Curaenia din camera a fost facuta in fiecare zi, prosoapele au fost schimbate zilnic, iar gunoiul a fost luat zilnic. Personalul din cadrul Hotelului Favorit , dar i cel din cadrul Hotelului Melodia a fost foarte amabil.

Geamurile din camera nu sunt din termopan, izolaia fonica nu se realizeaza absolut deloc. am avut probleme cu scurgerea din baie; de cate ori faceam dus apa refula peste tot. Mancarea din cadrului restaurantului Melodia era cam aceeai in fiecare zi (in cadrului micului dejun).

1.Personalul de la recepie i cel de la curaenie au oferit servicii de calitate superioara 2. Hotelul este amplasat la distana mica faa de plaja, aproximativ 200 m 3. am avut demipensiune. Ne-am simtit foarte bine in acest hotel Favorit, personalul serviabil, cu zambetul pe buze mereu. Este curat si bine intretinut. In fiecare zi se face curat in camere, se schimba prosiaoele daca este cazul iar daca ai nevoie de ceva imediat esti srtvit. am fost impresionati de calitatea serviciilor. Masa am servit-o la Restaurantul Hotelului Melodia, avand cazarea cu demipensiune si avem numai vorbe de lauda. Mancare excelenta, servirea la fel, locatia frumoasa si curata. Mi-a placut tare mult , erai intampinat cu un salut zambitor iar la plecare cu urarea "Sa aveti o zi frumoasa!", deci se poate si la noi. Recomand cazarea la Hotel Favorit, masa la restaurantul Melodia. Foarte frumos arata si Hitelul Melodia.

Hotelul favorit are totul pentru o vacanta perfecta.Personalul amabil,curaenie , camere spaioase cu aer condiionat, baie cu apa calda instant i cu presiune foarte buna,balcon cu scaune i masua.Masa se servete la restaurantul Melodia unde personalul este foarte amabil,mancarea este foarte buna (eu am avut sejur de 7 zile),i diversificat (in nici o seara la cina nu sa pus acelai meniu) .au i loc de joaca pentru copii la restaurant i in fiecare seara au formaie .am avut concediul perfect la hotel Favorit.Va mulumim i cu sigurana vom reveni!

Hotel curat, aproape de plaja, mancare la demipensiune foarte gustoasa dar nu multe feluri si nu prea divesificata.

- patul pentru copil (portabil-extensibil) are o saltea subtire - la plaja "privata" platesti sezlongurile - aranjarea mancarii pe linia de autoservire la restaurant trebuie regandita deoarece se formeaza cozi inutile (Esti "obligat" sa stai la coada chiar daca nu doresti un anumit fel de mancare)

am fost cazai la sosire dimineaa chiar daca intrarea se face incepand cu ora 18. Mobilier relativ nou. Curaenie.

