Ne-am bucurat tare mult ca hotelul a fost destul de aproape, conditii bunicele si curate.

Micul de jun scump, 40 lei autoservire. Plaja nu era destul de curata, apa adanca, nu era nivelat si pentru copii, nisipul de la mal, asa cum e plaja de langa aqua magic. Nu au cina, cei de la Metropol si a trebuit sa ne adaptam, am mancat la hotel tomis, cu mancare f buna si la preturi decente, in raport cu nivelul de conditii ridicat la acest hotel. a fost o problema cu aerul conditionat, ca la parter nu era, dar ne-au rezolvat gratuit cei de la receptie la etajul doi unde era, au fost draguti.

Personalul de la bucatarie foarte amabil si serviabil, mancare bunicica dar aceeasi in fiecare zi.

am petrecut un sejur de 7 zile groaznice la acest hote. Incepand din prima zi in care in loc de camera la etaj mi-a fost distribuita o camera la parter ceea ce nu corespondea cu ceea ce am platit (oferit fiind schimbata), apa calda fiin oferita cu portia, aer conditional oferit tot cu portia, miros insuportabil datorita canalizarii, etc. si continund cu personalul de la receptie care este de cea mai joasa speta si multe, multe altele. Intr-un cuvant un concediu de ,,NEUItat" si pe catre nu-l recomand nici celui mai mare dusman.

Pt al doilea an la hotel Metropol.am primit chiar camera pe care am ocupat-o anul trecut.Personal foarte multumit si in acest an,acum am servit si masa de prinz la terasa hotelului(meniu diversificat cu preturi foarte bune).Personal pot spune ca si in acest an sejurul la hotel metropol a fost excelent,si sper sa mai revenim.

Un sejur excelent.Hotel cu mult peste altele mai cu renume,pozitionat foarte aproape de plaja(2-3 minute).am avut o camera pe colt bine utilata,pat mare ,saltea si perne foarte bune,ac perfect functional,tv cu ecran mare canale prin operatorul de cablu digi.apa fierbinte la orice ora,prosoape de buna calitate schimbate rapid inclusiv lenjeria.Frigider nou silentios suficient de mare pt noi dotat inclusiv cu compartiment pt cuburi de gheata.Geamuri termopan deci liniste pt odihna.Pt cine doreste exista si un mini seif in sifonierul din camera.Baie cu cabina de dus si uscator de par ,balcon cu scaune si sfoara pt prosoape.Personal ne-am simtit foarte bine si vom reveni cu placere mai ales ca se fac mereu imbunatatiri(citind comentarii mai vechi clientii se plingeau de lipsa geamuri termopan,tv si frigidere vechi).Din pacate autoservirea hotelului este practic nefunctionala din cauza vremurilor ciudate pe care le traim,pt masa trebuie cautat alt loc.Seslonguri pe plaja cite vrei la preturi de la 20 lei,25,30 depinde de sector.

Sectoare de plaja unde se adunau multe alge la intrarea in apa.Unii concetateni confunda inca plaja cu tomberonul de gunoi aruncind tigari pahare.

Un exemplu de urmat de catre multe alte hoteluri!! am luat bilete prin agentie la un hotel mai scump decat Metropol si de 3 stele, unde am fost neplacut suprinsa de conditii. M-am transferat apoi la acest hotel care, desi este de doar 2 stele, ofera conditii de 3 din punctul meu de vedere. Comparativ cu primul hotel este mult peste din toate punctele de vedere. Fetele de la receptie foarte dragute, la fel si proprietara hotelului care m-a intrebat personal daca e ok camera primita, curatenia se face zilnic si cum trebuie, mancarea foarte buna, proaspata, dar si ieftina. In concluzie, raport calitate-pret foarte bun! Cu siguranta voi reveni!!!

aproape de plaja, mancarea de la restaurant proaspata si buna.

Nu este posibil ca in 2019 sa nu existe termopane...la categoria 3 stele, cu 400 lei pe noapte...sa nu poti sa dormi din cauza muzicii de la hotelurile vecine. Inacceptabil! Platesti foarte mult pentru a sta treaz toata noaptea!!!!!Nu vom mai merge acolo niciodata.

Calitate pret superioara la orice oferta din zona, am fost la un hotel vecin de acelasi rang , pretul era dublu la aceleasi stele si servici...plaja curata si aerisita nu te calci cu vecinu pe picioare doatat cu WC ! Ceva rar in zona!!!

Placut.Rezonabil pre calitate,rezervare in ultimul moment.

