Poziia foarte buna a hotelului, mic dejun bun, personalul de la restaurant este forte amabil.

Curaenie deficitara, lipsa de amabilitate i ospitalitate a personalului de la receptie, se ateapta foarte mult la lifturi.

Privelitea de la etajul 13. Patul confortabil i camera spatioasa . Micul dejun foarte variat. Locaia aproape de plaja.

Primele 5 zile serviciul de curaenie nu a funcionat. a trebuit sa solicit schimbarea lenjeriei i aspirarea camerei. Doamna care se ocupa de personalul de la curaenie, o acritura. Nimeni din hotel (personal, turiti) nu a respectat condiiile referitoare la situaia pandemica.

Preuri foarte mari pentru masa de pranz/cina. aceleai trei feluri de ciorbe pe toata durata sejurului. Se poate manca foarte bine in zona la preuri mult mai bune.

Prosoape schimbate in fiecare zi.

Nu o sa mai revin. Calitate pre lasa de dorit hotelul. am dat 600 de lei pe camera pe noapte, am stat 6 zile, nu am avut schimbata lenjeria de pat.,mizerie in camere, praf in ifonier i in noptiere mizerie, mucegai la baie, perdea rupta de bagai capul prin ea, la spaiul de joaca interior mizerie, camera foarte mica, paturile mici de 160 in condiiile in care am avut 2 copii nu am primit nici macar o perna in plus. micul dejun puin diversificat i de proasta calitate. Preturile la restaurant exagerate.

Impresia negativa s a conturat din prima zi de la primul contact cu cei de la recepie. atitudine ce lasa de dorit atunci cand jobul.presupune lucrul cu publicul. in primul rand mi s a comunicat sec ca acea camera rezervata nu are balcon. L am rugat pe baiatul respectiv sa imi aloce alta camera ,intrucat sunt insoita de 2 copii mici i balconul chiar era o necesitate, iar raspunsul a fost ca momentan nu are disponibil, sa ii las numarul de telefon i pe masura ce se elibereaza vreo camera sa ma contacteze. Dupa care a intervenit colega a verificat voucherul i a zis sa nu se poate face nimic ca asa a fost facuta rezervarea. i daca nu suntem mulumiti sa luam.legatura cu agenia sa ne restituie contravaloarea sejurului, iar soului I s a spus ca stai doar 5 nopti ce vrei la Vip ...o atitudine plina de aroganta. am contactat agenia la numarul de urgenta de pe voucher ,mi q raspuns o doamna sau domnioara, i am explicat situaia i a ramas sa asteptam telefon ,sa verifice daca se poate rezolva cumva . acel telefon care nu a mai venit nici in ziua de azi , inci macar sa ne transmita un raspuns pozitiv sau negativ...dei am luat legatura cu dansa de 2 ori... Nu s a facut menajul , schimbat prosoape ,lenjerie, decat dupa 3 zile cand a sesizat soul la recepie acest aspect .

Este al treilea an de cand aleg Riviera ca i hotel , serviciile au fost ok, dar exista loc i de mai bine!

Cumva a parut mai neingrijit, cu mochete pe holuri destul de hai sa zic neaspirate. Cateva placi din tavanul fals al salii de mese erau desprinse La fel i in holul hotelului Pentru aspectul general voi da nota 8 am solicitat o camera la un etaj superior, a fost imposibil de gasit in ziua in care m-am cazat, singura disponibila a fost la etajul 1, cu vedere frontala spre mare Dar ce sa vezi Mare deloc, o plaja imensa , fara amenajare, o tocatura de scoici pe post de nisip!

Camerele sunt dragute, privelistea este superba asta daca nu stai pe partea cu piscina care nu este folosibila Chelnerii foarte amabili

Mancarea este scumpa, meniul este foarte restrans. Noi am stat 5 zile si deja nu mai stiam ce sa mancam. Pentru 5 nopti cu pensiune completa primesti o fisa de cont de 800 lei pe care sa ii utilizezi pe tot sejurul pt pranz si cina. Micul dejun fiind bufet suedez...in fiecare dimineata aceeasi mancare. Ca sa va faceti o idee despre ce inseamna scump si de ce spun ca e putina suma din fisa de cont: o limonada 22 lei, cea mai ieftina bere 12 lei(o,33), o portie de cartofi prajiti 16 lei

amplasare foarte aproape de plaja, camera curata ,vedere laterala ce cuprindea pe de o parte marea iar pe cealalta parte lacul, se face zilnic menajul camerei , noi am fost multumiti de sejur si recomandam cu drag acest hotel . Speram sa revenim si la anul.

aceeai mancare timp de 7 zile la micul dejun extrem de slab diversificat,a ,fructe nu primesti decat nectarine ,Pentru pranz sau cina au preuri cele mai mari din toata zona iar poriile sunt foarte mici ,nu recomand !

