Personal amabil, apa calda nonstop, chiar si la etajele superioare, situat aproape de plaja, de telegondola, de centrul statiunii

Mobilier foarte vechi, tamplarie, usi, lifturi la fel, cred ca n-a fost niciodata renovat acest hotel de cand a fost contruit si siguere foarte vechi. Sincer, mi s-a parut foarte scump pentru conditiile oferite! Nu l-as recomanda si nici eu n-as mai merge la acest hotel.

am platit 725 lei pentru patru nopi, chiar daca nu este renovat este curat, in camera aer conditionat, frigider, televizor, nu sunt de ultima generaie dar sunt functionale, am ajuns dimineaa la 9 au avut camera libera i ne-au cazat, a fost peste ateptari este totui 2 stele. Ne-am simit bine, pentru banii platii a fost ok.

Nu este un hotel pentru pretenioi, nu este renovat, mobilier vechi, ui, ferestrele din lemn cu probleme de inchidere, gunoiul se ridica zilnic, lenjeria, prosoapele nu s-au schimbat 4 zile cat am stat, hartia igienica s-a pus o singura data.

Personalul de la receptie de nota 10.

In camera mirosea a tigari, desi fumatul este interzis. Nu s-a folosit nicio solutie pentru inlaturarea acestui miros neplacut cum ar fi trebuit (cum se face in alte hoteluri). Nu a fost inlocuita hartia igienica dupa ce s-a terminat primul sul. Este jenant sa ceri la recepie hartie igienica. Noroc ca se gaseste prin magazine acest produs. Prosoapele se schimba la 3 zile, teoretic. Practic nu. Ca aspect pozitiv (desi este ceva normal) zilnic se aspira si ridica gunoiul.

Hotel de 2 stele, conditii modeste, dar, daca iti asumi aceste aspecte inca din momentul efectuarii rezervarii, atunci vei avea vu sigurana un concediu placut. aspectele pozitive tin de: schimbarea prosoapelor zilnic, cu toate ca peste tot in hotel este afisat faptul ca acestea se schimba la 2-3 zile, la fel si gunoiul. Personal amabil, mancare buna, distana foarte mica faa de plaja.

Camera cu a.c. invechit, direct in tavan, nefunctional, prin grilajul din tavan se vedeau evile pline de mizerie. In jurul hotelului, destul de dezordine, lucru care se piate rezolva dand zilnic cu o matura. Pe olivierele din restaurant abia puteai pune mana, erau pline de grasime tot timpul. Este ideea generala a hotelurilor de 2, 3 stele din statiunile de pe litoralul romanesc: lipsa de interes.

Pozitionare foarte buna, hotelul este la 5 minute distanta de plaja. Personalul este foarte amabil. Raport calitate/pret foarte bun. Sincer cred ca o sa mai apelez la hotel National daca voi mai avea ocazia sa vizitez Mamaia.

Curatenia lasa de dorit, nu ni s-a schimbat lenjeria nici macar o singura data pe perioada sejurului de 6 nopti.

Cazare la etajul 10, priveliste superba. Parchet din lemn masiv, covoare persane, foarte curate. Baia acceptabila, cu dus. Paturile aveau saltelele noi, foarte comode..aer conditionat, frigiderul destul de mare si racea foarte tare... a fost frumos.

muzica de la cluburile alaurate foarte foarte tare, inceta pe la 4 dimineta. Multi turisti sunau la politie..
