Placut impresionata! Camere curate,personal foarte amabil incepand de la receptie ,femeie de serviciu si ospatarii de la restaurant( fiind un mare plus fata de alte hoteluri). Curatenie zilnic,schimbare lenjerii si prosoape la 2 zile. Mic dejun pentru toate gusturile. Pranzul si cina servite in restaurant ....de nota 10 atat ca si gust cat ca si aspect...felicitari doamnelor de la bucatarie. Un hotel la care sigur vom mai reveni cu drag!

Hotelul este foarte curat, totul a fost perfect

am platit apeoape 100 de euro/noaptepe o camera in extrasezon (martie). Chiar daca este un hotel foarte bun, mi se pare foarte scump.

Chiar este un hotel de patru stele ! Camerele sunt perfecte pentru o familie de trei persoane , era loc i de o familie cu doi copii . Doamnele de la curaenie foarte drague,ne faceau curat in camera in fiecare zi . Promenada din faa hotelului este plina de tei i chiar si la pranz cand era foarte cald ,camerele erau foarte racoroase

Un concediu de opt zile la acest hotel este prea scurt!

Mi-a placut aproape totul. Un mic comentariu ar fi ca orele de curatenie ar fi trebuit sa fie la ore mai potrivite. acestea fiind 9 -9:30, noi eram mai mereu in camera, dupa mic dejun.

ar trebui asigurate sezlonguri, chiar daca hotelul nu are plaja proprie. avand in vedere numarul mare de clienti ai unui hotel, reprezentatii acestuia ar putea negocia un pret mai bun, in comparatie cu cel obtinut de un turist si sa il includa in pretul biletului. In Mamaia, majoritatea hotelurilor de 4 stele au sezlongurile asigurate, fie la mare, fie la piscina

amapreciat curatenia, amplasarea hotelului si deschiderea personalului pentru a rezolva solicitarile turistilor.

1.Camerele cu vedere la oras nu au balcon si nu exista nicio posibilitate pentru a usca prosoapele de plaja sau hainele. E un disconfort ,mai ales cand sunt familii cu copii mici. 2. Hotelul nu are o plaja in administrare asa cum am remarcat ca au cateva dintre celelalte .

- Hotelul este nou si foarte frumos, amplasat pe faleza chiar langa plaja - Camera este organizata si decorata superb - Curatenia este maxima - Bauturile din minibar sunt diversificate, gustoase si la un pret bun - Personalul este cooperant si prietenos - La micul dejun cafeaua este oferita la expresor si mai pot fi servite si niste gemuri de casa, extrem de bune - Seif in camera - Dus etans la baie - Schimbarea prosoapelor la cerere - am apreciat faptul ca modificarea perioadei si a camerei intr-o varianta mai ieftina fata de rezervarea initiala a venit la pachet cu mese incluse in contul banilor platiti in plus

- In camera veiozele de pat si lustra centrala dau o lumina alba, de ambulatoriu, deloc intima si foarte agresiva - In baie, aerisirea care porneste odata cu aprinderea luminii aduce in incapere mirosuri pestilentiale (in cam 75% din timp baia miroase a muraturi stricate si acest miros ajunge si in camera, daca usa de la baie nu este inchisa etans) - Restaurantul este modest si scump. La micul dejun nu exista varietate, sortimentele fiind aceleasi in fiecare zi. Cu exceptia gemurilor de casa nu gasesti nimic din ce nu ti-ai putea incropi si singur, pe fuga, in bucataria personala: carnati, crenvusti, sunca, salam, branza vrac, branza topita, cascaval, icre, salata de vinete, salata orientala, oua fierte, oua ochiuri, omleta, rosii, castraveti, masline, gogosari. Cafeaua, desi la expresor, e banala (ca sa nu zic proasta). La pranz si seara se ofera mancare din meniu, scumpa, cu putine optiuni si preparare mediocra a sortimentelor, exceptie facand o supa bors extrem de buna. - Ceea ce mi-a displacut cel mai mult este ca personalul de la restaurant este explotat ca in evul mediu, cei 3 oameni care servesc la masa putand fi zariti la munca pana la 12 noaptea pentru ca dimineata la prima ora sa fie din nou in picioare, luand-o de la capat. Personalul restaurantului face fata cu greu solicitarilor, dar asta nu a impiedicat managementul hotelului sa puna 3 oameni sa faca ceea ce in mod normal ar fi trebuit facut cu 5-6-7. - Desi in restaurantul hotelului canta in unele seri Claudia andas, repertoriul ales de managementul hotelului este fie mult prea pensionaresc, fie mult prea copilaresc. atmosfera este chicioasa, restaurantul este lipsit de culoare si de farmec. tinuta solistei intregeste acest peisaj: blugi negri, bocanci de rocker, tricou cachi, aspect general de popota.