- Datorita faptului ca robinetele din fata hotelului care sunt destinate pentru a spala nisipul de pe picioare cand vii de la plaja nu functionau tot hotelul este plin de nisip. - aerul conditionat este doar de forma, nu se simte aproape deloc. -La micul dejun in 3 zile la rand laptele cald era afumat si am renuntat in a mai cere lapte si niciodata nu gaseai tot ce vrei, ba se terminau fructele ba se terminau croisantele, etc -In jurul hotelului nu se gaseste plaja cu cearcef doar plaja contra cost. Nu cred ca voi mai reveni vreodata la acest hotel.

Hotelul este pozitionat excelent. Privelitea de pe terasa camerei este incredibila. Patul este mare si confortabil.

Curaenia in hotel este superficiala. Baia este incredibil de mica, fara aerisire i mereu inundata. Micul dejun nediversificat i de calitate slaba. Raportul calitate pret este unul prost.

toate bune, dar este loc si de mai bine!

- Lifturi putine = 3 buc, din care unul defect, pentru un hotel cu 14 etaje si un numar mare de camere; - Usile de la camere cu un sistem de inchidere gandit inconfortabil. Risc mare de a ramane pe dinafara fara cartela pentru ca se inchid automat, nu la alegerea turistului; - Piscina alaturata nefunctionala.... - Parcarea din fata ar fi trebuit achizitionata de catre hotel si oferita turistilor, nu altei firme private....

Desi am achitat un serviciu care a inclus cazare, mic dejun si pranz, pranzul a fost in sistem fisa de cont si s-au alocat doar 400 lei pentru 2 persoane pentru 5 zile. Nu am fost informati de la inceput in aceasta privinta si surpiza a fost extrem de neplacuta. Nu vom mai repeta experienta.

Mi -a placut tot, de la timpul scurt de cazare(imediat cum am ajuns), la camera, curata, aerisita, vedere frontala spre mare, balcon( etajul 12). Prosoape curate in fiecare zi, curaenie in fiecare zi. Personal amabil, de la domnioarele de la Recepie, la domnul gardian. Mic dejun extrem de bogat i variat! Pranz mai puin variat dar foarte bun . Servire rapida ! Preuri ca de Mamaia, ce pot spune! Una peste alta , sejurul a fost extrem de relaxant, cu sigurana voi reveni la acest hotel! Si voi incerca sa am o camera aproximativ la acelai nivel. acord 5 stele( mai ales pentru cazare!)

Location: Located in the center of Mamaia resort, Hotel RIVIERA *** is the highest hotel on the coast with 14 floors built only 20 meters from the beach and a great panoramic view of the Black Sea and Lake Siutghiol.

General description and facilities: The hotel was completely modernized inside in 2016 and made with the latest comfort techniques, guests crossing its threshold experiencing a product and services superior to the three-star standard. The hotel reception operates non-stop during the season and the restaurant-terrace program is 07:00 - 10:00 Breakfast and 12:00 - 00:00 A la carte. For the comfort of the guests, the luggage room is offered and the assistance in their handling and storage.

Room description: With over 520 accommodation places the hotel has 167 standard double rooms with sea view, 56 VIP double rooms with front sea view and superior facilities, 14 VIP Studio rooms (including a sofa bed and superior facilities), 2 suites located on the 14th floor of the hotel with front sea view and 3 Family Suite rooms. All rooms are equipped with a double bed. Rooms offer free WIFI, cable TV, automatic climate control and a balcony with table and chairs. The private bathrooms are equipped with modern shower cabins, hair dryers and carefully selected toiletries.

Children's facilities: Children are always welcome on the Riviera and will be happy in the 2 playgrounds, one indoors and one outdoors, right next to the hotel terrace. Parents can enjoy a family lunch or the peace of a perfect evening at the Sago Urban Cuisine restaurant.

Meal services: SAGO URBAN CUISINE is a different restaurant. An atypical place, a varied menu, an urban kitchen and a young team of talented people. Being able to accommodate over 550 guests, the space is generously divided into four areas: interior (160 seats at tables), lounge (40 seats on sofas and tables), terrace 340 seats and terrace-bar 40 seats.

Remarks: Being a pet-friendly hotel, it allows access to accommodation for quadrupeds up to 20kg.
