Location: The mother of the Cozonacs is at the "head of the village of Simon" about 6 km from Bran Castle.

Accommodation capacity:

- five triples with one matrimonial bed and one single bed,

- three doubles – (twin) rooms have two single beds,

- four double rooms with a double bed for two people.

The rooms have their own bathroom, TV and balcony, except for five rooms located in the attic that do not have a balcony. All toilets are supplied with cold and hot water at all times.
Rooms are equipped with matrimonial beds, with two single beds, or a double bed and one single bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, table, chairs, etc.

Living room
Located on the first floor has a capacity of 30 to 40 seats. The room has carpeted floors, white walls, is equipped with fireplace and bar at the disposal of customers.

Culinary preparations
As the name says at our guesthouse you can taste pastry products. Also, in the specially arranged place in the courtyard we can prepare a ramut at the protap. Around us are many cheese manufacturers that you can purchase directly from the source.

Summer Garden
Wooden tables and pavilions are located in the courtyard where guests can spend their cool evenings of summer outdoors. Among them flows the pear that feeds the preserve and also fulfills the role of ecological refrigerator. On the hill behind the house is arranged a pavilion with barbecue and fountain from which you can admire the entire valley of the village.

Playground
Caring for our clients has led to the creation of a specially designed space for children. The swing, the sand pit, the rocking chair and the "children's home" keep the little ones in a constant activity, and their parents can make the most of the days of a quiet vacation in the mountains.
This universe of childhood sometimes becomes irresistible even to adults.

Pastravarie
It is located in the courtyard, and on its edge has been arranged a pavilion. This pavilion has a capacity of approx. 12 seats, being equipped with rustic style furniture and a stone grill where you can fry trout!

Courtyard with orchard
Around the villa lies a "ograda" of about 2000 m2. In the balance of a hammock, in the shade of fruit trees you will be sheltered from the burning rays of the summer sun. From the "village road" to the guesthouse a flower aisle of about 40 meters charm by coloring the eyes of our guests, and their fragrance creates the ambience of a perfect vacation.

Classroom
The capacity of the classroom is 30 to 40 people. It is equipped with specific furniture, sound system, flip – chard. It has two exits, one to the living room, and the other to the terrace and the toilet..

The nearby hills and the landscaped slopes of the Bran area satisfy the demands of those who practice this sport, and for lovers, Poiana Brasov, located just 25 km from Mama Cozonacii, offers the best slopes in Romania.
The part of the gate village is only 12 km from our guesthouse, and the part of the gradist keys at 11 km. both are equipped with cable transport installations and snow cannons.

Biking
The alpine and forest roads on the western slope of Bucegi are ideal for mountain practice - biking, numerous tourist routes or portions thereof are suitable for enthusiasts of this sport.
