am primit camera cu vedere laterala la mare, dei am rezervat si platit o camera cu vedere frontala. Ne-am intors la recepie si ne-a spus o "poveste" ca nu primim acceasi camer pe care o rezervm. am primit camera corecta pan la urm. Dar--- prima impresie...

Femeia de la curaenie foarte amabila i cateva doamne de la restaurant. Si cei de la bar ok.

Foarte dezamagita de mancare. adica nu ca nu a fost dar nu ma ateptam la asemenea meniu. Nu mi a placut. La all inclusive sa ai in fiecare zi acelai meniu nu e demn de un hotel la asemenea cerine. Micul dejun execrabil. adica in fiecare dimineaa carnai prajii, paine cu ou i diverse chestii gen mezel. Salata de vinete stricata. Seara fripturi stricate. Nu se merita sa plateti all inclusive. Buna doar ciorba. Dar i aici daca ai de ales. Pentru ca zilnic ciorba de fasole, de legume i pui, sau porc/vita in alta zi. Un mare NU pt acest hotel. Si nu , nu l-as mai alege. Sa nu mai vorbim de recepie unde intalneti un personal deloc amabil. Doamna care ne-a primit s-a comportat de parca am venit sa stam gratis.

Serviciul all inclusiv ptr masa,minunat,personal deosebit de amabil in restaurant,mancarea proaspata,bine gatit,curaenie impecabila,sucuri ,cafea,bauturi alcoolice,vin,bere,coniac,viinata, vodca. ...totul a fost organizat impecabil. am petrecut 6 zile superbe la hotelul Paradiso. a fost totul de nota 10.all inclusivul de calitate, mancarea mult mai buna decat in Bullgaria.Personalul din hotel foarte amabil, curaenie in wcuri in camere. Don't come here if you don't need the medical spa treatment. Looks more like a sanatory than a hotel. Food is poor and parking hard to find. Elevators are ridiculous - a 3x4 ft cabin is rated for 6 passengers! Service is still at communist levels.

In bonurile valorice, nu au intrat si bauturile alcoolice, pe motiv ca este diferena de tVa.Foarte greit,in contabilitate se poate disocia. Este singurul hotel care aplica aceasta problema. au ramas bani la finalul sejurului si nu au acceptat decit produse alimentare. au fost discuii din partea multor turiti. Discutai cu conducerea hotelului sau daca nu reducei bonul valoric la 45 de persoana.

Description and general facilities: Formerly known as Hotel Mangalia-Siemens, Hotel Paradiso has been completely renovated and is available to all those who want to spend a vacation on the Black Sea coast, or enjoy the best treatments spa and recovery for rheumatic diseases and more. It is built on 12 floors.

One of the attractions of the hotel is the indoor swimming pool, with filtered and heated sea water.

Paradiso Hotel has one of the most famous Treatment Bases on the Romanian coast, and guests staying here can follow various procedures for recovery or relaxation. The hotel is open all year round.
