am revenit aici, dup ce in luna Iunie cand am avut prima vizit am fost mulumii, ins ne-am dat seama c ine de noroc...acum camera i serviciile de curenie au lsat de dorit. Camera (de la etajul 3) se vedea c nu mai fusese folosit de luni bune, datorita prafului de 2 cm de pe toate obiectele din camer, iar baia murdar. in scurgerea din pardoseala cred c se strangea urina, c altfel nu imi explic de ce mirosea in permanen a wc public... cameristele ,,fac curenie " doar s par c au bifat camera i in ziua respectiv, dei o zi nu au venit deloc i mai lsasem i prosoapele pe jos pentru a le schimba. in rest, rmanem oarecum mulumii de micul dejun, organizarea i amplasarea hotelului. ine de noroc.

Recomand hotelul Dacia este un hotel foarte aparope de plaja,micul - dejun, foarte bogat i foarte diversificat , camera mare luminoasa, prosoapele i curaenia se face zilnic. D-nele de la recepie tot timpul cu zambetul pe buze iar daca este vro problema imediat este rezolvata. Recomand acest hotel la toata lumea, o impresie foarte buna!!!

Este o doamna ,,manager" foarte acra...vorbeste cu clientii ca si cu ,,supusii"....am intrebat la receptie daca imi poate da camera la un etaj mai jos,am fost repartizat la etajul 3,receptionera f draguta,incerca sa-mi dea alta camera si din senin a aparut ,,managera" .....,,nu schimbi nicio camera ,aia i-a fost alocata,in aia sta"....primele cuvinte,in loc de ,,buna ziua" ....nu vreau sa fiu rautacios,dar fara ea ar fi chiar senzational hotelul

Mic dejun variat, foarte bun. Condiii bune de cazare.

Curaenie s-a facut in fiecare zi (luat gunoiul, ters pe jos), dar praful de pe mobilier nu s-a ters nici o data. Prosoapele primite la cazare erau albe, dar dupa doua zile, cand am cerut schimbarea lor,am primit prosoape patate, grii, cu semne vizibile de uzura.

O vacanta foarte reusita! Hotelul este renovat de curand, curat, cu mobila noua, imstalatii sanitare noi., aproape de plaja. Micul dejun bogat si variat,personalul amabil, s-a facut curatenie in fiecare zi in camera.

Nu prea erau tomberoane si cosuri de gunoi suficiente in zona plajei

Hotelul este bine aezat , renovat total, imbunatait. Per ansamblu este foarte ok!

Din pacate , serviciile de curaenie lasa muuuuult de dorit. Curaenie se facea numai in programul de linite. Nu te poi odihni de nicio culoare. Noi , cel puin, am ieit sa le atragem atenia in fiecare zi, mai ales ca avem i copil mic de un an i ceva. Nicio schimbare! am stat 8 zile ,nu au schimbat niciodata lenjeria sau prosoapele. O singura data au dat cu aspiratorul i au luat gunoiul.

Spaiile comune ale hotelului sunt frumos amenajate i curate

Camera pentru 2 aduli i 2 copii sub 10 ani a fost foarte mica i cu doua paturi de o persona unite. Rezervarea a fost facuta pentru 2 aduli i 2 copii. La recepie ni s a spus ca putem cere un pat suplimentar insa nici nu era loc suficient in camera pentru a fi amplasat.

Singurul lucru bun, intr-o experiena, care mi-a lasat un gust amar, a fost amabilitatea i empatia personalului din aceasta instituie. Le mulumesc i pot sa spun ca, datorita dumnealor, am trecut mai usor peste disconfortul creat.

