Dezamagitor....pacat de frumusetea hotelului, insa personalul lasa de dorit ,incepand de la receptioner(care nu a fost capabil sa explice corect ce implica pachetul achizitionat )pana la asa numita directoare .Nu stiu de capul lor ,inainte cu o zi de check out ne transmit ca defapt nu mai avem cazare si daca am facut prelungire cu o noapte ,dupa care iese *dna director * din spate si il atentioneaza pe *dl receptioner* ca este in regula .Habar nu au sa explice pachetele turistice achizitionate de client ,intradevar luate de la agentie si nu direct de la ei .In aceasta vara am fost si la hotel Caraiman si este cu mult peste hotel terra ,ma repet ,ma refer doar la partea de angajati,respectiv ,receptia .

Frumos, curat, luxos, mancare buna, dei meniul nu este variat.

Distanta mare pana la plaja Seara la terasa se ocupa o masa sau 2 pentru ca bauturile racoritoare costa destul de mult . Formaia nu are pentru cine sa cante, ei canta, ei asculta i e mare pacat, toate bune i frumoase, dar ambient seara impiedicat de preturi mari. Daca ar avea bauturi seara la terasa incluse in pachet, totul ar fi in regula.

Hotel recent renovat si foarte curat. Noi am mers 3 zile, pentru ca am gasit o oferta foarte buna si am avut varianta de aI light. Mancarea nu a fost foarte variata, dar a fost gustoasa. Bauturile(cafea, sucuri bune, vin, bere, ceai) puteau fi consumate doar in intervalul orar al meselor. Camerele sunt micute, dar moderne si curate. In fiecare zi aveau animatori pentru copii(colorau, se jucau), iar seara muzica live pentru adulti. Noua ne-a placut foarte mult si vom reveni la acest hotel.

Plaja e la 15 min. de hotel.

Staff-ul este extraordinar de deschis, atat pentru a ajuta, cat si pentru feedback. Prietenosi, cu zambetul pe buze. Camerele relativ mici, dar foarte curate si frumos amenajate. Restaurantul a servit mancare proaspata si gustoasa.

Nu exista rampe de acces (carucior copil, in cazul nostru), insa aici intervenea factorul uman - intotdeauna primeam ajutor de la angajati.

Este curat.

Mancarea este putina ca feluri si cantitate, nu sunt cani si pahare suficiente, turistii trebuiau sa se planga sa fie aduse altele. Camere foarte mici pentru 4*. Ni s-a dat o singura cartela de acces in camera, depindeam unul de altul pentru a intra in camera. Prosoapele de la piscina erau umede de cand le luam. Nu vom mai reveni.

La capitotul mancare slab pregatiti. De foarte multe ori ramaneau fara mancare dupa 1ora, saltau din umeri. Daca se termina ceva, uneori daca mai aduceau, dura si cate 15minute.

Camere mici . Daca se merge la masa dupa prima ora , nu se prea mai gasete. am cerut sa se aduca dar am primit raspunsul ca nu mai este , consider ca acest gen de bufet nu este ok, unii mananca de se sparg i alii ce mai apuca. Pacat pentru ca unii ii umple farfuria/ farfuriile i nu pot manca tot, ramane i se arunca. Lipsa de iaurturi la micul dejun. ar fi buna o taxa de farfurie ramasa cu multa mancare pe ea , nu mananci cat i ai pus plateti mancarea .

Camera curata. Walk-in shower si balconul dotat cu masa i scaune un mare plus. Prosoapele sunt schimbate zilnic i gunoiul este luat zilnic. aspiratul se face daca e necesar sau la cerere. Presiune apa rece/calda foarte buna pt et. 4. Mancarea ok. Piscinele super. Nu am avut probleme cu gasirea ezlongurilor libere. Personal amabil.

Distanta cam mare fata de plaja. Cu copii mici, pe jos, faci jumatate de ora. Camera i baia cam mici pentru hotel de 4 stele. am simit lipsa unui uscator pe balcon, am intins hainele ude pe scaune i prosoapele pe balustrada. La masa au fost momente cand nu mai gaseam farfurii mari sau pahare. Locului de joaca ii lipsesc bancile pt parini, umbra i cateva accesorii de joaca in plus pentru copii fiindca este suficient loc liber, dar poate locul nu este terminat.

Conditii de cazare excelente, curatenia si amabilitatea personalului, piscina - de nota 10. Raportul pret-calitate ok.

timpul alocat meselor este prea scurt: 1 ora si 30 min pt un numar ridicat de turisti. astfel se formeaza cozi si creste timpul de asteptare. Numar insuficient de pahare si cesti pt. cafea. Mancarea ar trebui mai diversificata. Prea multe preparate prajite de tip fast food. Preparatele gatite erau gustoase, dar de multe ori insuficiente si inlocuite cu nuggets. aceleasi prajituri in fiecare zi, la toate mesele. Pana la plaja parcurgi distanta in aproximativ 15 min, dar drumul este placut si nu vad din asta un inconvenient. Oricum asa sunt dispuse cam toate hotelurile in acasta statiune.

3 zile all inclusive. Condiiile de cazare sunt bune, curaenia este ok. Mancarea este buna, mancare romaneasca, proaspata. Dei am citit in alte comentarii ca sunt probleme cu masa , noi nu am avut probleme. Pentru copiii mai mici au program cu animatori la piscina in timpul zilei i seara la locul de joaca.

aleea catre plaja neamenajata. aleea deservete 2 hoteluri, nu tiu daca aparine hotelului terra i daca o poate amenaja.

amabilitatea angajailor de la restaurant, curaenia, totul este nou, mancarea.

Personalul de la recepie puin nepregatit. Ne-a oferit detalii eronate referitoare la orele de allinclusiv i am pierdut cina ( managerul a ineles situaia i ne-am comandat a la carte), distanta puin cam mare la plaja, noi am stat pe partea cu piscina i muzica pana la orele 23.00 se aude destul de tare, dar pe noi nu ne-a deranjat.

totul a fost execelent,aerul conditionat a functionat ireprosabil,personalul a fost foarte dragut,se facea curatenie zilnic,liniste,am fost cazati de cum am ajuns chiar daca cazarea incepea la 18.00 noi am primit camera cum am ajuns la 9.00 -recomand cu incredere doar ca acest hotel nu este modernizat dar totul este super bine.
