Masa diversificata si destul de bogata (am avut doar mic dejun).personalul amabil . s au straduit sa ne schombe camera cu una adecvata pt 2 adulti si 1 copil. mobilierul schimbat. se intra la curatenie , schimbat prosoape zilnic. colaborare cu plaja Bali (reducere 50% sezlonguri) , restaurant Bali (10% reducere) si alte colaborari sunt un plus.

camerele superioare pt adulti + copil sunt destul de inghesuite. sunt camere normale la care se mai adauga un fotoliu extensibil ceea ce reduce mult din spatiu. nu exista uscator de par chiar daca in fisa este trecut. Din pacate fiind in plin sezon probabil nu au avut cand sa repare tavanul in baie (anterior probabil a fost o inundatie).

1. Mancarea, dup prerea mea, dezastru. Puine feluri de mancare, i alea congelaturi. Daca ajungi mai tarziu la mas, nu mai prinzi anumite feluri de mancare 2. Fiind cazari la etajul 5, presiunea apei de la dus sczut, de nu am putut face baie pe cap cum trebuie. 3. De la recepie nu ni s.a transmis de ofertele valabile, i nume 50% reducere la ezlonguri i 10% reducere la terasa Bali.

Nu ne-a impresionat mai nimic.

am ramas foarte dezamagiti! Curenia lasa de dorit. Stiam ca ne cazam la 3 stele dar chiar si aa la capitolul acesta nu conteaza stelele. Din 3 nopti rezervate si platite, am stat doar 2, nu am mai rezistat, daca nu era mancarea buna cat de cat nu stateam nici acele 2 nopti. Per total, nu recomandam.

Angajatii de la curatenie/bar/restaurant extrem de politicosi si serviabili.

O locatie cu mult potential, din pacate stricat de directori si sefi. O sa enumar mai jos ceea ce a fost deranjant: 1. Sef de receptie care in 3 minute a cerut de peste 5 ori repetat buletinul, nr de telefon, numele si nr. de la masina. Extrem de NON PROFESIONaL. Dupa atragerea atentiei sa faca o copie de buletin si sa scrie acolo datele, a devenit iritat. Dupa care a inceput distractia cu buletinul si aparatul de scanat, care aparent este atat de complicat, incat era nevoie de inca 5 incercari. Insa explicatia a fost ca fiecare aplicatie are cel putin un BUG, mai simplu isi cerea scuze si recunostea ca nu este familiar cu aplicatia hoteliera. 2. Nu au dat bratarile de all inclusive si nici nu puteai cumpara cu bani de la bar/restaurant...chiar daca erau foarte multi copii mici, care necesitau apa. Raspunsul a fost ca se poate merge la magazin. Bratarile au fost date la ora 6 seara. 4. Mancarea, aici mancarea a fost extrem de buna, insa nu au tinut cont de faptul ca sunt multi copii, iar mare parte din mancare era prea grea pentru ei, intradevar au fost carfofi prajiti si snitele/nuggeti de pui, dar nu deajuns pt nr total de copii. Dealtfel, lipsa etichetelor cu ce mancare este sau alte informatii, pregum alergeni. Cand era masa de pranz, unde aveam 2 feluri de ciorbe, toata lumea trebuia sa ridice capacul si sa se uite sa vada ce e inauntru....

Micul dejun...foarte saracacios. Erau doar putine feluri de mancare si se repetau la fiecare a doua zi. Portiile de orez cu lapte sigurile care erau bune, erau f mici iar la cafea....aveau 2 aparate dar cu o singura alegere: expresso lung. Dezamagiti total de micul dejun.In ultima zi cand am stat, sucul a fost sigur lungit cu apa, desi era doar o singura varianta.Buscuitii invechiti si tari...

-Se schimba zilnic prosoapele, iar lenjeria odata la trei zile. -Maturat/spalat in fiecare zi -Majoritatea personalului este ok. -Micul dejun este destul de bogat i variat.

Camera cu pat suplimentar: -patul suplimentar este acel tip de pat pliabil, la noi a fost necesara schimbarea lui deoarece era rupt, iar cel de al doilea s a rupt cand ne am aezat copilul in el. -presiunea la apa lasa de dorit - ca sa faci un dus cu apa calda trebuie sa ai noroc.

Hotelul necesita intreinut, la baie aveam scurgeri pe gresie din cabina. Iar sita de la balcon nu se inchidea si ai nevoie de ea pt a te proteja de insecte. Nu se curata pe jos in camera numai daca solicita!
