Hotel curat ,mancarea buna.

am avut un bilet cu tratament inclus.Organizarea procedurilor de tratament a fost jalnica.O serie de 40 de turisti era programata din ora in ora ,in cazul meu 13.30 Daca toti aveau recomandata aceasi procedura de exemplu unde scurte (15min./pacient), nu aveai cum sa beneficiezi de tratament pana la intrarea urmatoarei serii.Starea de nervozitate a turistilor a fost la nivel maxim,personalul in loc sa programeze turistii cum era normal ,au chemat firma de paza.

Grozav amplasat

Nu mi-a placut baia, mai exact cadita de dus pentru ca nu se scurgea apa. Ne-am comandat mancare de la restaurantul hotelului, la pachet, si de cateva ori, am avut surpriza ca in menu sa fie trecute niste preturi, si in bonul pe care il primeam la receptie, sa fie alte preturi, mai mari.

Singura impresie pozitiva, dar nu este meritul hotelului traian, este pozitia fata de centrul de namol.

Mancarea la restaurantul hotelului, foarte buna, s-a scumpit cu 40% dar valoarea pentru masa a ramas aceeasi ca anul trecut. Daca anul trecut am putut sa mancam toata perioada la restaurantul hotelului, anul acesta a treebuit sa completam cu o suma marei valoarea, sa sa ne ajunga pentru masa. Desi este hotel de 3 stele, ne-au schimbat prosoapele si asternuturile dupa 7 zile, dupa ce ne-am rugat de camerista, probabil ca daca n-o rugam, ramaneam toate cele 14 zile cu asceleasi asternuturi si prosoape (care, din cauza tratamentului cu namol, s-au murdarit foarte tare).

Serviciul de camera ireprosabil.Felicitari cameristelor!

Este inadmisibil sa nu poti desface o sticla de vin la REStaURaNt din lipsa unui ...tirebouchon (sau rac).In tot localul nu s-a gasit un asemenea obiect,asa ca am urcat in camera si am adus eu unul. aceasta se intampla in 2016. Lipsa sezlonguri in balcon. In centrul de tratament s-au scos pragurile dintre camere lucru ce duce destul de des la accidentedin cauza denivelarii rezultate. E adevarat ca sunt puse niste avertizari pe coli de hartie ,dar ele nu sunt bagate in seama de bolnavi.Inchipuiti-va cum se simte cel care calca in gol vreo 20 de cm.