La 3 * la baie pt 2 aduli lipsa sampon,doar 1 sapunel,1sul hirtie higienica pe zi.Dar asta nu e o problema. Problema mare este ca au o colaborare cu o plaja unde adminiratorii ii fac praf concediu.adica la recepie e afisat preul pe sezlong.Si recomanda acea plaja cu garania ca ai reducere la sezlong.acolo preul este mult mai mare,nu primesti bon fiscal si nici sezlongul dorit.Mai esti si jignit.adica hotelul trimite turistii acolo,administratorii au clienti dar isi bat joc. am fost la plaja vecina.am platit normal.Foarte bine am fost tratata,personal de calitate care ii respecta pe cei de la hotel cu care colaboreaza dar si pe ceilali turisti. Recomand hotelului Metropol sa nu mai faca recomandare de plaja nici sa nu mai promoveze un tarif.

Zilnic s-a facut curat in camera,aparat de clima foarte bun,balcon cu scaune i masa,cabina de du foarte spaioasa i apa fierbinte instant la robinet,seif in camera,uscate de par,frigider foarte bun.

Hotelul este ok ,curatenie, dotari, personal receptie si menajere.

Mancarea foarte proasta la autoservirea hotelului ca sa nu mai spun si insuficienta. am avut bonuri valorice deci masa platita in avans . autoservirea se deschidea pentru masa la 12:30 iar la ora 13:15 nu aveai ce manca decat tochitura si ciorba de legume ( oribila). Cand am intrebat pe cei din conducerea hotelului ce se intampla am primit urmatorul raspuns : trebuie sa veniti la 12 si sa asteptati la usa pana se deschide ca vin cei de la alte hoteluri si cumpara.

Curatenia . amplasarea aproape de plaja. Personal foarte amabil si disponibil.

Zgomot de la hotelul de vis a vis ( muzica foarte tare pana dupa ora 12..in camerele cu termopan este sa zicem rezonabil , dar in cele fara termopan f greu). Mancarea nediversificata ( Pastrav pe litoral ).Drumul de acces pana la mare murdar si neluminat noaptea.

amabilitatea personalului, curatenie fara reprosuri, mancarea la autoservirea alaturata decenta dar cu aceleasi preperete zilnic

Zgomot foarte mare si permanent, zi si noapte de la bd. Mamaia care "curge" la 20 m de balconul camerei 250 si 251. Lipsa farmaciei si barului declarate in reclama hotelului. autoservirea alipita hotelului fara aer conditionat, cu mustele peste farfurii, se asteapta la coada la "impinge tava " minimum 45 minute din cauza caseriei unice

Un hotel linistit, conditii bune, angajati amabili

Faceti ceva cu aleea aceea dinspre plaja! Mi se pare halucinant ca un hotel sa neglijeze un aspect de genul...Pur si simplu iti rupeai picioarele daca te intorceai noaptea din statiune si nu erai atent, riscai sa cazi pe acolo. Este o bila foarte neagra!

Camera ne-a oferit un confort corespunzator unui hotel de 2 stele. Mobila este schimbata. In camera este gresie iar in baie este uscator de par. am primit hartie igienica destul de des. Ni s-au schimbat prosoapele o data, in timpul sejurului. Cand am ajuns la hotel (ora 11.30) am incheiat formalitatile de cazare si apoi am primit imediat cheia de la camera. Doamnele de la cazare si personalul care se ocupa de curatenie au fost foarte dragute. Nu ni s-au facut apropouri si nici nu a fost necesar sa dam bacsis personalului. Nu ne-a disparut nimic din camera.

Camera nu era dotata cu geamuri termopan. Pentru curatenie as putea da nota 8. La iesirea din hotel (drumul spre plaja) este o alee din pavele. Unele din pavele sunt sparte. In multe locuri aleea are goluri, pavelele lipsesc. Noaptea este cam intuneric prin zona aceea.

Cu toate ca e un hotel de 2 stele conditiile au fost foarte bune, iar personalul, atat cel de la receptie cat si cel de intretinere de nota 10, foarte amabil si profesionist, motiv pentru care ne-am propus sa ne mai petrecem si alte vacante la acest hotel.

trotuarul alei de acces catre plaja e cam deterioarat, dar asta credem ca tine de administratia statiunii. Nu stim daca Dvs. aveti calitatea de a sesiza institutia respeciva, dar daca o aveti nu ar fi rau s-o faceti.

Raport bun pret - calitate. am avut o camera standard cu baia renovata, camera modesta dar suficient dotata pentru nevoile unei familii venite la mare: racitor, tV mic, masuta, fotolii, pat mare. autoservirea de la hotel foarte utila la masa de pranz, mai ales pentru familiile cu copii( te intorci de la plaja, mananci si urci in camera sa te odihnesti) cu preturi accesibile.

Description and general facilities: Hotel Metropol is partially modernized and is a good accommodation option for people who want to spend their vacation in Mamaia, but on a lower budget.

Metropol Hotel has three levels and is built parallel to the sea shore. Thus, some of the rooms overlook the sea and some overlook the lake. Hotel Metropol Mamaia offers, in addition to accommodation - restaurant with self-service line, terrace, bar and private parking. There is wireless internet in public areas.
