Description: Hello, dear guests of the Sighisoara Pension, friends from Sighisoara and all over Romania.
After I came to Romania in 1992, my own experience was the basis of the expansion of the Sighisoara Pension. Due to the obstacles specific to the country, at the beginning it was unclear how we would be able to carry out the expansion of a residential house to turn it into a pension. At least it was clear to us what we didn't want: damp rooms, mold, insects, old mattresses, damp bathrooms, dark and smelly rooms, hanging doors, water that always flows to the toilet and from 9 existing TV channels to work only 3, disinterested staff and apparent cleanliness.
With us, the guests decide when and what needs to be cleaned, when the towels and bed linen are changed. Breakfast is included in the price of accommodation and is usually set the night before, so, in general, standard breakfast, but we also take into account the preferences of the guests. According to the experience obtained so far, these decisions make the work of our staff easier. Of course, you can also order the other meals according to your preference. Our staff does not stay 24 hours at the reception, but is at your disposal 24 hours a day! This way we ensure a pleasant stay with us.

Rooms: All double rooms (up to 2 people) and apartments (up to 4 people) have bathrooms equipped with a shower cabin, toilet, sinks, mirrors, hot and cold water, a hair dryer, towels. All the rooms on the ground floor are provided in addition to normal and additional heating units with floor heating, wardrobes for storing clothes... 80% of our apartments each have a mini-kitchen equipped with a sink, 2-burner electric stove, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine , toaster, cutlery, glasses, crockery as needed. An apartment also has a bar. The minibar in the fridge is equipped with drinks that you can find on arrival.

In case of good weather, digital programs (approx. 100) via Astra and Hotbird are at your disposal. In addition to this (approx. 40) programs via cable. In case you want something else, we provide you with a DVD-Player with DVD movies for children.

Each apartment usually has two rooms with a double bed and two beds for one person, in different rooms with mattresses, pillows and duvets from Germany. You have permanent internet (at no additional cost) via Wireless-Lan. If you don't have a laptop, no problem, each apartment has a computer or you can use the central computer with a desk and chair.

Services: If you need advice or help, our staff will be at your disposal 24 hours a day. If you want, you can rent a car from us (at a convenient loan) We also mediate connections with other contacts: personal companions, city tour guides - no problem, just let us know two days in advance.