avei mare grija, citii bine cine va gestioneaza banii i va trimite cu rezervare la hotel. Verificai daca serviciile pentru care platii sunt CU aDEVaRat INCLUSE. am trait o experiena urata in acest sens. am platit mic dejun, nu am avut. Mi-au spus sa merg la un hotel partener, la 800 m de hotelul in care am avut cazare. O BataIE DE JOC!!! NU aM aCCEPtat!!! DREPt URMaRE iMI VREaU BaNII iNaPOI!!! Singurii responsabili de mascarada asta sunt cei de la agentia care mi-a vandut pachetul. a fost a treia mana, rezervare prin administraia Patrimoniului Protocolului, rezervat prin Bibi touring SRL. MINCINOI , HOI, MaNIPULatORI, ESCROCI. Cuvinte uoare, in comparaie cu gustul amar lasat de experiena traita. Doar in Romania exista mizeria de concept, "ai platit mai puin, accepi servicii proaste sau deloc"!!! au mai emis si un voucher pentru o calatorie cu gindola, din Portul tomis. Ce legatura are cu Neptun Eu vreau servicii acoli unde am ales sa petrec concediiul. Poate invaai ceva din asta, dar nu cred...

Locatie buna a hotelului, aproape de plaja si centru. Se lua gunoiul din camera zilnic iar prosoapele, la cerere (lasate pe jos).

In 7 zile de cazare nu au schimbat niciodata lenjeria, desi am asistat la o discutie intre receptionera si un turist, in urma unui repros, si aceasta spunea ca la 3 zile se face curatenie.

Curatenia lasa de dorit. am vrut sa schimbam camera cu una la etaj deoarece cea de la parter nu avea balcon. Bineinteles contra cost. Ni s a spus obraznic ca nu se poate chiar daca aveau camere libere in plus. Scurgerea baii prost pozitionata si toata apa din dus se strangea in baie si ramanea pe tot parcursul sejurului. Mai si iesea in camera cand era prea multa. am mai fost la hoteluri de 2 stele si n am avut ce sa comentez, dar aici.... Mizerie totala. Nu mai revenim

Faa de anul trecut, mult mai rau. In baie, dupa dus, apa nu se scurgea. toata ziua podeaua baii era uda. Din acest motiv, mama a alunecat si a cazut, lovindu-se cu capul de gresie. In camera nu s-a facut curat in cele 8 zile in care am stat, se lua decat gunoiul. Conform spuselor cameristei, hirtie igienica se pune o rola la 3 zile, dar nici macar atat nu a fost. Concluzia- dezamagitor.

Peste asteptari, avand in vedere ca hotelul este de 2 *... curatenie zilnica, mobilier nou, aer conditionat, cazare rapida, personal amabil, aproape de plaja.

am avut un sejur de vis , hotelul a fost foarte frumos pentru unul de doua stele , personalul amabil , la receptie doamnele foarte politicoase si amabile , sefa de hotel o adevarata doamna si fetele care se ocupa de curatenie , adevarate gospodine . General description and facilities: Hotel Dacia ** awaits its guests in a note of elegance, being fully subjected to an extensive process of modernization and renovation. Positioning in the center of the resort offers tourists easy access to restaurants, terraces and shops. Dacia Hotel offers accommodation in 176 double rooms, day bar, confectionery, 2 conference rooms, parking, currency exchange office.

Room facilities: The hotel has 352 seats, arranged in 176 rooms. All rooms are equipped with: 2 beds, color cable TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, bathroom with shower, balcony to the upstairs rooms.

Treatment:
It is provided in the Doina-Neptun Polyclinic. The polyclinic is completely renovated and has modern medical offices, indoor swimming pool, medical analysis laboratory, gym, cosmetic office, microsauna.
Spa treatment at Doina Clinic: electrotherapy, physiotherapy and hydrotherapy, inhalations and aerosols, hot mud wraps, gymnastics, massage, geriatrics - for: degenerative rheumatic diseases, inflammatory rheumatism, diarrheal diseases, post-traumatic conditions, gynecological diseases of the nervous system per , endocrine disorders, dermatological diseases, respiratory and other disorders.
Maintenance and beauty treatments (face cosmetics, body, ultraviolet, lymphatic drainage, vibromassage, aromatherapy, fitness), geriatric treatments at Doina Clinic, treatments with Gerovital and Boicil.

Meal services:
Breakfast is provided in the breakfast room of the Dacia hotel, lunch and dinner in the restaurant of the Doina Hotel (located about 500 m from the hotel).
Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet (if there are at least 30 tourists for each meal) or set menu (with 3 options to choose from).
