Liniste, curatenie, personal foarte amabil.

Locuri insuficiente la masa, cozi interminabile la cafea. Un singur aparat de cafea este insuficient. Lipsa perdele la dus, asta insemnand bai pline de apa si usi degradate di aceasta cauza.

Asezarea hotelului este foarte buna.

Curatenia in camera unde am fost cazati a fost o dezamagire totala. Lipsa prosoape de picioare, camera a fost configurata pentru o singura persoana. Am solicitat la receptie in repetate randuri sa se faca curatenie. Foarte multe musculite in baie, mirosuri urate, lipsa sapun.

Curatenie, asa cum nu am intalnit in multe locuri. Personal foarte amabil. Micul dejun mai mult decat indestulator si diversificat. Sezlonguri gratuite la plaja Daytona. Cazarea ne-a fost acceptata la ora 09:00 dimineata, desi ora de intrare era 18:00. Multumim, Hotel Sara!

Servire excelenta a personalului hotelului si cei de la mic dejun.

ar fi extraordinar daca am putea folosi tichetele valorice pentru masa oriunde. Masa a fost foarte buna si la terasa cu care hotelul are contractul actual incheiat, plaja cu un nisip extraordinar. Speram sa se mentina, nu sa se strice cu scoici.

Camera a fost curata, spaioasa i racoroasa. Micul dejun a fost servit in regim bufet suedez i aveai ce alege. Personalul recepiei era foarte tanar i amabil, mereu zambarei i gata sa vina in ajutor.

Saltelele pentru ezlonguri mi s-au parut insalubre, erau tinute pe jos intr-o magazie, de unde te duceai singur sa i le iei.

Zona cam zgomotoasa pana in noapte tarziu(2-3noaptea) din cauza terasei restaurantului Rustic... La hotel o singura obiecie am...mirosul de umezeala din bai nu este eliminat din cauza ventilatoarelor de proasta calitate... vorbesc la plural deoarece am mai fost cu o familie de prieteni si la ei era la fel... Daca vor sa fie atrai clientii cred ca acest aspect trebuie inlaturat

Sezlongurile amplasate la o margine de plaja.Pentru cei de la hotel pe viitor ar fi bine sa fie alocat la fiecare camera sezlonguri si umbrela.Era o umbrela de stuf de dimensiune mica la 4 sezlonguri.Pentru aceasta nu recomand hotelul.Sa fie trecut la detalii pe viitor 4 sezlonguri si o umbrela de stuf.

totul a fost minunat la hotel Sara. Personalul foarte amabil, camerele curate, micul dejun bogat i diversificat. Pana la plaja faceam cam 10 minute insa era o adevarata placere plimbandu-te printre lacurile cu lebede, nuferi i o mica padure de stejari. Plaja hotelului era curata cu nisip fin i intrarea in mare este lina. Cu sigurana vom reveni i la anul.

Mic dejun, liniste, poziie buna pt o staiune ca Neptun.

Colac WC murdar cu toate ca avea eticheta "dezinfectat", pe plaja privata este un domn care susine ca face rezervari cu toate ca la recepie scrie foarte clar ca nu se fac rezervari. Nu ne-a trebuit gelul de dus dar una dintre cele doua sticlue era pe jumatate goala. am stat 5 zile i nu ne-au fost schimbate aternuturile niciodata. In a treia zi am rugat la recepie sa nu se faca i noua curat in camera, avand copil mic coul dadea pe afara iar recepionerul ne tot raspundea ca in camere se face curaenie zilnica, nu tiu care parte nu o inelegea ca la noi nu a intrat nimeni in camera. Ce-i drept cand ne-am intors de la plaja se facuse curaenie in camera.

