Location: Hotel Novus Eforie Nord 3 stars is a new hotel, inaugurated in summer 2021, located on the seafront of the resort, just 150 meters from the beach.

General description and facilities:

NOVUS Hotel welcomes guests with a special architecture, modern design, well-structured interiors, very good quality materials and very good sound insulation. The water filtration and softening installation together with the hot water recirculation system bring a significant addition of comfort.

The hotel is classified in the 3-star category and offers 18 standard double rooms, 15 superior double rooms, 8 family rooms and 4 apartments.

The hotel has a modern elevator with a capacity of 7 people and a private parking for 50 people. The lounge on the ground floor of the hotel offers a buffet breakfast. The construction complies with the hotel classification regulations, environmental requirements and fire safety requirements.

Room description:

All rooms are equipped with 108 cm Smart Digital LED TV, telephone, wireless internet and wired internet on request, minibar, air conditioning, hair dryer, balcony with furniture, mosquito net, carpeted and / or travertine floor . All rooms have a private bathroom with free toiletries.

The standard double rooms are 23 sqm (including the bathroom and balcony) and are arranged from the ground floor to the 4th floor, on the north side of the building. Maximum accommodation capacity: 2 adults and 2 children (with extra bed for 2nd child).

The superior double rooms have 21 sqm (including bathroom, but no balcony), are located from the 1st floor to the 4th floor, on the southeast side of the building. In addition to the standard rooms, they have more spacious balconies / terraces and some have sea views. Maximum accommodation capacity: 2 adults and 2 children (with extra bed for 2nd child).

The family rooms have 27 sqm (including the bathroom and the balcony), are located from the 1st floor to the 4th floor, on the south side of the building. The view from the room is oriented towards the southern part of the resort, and from the upper floors you can see the sea. They are equipped with a double bed of 160/200 cm and 1 bed of 90/200 cm. Maximum capacity of accommodation: 3 adults and 1 child up to 10 years old (no extra bed, no extra beds available).

The apartments have 47 sqm (including the bathroom and the balcony). They are located one on each floor, facing southwest. The view from the room is oriented to the south and west of the resort, and from the upper floors you can see the sea. The apartments consist of a bedroom and a living room separated by a door. The balcony has access from both rooms and is equipped with a table and four chairs. It has 1 double bed in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room (140/200 cm), 2 air conditioners, 2 TVs,
