- prea exagerat cu senzorii de lumina. Daca eti in cabina de du se stinge lumina... dupa care trebuie sa iei din cabina ca senzorul sa te simta. Holuri/trepte intunecate. - se putea alege un decor mai atractiv la iesirea din spate a hotelului, pentru recreere (locul de bar - masue/fotolii - fotolii rupte!); - lipsa ceasurilor de pe perete. trebuie totui sa avem o noiune a timpului (chiar daca avem telefonul in borseta/geanta).

Personal foarte amabil, curaenie, prosoape curate schimbate zilnic i cos de gunoi golit zilnic, camere destul de spaioase, mic dejun tip bufet suedez destul de diversificat i gustos, destul de aproape de plaja, loc de joaca bine realizat, orice copil s-ar bucura de el.

- copii familiilor de ucrainieni foarte agitai i pui pe stricat obiecte din hotel sau din curtea hotelului. Parinii ar trebui sa ii supravegheze mai atent i sa mai uite de propria relaxare.

Hotelul: curat, respecta regulile impuse pentru prevenirea infectarii COVID, bine intreinut, cochet amenajat. Personal: politicos, atent, receptiv, prompt (a explodat un bec in baie, dupa ce-am anunat au venit in 3 minute i-au remediat problema - bec inlocuit, curaare cioburi). Camera: (dubla superioara corp B - et.2 - pat matrimonial) suficient de spatioasa, toate dotarile (a/C, televizor, racitor, lumini) funcionale, mobilier nou dar nu de o calitate suficient de buna sa reziste mult timp. Curaenia in camera/schimburi: in 14 zile au fost schimbate aternuturile o singura data, prosoapele la cca. 2-3 zile. Micul dejun: La terasa hotelului, meniu suficient dar fara variaii, autoservire utilizand manuile oferite, produsele proaspete, ok. Cina: Meniu sarac, mancarea buna dar scumpa inclusiv bauturile, muzica live placuta. Concluzie finala: Raport calitate pre pentru un hotel de 3 stele foarte bun, recomand. Hoteluri mai bine cotate (4-5 stele), au oferte mai slabe i (mult) mai scumpe. Meniune: Spaiul verde era intreinut, exista interes dovedit in acest domeniu, faa de alte locaii unde interesul era complet inexistent. Locul de joaca amenajat pentru copii, este binevenit i apreciat de catre cei mici.

Spaii de depozitare in camera insuficiente, puine lucruri pot fi scoase din valize, camera ar putea fi mobilata cu o comoda in plus, dar probabil spaiul existent este pastrat liber pentru pat suplimentar, caz in care spaiul liber devine o reala problema. Multe dintre mesele de la terasa, la micul dejun erau poziionate in plin soare, fiind o incercare maxima sa poi manca in timp ce transpiraia se prelinge pe tot corpul. Personalul care se ocupa de debarasare i curaenie la terasa (exclusiv barbai): destul de leni, se micau fara eficiena, curaenie superficiala a meselor (cel mai in varsta - care parea ca are i un handicap - fiind de fapt cel mai iute i contiincios).

Multe minusuri la capitolul curatenie: pereti patati, mocheta murdara si cu pete, dus ruginit, aer conditionat care nu face fata pentru a racori camera, scaun ruginit pe balcon. De asemenea, de fiecare data cand intrai in camera te lovea un miros mai putin placut. Nu se justifica pretul pe care l-am platit, avand in vedere serviciile de cazare oferite.

Mic dejun de proasta calitate, mocheta din camere murdara, trebuie scoasa si lasata gresia ca poata fii spalata zilnic, galagie, aglomerat. In luna iulie an de an cazeaza persoane cu dizabilitati, sustin conferinte pe aceasta tema. Nu este placut ochiului sa fii in concesiu si sa vezi oameni cu bale la gura, in scaun cu rotile, probleme psihice. Esti in vacanta si vrei sa te recreezi nu esti intr un spital.