Hotel foarte cochet, curat, situat in proximitatea lacului Neptun. am avut rezervare in camera Junior Suite la et. 1, din balcon se vedea la distanta marea. Baia dotata cu feon, fara mirosuri urate, cu ventilator funcional. am avut la dispoziie prosoape, halat baie, papuci camera. Lenjeria a fost schimbata la 3 zile, prosoapele zilnic. Curaenie zilnica in camera. Masa in regim bufet suedez a fost foarte buna, bogata, cu multe sortimente de alimente, cafea, ceaiuri, suc, fructe. Personalul care facea curaenie in camere i cei care asigurau servirea mesei erau asiatici, mereu zambitori, politicoi, serviabil. Plaja unde se asigura ezlongurile gratuite este la aprox. 1km fata de hotel, dar cu maina se ajunge in 3 min. Parcarea se poate face in proximitatea hotelului, gratis. am stat 4 nopi, nu am avut nici o problema, in nici o privina. Vacanta a fost super, condiiile super.

Nimic care sa fie amintit la acest capitol.

Zona de la receptie si casa scarii trebuie aspirata mai des. Pana sa ma cazez nu am stiut ca pot beneficia de doua sezlonguri gratuit. acestea erau pe plaja cea mai indepartata de hotel (zona vila Ceausescu) si in plus, plaja respectiva era si foarte aglomerata. am preferat sa platesc pt sezlonguri intr-o zona mai buna.

Ca un minus ....:spatiul din jurul hotelului ar trebui amenajat si ingrijit corespunzator,parcarea este la intamplare printre copaci, (chipurile amenajata) , lipsa loc de joaca copii (corabia care este acolo nu o poti numi loc de joaca din pacate ).

Prosoape schimbate la 2 zile Un anume chelner foarte tanar (Sandu) ..cam singurul care era eficient si caruia i se punea "pumnul in gura" daca facea conversatie cu turistii la micul dejun ( Ex : " Sandu, mai putina vorba sj mai multa munca" ) de o mamaie care abia se taraia pe acolo dand impresia ca munceste

-Plasa de tantari gaurita la geam ,deci ineficienta -Lenjerie schimbata 1 data la un sejur de 9 zile -Dezorganizare crasa cu mic-dejunul - Lipsa personalului - Mizerie la baie. - nu s.a igienizat toaleta desi avea banda corespunzatoare - miros infect! -S.a aspirat / spalat pe jos in camera 1 data in 9 zile - Nu in ultimul rand o missi- pisi bruneta la receptie pe post de director care nu a avut bunul simt sa sustina cu privirea o discutie cu un client ,platitor de sejur la hotel si care a repartizat camere nu in ordinea sosirii clienilor ci in functie daca a primit sau nu spaga! Hotel bun in general. Mic dejun indestulator. terasa frumoasa unde se ia micul dejun. Nu prea departe de plaja. Doua sezlonguri gratis.

Cada baii nu are perdea, apa se imprastie peste tot. Personal delasator si neinteresat cate odata. Mocheta holului groaznic de muradara. Spatiul verde din poze si locul de joaca dezolat, parasit. Nimic de a face cu ce apare pe siteul hotelului.

Mai multe impresii negative chiar de la inceput. am fost pusa sa astept peste vreo 2 ore deoarece camerele nu erau pregatite. Mi s-a spus ca oricum check-inul este la ora 18 si ca eu am venit prea devreme. Dupa 4 ore de stat in tren cu un copil mic este exact raspunsul pe care doresti sa-l auzi. Data viitoare voi cere CFR-ului linie speciala... Hotelul se pretinde a fi de 3 stele dar eu cu greu i-as da si 2. toaleta publica este mizerabila, mocheta de pe holurile hotelului este patata si murdara, in camera am vazut panze de paianjen, praful de pe mobila nu era sters si nici nu a fost pana cand am plecat. Ne-am pricopsit si cu furnici in camera care veneau de afara, de pe balcon. Desi are trei etaje, hotelul nu este dotat cu lift si este o adevarata placere sa-ti tarai bagajele pe scari. Baia nu are cabina de dus ci este doar un "spatiu" marginit de o bordura. Este adevarat ca se schimbau prosoapele in fiecare zi dar asta e prea putin fata de restul neajunsurilor. Locul de joaca pentru copii parea parasit si consta intr-un singur tobogan. Comparativ cu un alt hotel din Venus(Favorit), tot de 3 stele, hotelul Sara este net inferior si eu cu siguranta il voi evita pe viitor.

