It was built in 2014, in a special natural setting, with an excellent panorama of the resort and the surrounding hills.

It offers guests four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a lounge with kitchen, two other summer kitchens, terraces, gazebo, barbecue facilities, playground.

Each of the three rooms on the first floor has its own balcony. Two of the rooms on the first floor, which form an apartment, have a shared bathroom, and the third has its own bathroom.

- The Deluxe Apartment - is on the ground floor, fully equipped and independent from the rest of the house, consisting of a spacious living room with a kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with all utilities (oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, coffee filter, sandwich maker, kettle). The living room has an extendable sofa, two rocking armchairs between which there is a chic fireplace, an extendable table, etc.

Apart from the living room with kitchen, the apartment also has a double matrimonial room, and in the immediate vicinity there is a bathroom with shower.

This apartment has two private terraces: the one with a rocking chair, next to the master bedroom and the one with a table, next to the living room. Near it there is a multifunctional grill, used only by those who rent the apartment on the ground floor.

- Family apartment - Located on the first floor, it consists of two separate rooms with a double matrimonial bed. Both rooms have their own balcony, front-back view and a bathroom with shower.

- Comfort room - It is on the first floor, it is the upper double room that is equipped with a bathroom with bathtub and has a balcony.

Remarks:

The cottage has high-speed wireless internet throughout the location and in every room and is equipped with LCD TVs.

All three bars in Casuta have hair dryers, and guests are welcomed with free toiletries.

For the little ones, there is a swing in the yard, a small playground with a slide, a house and a swing, a micro animal farm.
