pozitia fata de plaja, sezlongurile gratuite oferite, promptitudinea personalului in rezolvarea unor probleme aparute in noaptea cu precipitatiile abundente. Ne au oferit pe loc o alta camera .

Compartimentarea apartamentului: la intrare cobori trepte iar ca s iei pe balcoane sau sa mergi la baie urci trepte. Greu pentru familii cu copii mici. Lipsa usctorul de rufe i a unei polie in baie pentru produse de ingrijire. Miros de canalizare persistent in baie

Este hotelul nostru de suflet.... de patru ani venim in vacane aici i totul este la superlativ.... Hotelul foarte aproape de plaja, ezlonguri incluse, parcare proprie, curenie zilnic, prosoape i lenjerie schimbat la 3 zile, personalul foarte amabil, camerele dotate cu mobilier nou, frigider generos, suport de rufe i aer condiionat.... Ce poi s ii doreti mai mult.... Pe viitor tot aici vom reveni. Recomand....

La Hotel Diana totul a lost foarte bine: curaenie, mancare i ospitalitate de nota 10.

Nu pot evalua otel Neptun unde am facut rezervarea deoarece, din motive pe care nu le-am aflat nici acum, am fost relocai la Hotel Diana, fara sa fim anunai telefonic sau sa ni se ceara parerea.

Hotelul este oarecum.dragut, amplasat destul de aproape de plaja, camera a fost sparioasa(camera family), destul.de curata, hotelul are parcare .

Din punct de vedere al curateniei se mai poate insista, noi am stat 4 nopti timp in care am avut aceleasi prsoape si aceiasi lenjerie pe pat, nu mi se pare normal, plase de tantari nu exista la usa de la balcon, curatenia in camere se facea zilnic dar se rezuma doar la ridicatul gunoiului din baie si un aspirat.

Micul dejun nu se poate servi la hotel, se da un card valoric cu 35 lei/ persoana / zi pe care il po?i folosi la teresa Maria partenera Nepun Resort unde pre?urile sunt destul de piperate iar mancarea lasa mult de dorit. Noroc ca au parteneriat ?i cu Vila Natalia unde po?i servi doar pizza cu acest card. ?ezlongurile incluse in pachet erau pe ultimele 4 randuridestul de departe de mare iar nisipul pana acolo era plin de scoici. Nu ma deranjau aceste aspecte foarte tare daca imi erau comunicate inca de la inceput. Prosoapele din camera erau de nefolosit fiind patate si ingalbenite ca si lenjeria de altfel.

Foarte bine! Hotelul este renovat recent, camerele curate, racoroase, cele de la parter sunt mai mici i fara balcon. amplasat foarte aproape de plaja, terase, centrul staiunii. am avut doar cazare.

Camera mare, spaioasa, vedere superba spre mare, foarte aproape de plaja, personal amabil, atmosfera linitita, exact ceea ce cautam.

Parcarea hotelului, dei destul de spaioasa, nu poate intotdeauna asigura parcarea pentru toi oaspeii hotelului. Nu sunt marcate locurile de parcare, se risipete mult spaiu din spaiul parcarii, iar pe straduele din jur, este la fel de aglomerat. atenie la check-in: este la ora 18:00!!! Micul dejun a fost servit la o autoservire din apropiere unde nici curaenia i nici oferta nu se ridica la standardele hotelului.

Un hotel elegant, linistit, curat si foarte aproape de plaja. Situat la numai 50 metri de faleza superioara si perpendicular chiar pe Debarcader. Camerele sunt cochete, mobilierul nou, patul generos si salteaua super. Un atuu in plus a fost frigiderul foarte incapator care ne.a tinut sucurile si alimentele la rece. Lenjeria schimbata la 3 zile si foarte curat in camera. Dispun de un lift chiar daca hotelul are doar 3 etaje. Iar faptul ca am avut sezlongurile incluse, ne.au asigurat un sejur perfect. Cu siguranta vom reveni.

Sa zicem doar faptul ca prosoapele ne.au fost schimbate numai atunci cand am cerut... adica doar o data in cele 8 nopti petrecute aici, nicidecum la initiativa lor. Noroc ca am avut noi.

Hotelul este aproape de plaja.

Curaenia camerei era facuta superficial. in camera si holul pe care il tranzitam era un aer destul de umed, cei care se ocupa de gestionarea hotelului ar trebui sa foloseasca dezumidificatoare electrice cu capacitate mare. Nu exista feon in baie. in prima dimineata nu s-a putut servi cafea, deoarece aparatul nu functiona, acest aspect nu privete turistul. Hotelul nu poate deine cele trei stele, deoarece nu ofera beneficii pentru aceasta categorie.

Hotelul arata foarte bine, mobilierul este nou. Faa de celelalte hoteluri de 3 stele, chiar este ok.

Din punctul meu de vedere trebuie dat cu soluii deoarece erau foarte muli paianjeni. Curaenie nu se facea, lenjeria nu a fost schimbata la 4 zile cum scrie la recepie. Cel mai mult m-a deranjat faptul ca eu am cerut camerele sa fie pe etaje diferite i nu la parter. Cand am ajuns, surpriza o camera la parter si 2 la etaj una langa cealalta. aia e, le-am acceptat deoarece nu aveau altele libere. apoi camera de la parter era singura fara plasa, am vorbit cu directorul i a spus ca "se rezolva" dar apoi ne-au spus ca nu are de unde. Intrau foarte muli paianjeni, am tras noptiera au sarit 4 paianjeni, nu mi se pare normal. Sunt sigura ca acea camera nu a fost locuita de anul trecut. acesta a fost ghinionul nostru. Camerele de la etajul 1 au fost ok. apoi am mai avut o rezervare pt o camera dubla dar ne mai fiimd disponibilitate ne-a dat un apartament foarte mare cu 2 camere. acest lucru a salvat situaia. Per total a da nota 7.

Hotel decent, cladire cu istorie, personal amabil i receptiv la cererile noastre (in momentul in care am cerut schimbarea camerei din motive ce nu in de hotel, administratorul ne-a facut upgrade fara nicio problema i fara alte costuri), foarte aproape de plaja, camere curate i spaioase - ne vom intoarce aici.