Este a 2-a oara cand ma duc la acest hotel si nu m-a dezamagit. Camerele sunt mari, curate si mobila noua. Micul dejun este foarte bogat si gustos. Noi am optat si pentru cina, aceasta nu se serveste in hotel dar vi se ofera un bon (noi pt 5 nopti am avut 300 lei), acesta e valabil la terasa Daytona beach ceea ce e foarte convenabil fiindca acolo sunt si sezlongurile gratuite oferite de hotel. In ceea ce priveste locurile de parcare, chiar si in plin sezon nu cred ca ar fi o problema, daca nu este in fata hotelului, este un postament cimentuit putin mai la vale de hotel.

Din pacate e de mers vreo 10 minute pana la plaja

Hotelul se afla la o distanta generoasa de gara, pentru cei care nu vin cu masina, e destul de mult de mers pe jos, dar este in apropiere de restaurantele unde se poate lua masa. Plaja hotelului foarte bine amenajata, cu sezlonguri gratuite , umbrela si masuta, este departe si ea dar pentru ca nu trageai de trolere dupa tine, mergea...cred ca este la 20 min distanta de hotel. Camerele foarte frumoase, curate, eleganta si confort.

Singurul lucru care m-a deranjat a fost faptul ca la dus, dupa un singur dus, nefiind macar o perdea se strangea apa pe jos, pe gresia din baie si acolo ramanea. Scurgerea nu functiona cum ar fi trebuit si erai obligat sa imbibi prosoapele(2 la nr) care erau puse jos, cred ca special erau 2, daca aveai nevoie la baie dupa 1-2 ore de la dus, erai cu picioarele in apa. Pacat...la cat de frumoasa era camera, sa strice acest aspect...poate il veti remedia.

La aspecte de imbunatatit, micul dejun ar trebui alternat . am mancat aceeasi mancare in fiecare zi... Plaja apartinatoare hotelului era putin neingrijita( cu scoici si mucuri de tigara la tot pasul ) in comparatie cu plaja vecinilor.

Persobalul de la recepie destul de rece ,nepoliticos.Miros dezagreabil in baie din cauza canalizarii (cred).Mochete de pe holuri i recepie murdare ,vechi ,necuraate. Location: Hotel Sara *** (former Hotel "Midia") is located near the center of Neptun resort, 200 meters from the fine sandy beach and has 5000 square meters of green space with access to Lake Neptun.

Description and general facilities: The hotel consists of a ground floor and 3 floors with 107 double rooms, 2 Junior Suites and 1 Senior Suite. They are equipped with double glazing, private bathroom with shower, refrigerator (minibar-cooler), LCD TV - cable TV, safe air conditioning.

General facilities: 107 double rooms, 2 junior suites, 1 senior suite, garden, terrace, bar, children's playground, breakfast room, private beach with sunbeds, wireless internet and safe at the hotel reception, parking in front of the hotel, video projector on the terrace (watching movies, matches, music, etc.), babycot.

Room description:
All rooms are completely renovated, equipped with private bathroom, refrigerator, TV (plasma) - cable TV, telephone, safe, double glazing,
The double rooms located on the ground floor do not have a balcony and offer a view of the garden around the hotel.
The double rooms upstairs are distributed on 3 floors and have a terrace overlooking the lake and the garden around the hotel.
The 2 junior apartments are arranged on the 1st and 2nd floors, have a double surface compared to the double room, and are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed.
The Senior Apartment is located on the 3rd floor and consists of 2 double rooms communicating with the partition door. Each room is equipped with a double bed, and in one there is a bathroom with bathtub, and in the other room there is a service bathroom.

Children's facilities:
- 2 adults + 1 or 2 children 0-1.99 years - benefit from free accommodation and breakfast, without extra bed.
- 2 adults + 1 or 2 children 2-11.99 years old - both children benefit from free accommodation without extra bed, but 9 lei / day / child is paid for breakfast.
- 2 adults + 1 child> 12 years - the child pays for extra bed 50% of the value of an accommodation and 18 lei / day for breakfast.