Personalul destul de amabil cu excepia unei coofane de la receptie care nu tie ce inseamna relaia cu clienii i cum ar trebui sa relaioneze cu acestia. Orice informaie solicitam de la dumneaei raspunsul era ca nu tie i ca trebuie sa intrebe iar cand incercai sa ii spui ce nemulumire aveai te lua cu la revedere, o zi buna am rezervat o camera cu pat matrimonial + pat suplimentar in ideea ca soia va dormi pe patul matrimonial cu cele doua fetie de 1,5 i 2,5 ani iar eu urmand sa dorm pe patul suplimentar. La cazare a trebuit sa solicitam noi montarea patului suplimentar deoarece acesta lipsea din camera. Cand a sosit patul suplimentar surpriza!! : usa de la frigider nu se mai putea deschide iar spaiul ramas intre pat i masa era ..... cum sa spun....tii cum mergi pe culoarul unui autocar i in momentul in care te intalneti cu un alt pasagaer din sens opus amandoi trebuie sa faca manevra de mers lateral cu pas adaugat aa trebuia sa facem i noi de fiecare data cand trebuia sa luam ceva de pe masa, de pe frigider sau din frigider( stai ca la frigider oricum nu aveam acces). Cum poi sa taxezi pat suplimentar intr-o camera unde efectiv nu ai loc sa il pui! a doua zi am solicitat la Recepie sa scoata patul suplimentar i sa ne returneze contravaloarea taxei de pat suplimentar pentru zilele ramase din sejur. Patul a fost scos de indata dar cu returnarea contravalorii solicitate raspunsul a fost ca nu crede ca se poate dar se intereseaza sine anuna. Spre finalul sejurului, neprimind nici un raspuns in acest sens am insistat din nou la Recepie sa se urgenteze raspunsul pentru solicitarea noastra. Raspunsul a fost foarte profi i bine argumentat: deoarece avem doi copii (doi copii de 1 si respectiv 2 ani pentru care nici un alt hotel nu taxeaza suplimentar nici cazare nici masa) trebuie sa achitam contravaloarea patului suplimentar indiferent de ce varsta au copiii; deoarece i acetia consuma apa, cosmetice etc. Oare cata apa se consuma sa faci un du zilnic pentru doi prichindei i incred ca ca vreun parinte ar folosi sa ii spele copiii gelul de dus sau amponul din hotel. Cred ca fiecare familie are in dotare in trusa de calatorie un ampon pentru copii, in special pentru copii mici. Dar sa revenim la doamna noastra recepionera : am solicitat sa mi se puna la dispoziie caietul, registrul, cartea de sugestii i reclamaii , raspunsul a fost ca ei nu au aa ceva i ca nu le trebuie. Cand i-am spus ca fiecare agent economic este obligat sa aibe un registru de sugestii i reclamaii pe care sa il puna la dispoziia clienilor raspunsul a fost o sa intreb i va anun. O zi buna! Revenind la camera noastra : mobilier nou camera renovata inclusiv baia renovata in stil modern dar... nu ineleg tamplaria veche de lemn cu sticla simpla de ce nu a fost inlocuita cu termopan! PS: inca nu ne-am decazat la momentul acestui review. Poate pana maine cand ne decazam se mai schimba ceva In timp ce scriu acest review ascult o emisiune tV de la vecinu, cu toate ca el zice ca abia se aude la el in camera( i ii dau dreptate) la mine se aude perfect, difuzorul televizorului fiind in spatele acestuia foarte aproape de peretele subirel.

nu pot spune ca a fost ceva ce sa nu imi placa!! Chiar daca am ajuns mai devreme la hotel si nu am putut intra direct la cazare (lucru mentionat de altfel pe site) cei de acolo ne-au ajutat si ne-au oferit un loc unde sa ne lasam bagajele; in receptie sunt si grupuri sanitare comune unde poti face un dus rapid si sa te schimbi pentru a iesi direct la plaja. Micul dejun a fost la un hotel ff apropiat (parte a aceluiasi grup) si chiar nu am avut nimic de reprosat, mancarea buna si pe alese (acum nu va ganditi ca sunteti la servicii de all inclusive). a fost o vacanta fff reusita :)

De 27 de ani nu ne-am mai petrecut concediile pe litoralul romanesc, preferand strainatatea. Spre surpriza noastra. impresia pe care ne-a lasat-o staiunea Venus i in special hotelul Favorit, a fost foarte buna. Hotelul, inclusiv camerele arata bine, dotarile sunt sufcient de bune, aa ca per total am fost foarte mulumii. am recomanda administraiei locale recondiionarea trotuarelor din staiune.

Camera mare destul de spatioasa. Pentru tariful platit, doar cazare este ok, Nici nu am avut mari pretentii.

am gasit camera exact asa cum aparea in prezentare pe site. Noua ne-a placut, vom mai reveni, pt c- am gasit: liniste in camera -desi aveam vedere in spatele hotelulului catre un loc de joaca, camera racoroasa- n-am pornit deloc aerul conditionat, mobilier nou, lenjeria si prosoapele le-au schimbat la cerere. Location: Hotel Favorit 3 * is located in the north, at the entrance to Venus Resort, about 150 m from the beach. The hotel is just 150 m away from the Bay of Venus Resort, an area with a wide beach and Lina in water entrance. It stretches over a surface of 10,000 sqm with a rich vegetation, an area that offers tranquility and relaxation, close to the center of the resort.

Description and general endowments: Renovated in 2013, the hotel has 243 accommodation spaces, 2 elevators, bar with terrace, playground for children, private parking in the limit of available seats, private beach equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas (for a fee), wireless internet, luggage room, Fitness room and sauna.

Description Rooms: The 220 rooms are completely refurbished, spacious and equipped with modern and functional furniture. All rooms have a balcony, TV, large fridge and functional furniture with wardrobe and storage space. All bathrooms are equipped with walk-in shower cubicle and last generation sanitary ware. The rooms have been constantly modernized and complete in the last 4 years and allow an extra bed to be included. All rooms feature air conditioning and free wireless internet.

Meal Services: in the hotel's restaurant Melodia, just 50 m away. A la carte meal or part of half board or full board packages can also be served here.
