restaurant, fiind doar o masa cu cate un vas de mancare din fiecare. Mancarea din pacate era foarte putin diversificata :garnituri repetitive neatragatoare pt copii cum ar fii : brocoli, conopida si ciuprci fierte cu putin marar si cartofi prajiti, a mai fost si pilaf intr-o seara. Preparatele cu carne doar 3 la numar erau foarte gustoase.

apa rece la piscina, atat la cea de adulti, cat si la cea de copii..am putut sa facem doar o data baie..preferam sa mergem la plaja, apa marii fiind mai calda. Se inchidea la ora 18.30 Micul dejun, cam acelasi in fiecare zi Bauturile la dozator de slaba calitate... Mi ar fi placut ca in camere, sa fie mocheta, nu gresie..ma rog este o optiune persinala, avand un copil mic, mai poate aluneca, daca vii de la baie cu apa pe picioare Cameristele faceau galagie, atunci cand faceau curatenie in camere si asta se intmapla dupa ora 12 cand voiam sa ne odihnim 2 lifturi mici, neincapatoare, care se stricau des Daca se imbunatatesc aceste lucruri , ( si ar trebui , pt ca e un hotel destul de scump) atunci, recomand cu drag!

totul la superlativ. Hotel amplasat pe faleza, vedere la mare, mobilier modern, tv cu ecran mare, frigider, aer conditionat, uscator de par, parcare privata. Zilnic s-a facut curatenie in camera, lenjerie si prosoape schimbate a treia zi (prosoapele se puteau schimba chiar si zilnic, la cerere), meniul foarte bun si diversificat, totul proaspat, personal foarte amabil. Punctul forte il reprezinta piscina care, desi nu este adanca, este fabuloasa.

Camera a fost in regula, mai ales ca se putea vedea mare, chiar daca nu frontal. Hotelul f. curat, ne schimbau prosoapele in fiecare zi, se facea curatenie in camaera in fiecare zi. Personalul amabil si primitor. Piscina excelenta. Barul de la piscina excelent!

In ceea ce priveste PaRCaREa. Sunt putine locuri si s-ar putea sa nu gasiti cand ajungeti acolo.Noi am parcat pe o straduta laterala si peste 2 zile s-a eliberat un loc si am adus-o in parcarea hotelului. aLL INCLUSIVE-ul este gen Romania. Plaja mica si cu pietre in apa.

Un hotel care ii respecta turitii. Corespunde descrierii oferite i fotografiilor disponibile. Curaenie zilnica (s-a maturat i s-a spalat pe jos, coul de gunoi luat in fiecare dimineaa, hartie igienica pusa la nevoie, schimbat prosoapele cel puin la 2 zile), micul dejun tip bufet suedez foarte variat: mezeluri, omlete i alte preparate calde, lactate, legume, fructe, ceai, cafea, sucuri naturale etc. Vedere spre mare, aproape de plaja, curte interioara cu multa verdeaa. Personal foarte amabil i politicos. am petrecut un sejur foarte frumos.

Felicitari personalului hotelului! Citind comentariile referitoare la acest hotel, am plecat pe litoral cam sceptica, parandu-mi rau ca am ales aceasta locatie, dar temerile mi-au fost alungate de cum am intrat in hotel. Cum am ajuns in 5 minute am fost cazati. amplasarea hotelului este excelenta, camerele au vedere la mare. Personalul de serviciu amabil, isi face datoria. Masa la restaurantul hotelului are meniu bogat si diversificat. toate conditile pentru un sejur placut. Voi reveni cu siguranta si la anul.

Poziionarea hotelului fata de plaja si micul dejun care este consistent.

La sosirea la hotel am stat aproape o ora la recepie pentru a primi camera dubla superioara dar nu mai erau camere disponibile, m-i s-a oferit camera dubla superioara la alt hotel sau camara cu doua paturi la parter pana a doua zi, ceea ce nu este normal eu achiziionam de la agenie camera dubla superioara.

urit dni partea celor de la hotel, pentru ca au vrut sa ne trimita in saturn la un alt hotel pentru ca nu aveau inca locuri disponibile,dupa un drum cu trenul de 18 ore sa primesti asa o veste este inadmisibil,dar traim in romania si ne-am obisnuit sa trecem peste asemenea momente,dar totul s-a rezolvat dupa venirea d-ului administrator de la hotelul lidia care s-a implicat imediat si a rezolvat problema

Hotel amplasat aproape de mare, camera mare, totul nou, lenjerie imaculata de buna calitate, mini frigider in camera, curatenie zilnica, ne-au cazat mult mai repede ( in jur de ora 14 , pt asta merita un mare plus, mai ales ca eram cu copil mic), per ansamblu a fost f bine, am fost multumiti. Si vremea a tinut cu noi. :)

Nu ne.a placut ca atunci cand am ajuns doamnele de la receptie au incercat sa ne cazeze la alt hotel in alta statiune.

Lenjeria era patata (desi spalata). Desi locatia este foarte buna si au o gradina intretinuta, curata, aceasta nu este valorificata - s-ar putea sta afara pt o cafea, un vin cu prietenii etc. spatiul o permite.
