Vila Mesteacanul este amplasata pe faleza statiunii Olimp, aproape de zona de protocol si de plaja prezidentiala.
Vila Mesteacanul este cea de a treia vila de 4 stele din Statinea Olimp. Modul in care a fost conceputa vila ofera atat spatii largi, ideale petrecerii timpului liber alaturi de prieteni, cat si spatii potrivite cadrului familial.
Vila are 2 nivele:
- Corpul A are la parter o camera de zi, o sufragerie, grup sanitar propriu si o bucatarie complet utilata. La etaj Corpul A dispune de 4 dormitoare cu baie prorprie.
- Corpul B are la parter o camera de zi, o sufragerie, grup saniatr propriu si o bucatarie. La etaj exista 3 dormitoare cu baie proprie.
Vila se afla pe faleza marii si dispune de gradina ingradita, spatiu verde.

The Mesteacanul Villa is located on the Olimp resort's seafront, close to the protocol area and the presidential beach.
Vila Mesteacanul is the third 4-star villa in the Olimp Resort. The way the villa was designed offers both large spaces, ideal for spending leisure time with friends, and spaces suitable for a family setting.
The villa has 2 levels:
- Building A has on the ground floor a living room, a dining room, its own sanitary group, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor, Building A has 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms.
- Building B has on the ground floor a living room, a dining room, its own restroom, and a kitchen. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom.
The villa is located on the seafront and has an enclosed garden, green space.
