Hotelul este situat intr-o padure, o adevarata oaza de liniste si relaxare, este un hotel din 1911 , contruit cu o arhitectura impesionanta care imbina mai multe stiluri. In tot hotelul lipseste atentia pentru detalii, sunt multe lucruri nefunctionale

Pesonalul de la spa nu ne-a facut programari pe motiv ca au priorotate cele gratuite cu ocazia zilei de 8 martie desi am fost sa ne facem programare cum am ajuns la hotel. Peste o ora nu mai era nici un loc liber. Mesle in zona de restaurant sunt de 10-12persoane si stai cu persoane necunoscute la masa , iar conanda la masa de seara a venit dupa doua ore.

personalul hotelului neprietenos, dezamagiti de personalul de la spa care nu a "putut" sa ne faca programare in momentul in care am ajuns la hotel pentru masaje pentru ca nu erau listele deschise, iar dupa ce am mers in camera sa ne schimbam si am revenit la piscina(30 min) deja nu mai era locuri decat dupa ce faceam check out ul.

Frumos hotelul, spaios, renovat cu bun gust.

in ce privete curaenia, trebuie efectuata cu mai multa atenie: am gasit chiloi murdari sub pat. apa de la Spa nu este termala, este apa de la robinet incalzita i cu clor excesiv. Mancarea puin diversificata, cateva feluri de mancare iar pentru cei care in post mai deloc. La baie curgea apa de sub cada. am intiinat recepia dar nu s-a remediat nimic, ne-a adus un mop sa strangem apa.

O destinatie extraordinara ca statiune si ca hotel, liniste, aer curat, acces cu masina proprie la obiective turistice de top din Romania. Mic dejun foarte bun. Posibilitate de tratament in hotel sau in afara lui.

Discrepanta de confort intre camerele de hotel cu reducere si cele fara (tv cu numai 24 de programe fata de camerele normale, pozitionare sub acoperis, etajul 5 - foarte cald!, curatenie deficitara in baie).

Kneipp era contra cost. La jacuzzi se oprea foarte des pompele la fel si cascada de la piscina. In zona SPa exista un dozator de apa care pe 27 martie la ora 11 nu avea bidon cu apa si nici pahare. am intrebat daca aduce si si-au cerut scuze ca nu mai au(ori pahare ori bidon cu apa).

am platit 2 camere de 4 stele si am primit camerele 418 si 406. 418 a fost in regula, 406 insa avea un miros ingrozitor de la canalizare. am zis sa stam prima seara ca poate se duce mirosul, insa ne-am trezit peste noapte intr-o duhoare insuportabila. a doua zi pe 03.09.2019 am fost la receptie si am reclamat acest lucru, am cerut sa se schimbe camera - se pare ca era cunoscut cazul camerei 406. Mi s-a propus camera 420. am urcat sa o vad si parea totul in regula, am mutat bagajele si probabil fericit ca am rezolvat problema mirosului nu am remarcat ca la camera 420 aerul conditionat nu functiona. am anuntat la receptie si au trimis un tehnician care mi-a zis cu voce scazuta ca este o situatie cunoscuta si ca anumite camere de 4 stele nu au aerul conditionat functional - ceva in legatura cu constructorul care a facut nu stiu ce greseli. Cert este ca am ramas pana la sfarsitul sejurului fara aer conditionat. In alta ordine de idei, in camere, cremoanele de la ferestre nu se inchid fest, probabil ca in timpul iernii nu se pot folosi datorita frigului si curentului care intra. La micul dejun, intr-un hotel arhiplin s-a stricat unul din cele doua aparate de preparare a cafelei. Este adevarat ca hotelul a fost renovat in 2013, dar numai cu materiale de proasta calitate si ieftine, probabil urmarind castiguri imediate cu cheltuiala minima. Restaurantul are preturi relativ mari si portii foarte mici, avand persoane in varsta in acest sejur am mancat doar in hotel si pranz si cina - portii mici. Nu cred ca vom mai merge la acest hotel.

Personal politicos, discret. Locatie curata, bine intretinuta, parcare suficienta. Pozitionarea hotelului este deosebita.

Desi cotat cu 4*, nici mobilierul, nici dotarile din camere nu se ridica la aceasta categorie (o mocheta banala; mobilier minimalist, aproape auster; mini-bar-ul este in dulap, ceea ce limiteaza spatiul acestuia; in baie lipsesc dotarile care s.o faca functionala-suport prosoape in apropierea lavoarului si a cazii, suport periute de dinti). Restaurantul elegant, curat, dar cu preturi exagerate la un meniu nu sofisticat.

Curatenie, personal amabil, camere cu aspect deosebit, restaurant ingrijit, cochet. Zona spa foarte curata, insa incapabila sa faca fata unui numar mare de turisti.

Camerele desi frumoase sunt foarte mici, nu inteleg cum au putut sa fie clasificate la 4 stele. Cateva sincope in umplerea tavilor cu mancare. toata mancarea avea aceeasi temperatura de servire: omleta, friptura, legume, branzeturi etc
